A pousada peca por falta de manutenção nos quartos, aleta do ar condicionado quebrado, puxador da janela do banheiro quebrada, maçaneta da porta do banheiro quebrado, teto do banheiro descascando, parede dos banheiros mofada, desnível para entrar na garagem, enfim, a pousada é agradável, mas a manutenção é precária.
