• Claire (10/5): Perfect stay! - Where do I start?! Ivo the host is lovely, he gave us lots of information on the local area as well as further afield, most of which we explored. The apartment is perfectly located for a short stroll into the new town, the strip is less than a ten minute walk away for those with the energy to party all night! Old town Albufeira is about a 10 minute drive away too, in fact there is plenty to do within a short drive. The apartment is perfect. It's very clean and very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and there is parking right outside. Ideally situated to be close to the town and yet noise is not an issue, the electric black out blinds are amazing! Nothing to dislike

• Oleksii (9/5): - Very good location in between everything, and yet silent and distant from the nightlife. The apartments and the pool are well maintained, with the new furniture, kitchenware, and coffee machine. The beds don't creak. :) The friendly hosts provide all important information and promptly answer all questions. If you prefer to cook for yourself, the nearest supermarket (Pingo Doce) is within a 15-20 minute walk. Short distance (150-200m) from a couple of good restaurants, where you can enjoy the national cuisine under the shady trees, surrounded by the charming melodies and attentive staff. Seriously, stop ordering fries and burgers, you have enough cardboard food in the UK! 10 minutes' walk to the nearest public beach – Praia dos Alemães, 15 minutes to start the route to the Old Town and Marina, with lots of beautiful watch spots, cafes and the local attractions.

• Carlos E. Oliveira (9/5): Perfect property for a family stay! - Very spacious, clean, easy parking, nice pool area. Location is fantastic too with plenty of bars, restaurants, groceries, and overall amenities around within a few minutes walk or drive. I really can't think of anything. Great property!
• Jan (9/5): Great stay, with beautiful weather that wasn't too hot (sadly, the water wasn't warm either, :P) - Great host. Ivo gave us a lot of tips on where to go, what to visit, and even which restaurant to go to for dinner. The apartment is clean and cozy; you get everything you need. Maybe the neighborhood is a bit too loud, but we were expecting it. However, the apartment is in a corner where sound doesn't reach easily.

• Marie (10/5): Fabulous one bedroom ground floor apartment with pool view. - Location, pool was fabulous, terrace with seating was in the shade which is perfect for summer months and outdoor eating. Very clean and well managed. A little container of shampoo etc and couple tablets for washing machine a nice touch. Nothing.
• Ahmed (1/5): You’re better off taking a holiday in Burnleyz - Absolutely nothing. Ants everywhere. False pictures. Trapped in a coop. Ruined mattresses. Lack of toilet paper and towels. Dirty floor. No A/C! Host was rude about it. The number one place to go if you are looking to ruin your holiday. Can’t believe the pictures did not match at all - very exaggerated and absolutely ruined our holiday.

• Evelyn (10/5): A relaxing family break. Friendly welcoming owner provided helpful tips about the area. - Great location, quiet neighbourhood, newly refurbished and well equipped apartment. Comfy beds. Good aircon. We enjoyed the outside table/ chairs where we had breakfast each morning. Pool lovely and sparkling clean. Easy walk to beach, convenience stores and restaurants.
• Bianca (8/5): Great location and unique setup, ideal for summer stays. - The house is situated in a pleasant neighborhood in Albufeira, within a 10-15 minute walk to both the beaches and the city center. Having a separate building facing the pool added a nice touch of privacy. What could be improved: The pool was unusable during our stay due to a lack of cleaning, which was disappointing as it was one of the advertised features. Regular maintenance should be ensured. The beds were all single, which isn't ideal for couples. Offering a mix of bed types could make the accommodation more versatile. The house had limited natural light, making it feel a bit gloomy in the winter months. This may be beneficial in summer, but some adjustments (e.g., better lighting) could improve year-round comfort. We accidentally got locked outside because the door locks automatically. Adding clear instructions or a warning about the locking mechanism would be helpful. Basic provisions like enough toilet paper, salt, pepper, and cooking oil were missing, which are standard expectations for a week's stay. Providing a starter kit for guests would greatly enhance the experience.

• David (10/5): Would love to visit again. Ivo is a wonderful host. - The apartment has been recently renovated and is beautiful. We overlooked the pool on our balcony. Everything was in perfect order. Great shower. Supermarket close by. Short walk to beach and old town.

• Eerik (6/5): It was a pleasant stay, but not as private as advertised. - Place was clean and in a good location. The woman that lived downstairs was very friendly and helpful. The pool is not ‘private’ as advertised. It is a semi private pool area as other guests can use the pool area too. On arrival, we were told the pool is not to be used after 9pm, which was not mentioned anywhere during booking or communication with landlord. The apartment is good only for a single couple. Anymore than that and you won’t have your privacy.

• Jordanna (10/5): Incredible, would throughly recommend. - After a last minute hotel cancellation, we were lucky enough to stumble across this hidden little gem and we can not fault it in anyway! Ivo was an expectional host, he allowed us to check in earlier, communicated well with us without our stay and allowed us to store our bags at the property on the final day due to having a late flight. The apartment is perfect, lovely and clean and has everything you need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be looking to book again in the future. Thank you, Ivo. You were great! Our only little recommendation would be a full length mirror for outfit checks come an evening… but that’s very minor!
• Dariusz (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in quiet part of the town. Close to the beaches and to the old town. Apartment was very clean and new.
• Oleg (8/5): Nice apartment, good location, great host - The aparment was spacious and clean. The location was great for us: it was within easy walking distance of the two beaches, but far enough from the noise of the strip, so it was quiet at night. We were able to park our rented car in front of the house gate. Ivo is a very caring and attentive host. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time at around 1pm, but Ivo managed to prepare the apartment earlier for us. He also provided us with some good advice on local places of interest The coffee machine uses unfamiliar type of coffee pods called, I think, "Delta Q". There were 3 pods there originally, a gift from the host, and they were fine. Then I bought a pack from SPAR, and they were just not working: the machine was supposed to perforate them when you load them, but instead it just made an indentation in them, so the membrane was intact and did not let the hot water to go through the coffee inside. We had to manually make a hole in them beforehand with the tip of a knife. But that was really more of an adventure than a complaint.
• Giulia (10/5): This was a gem of a find, the property is close to the strip and taxis can drive you to the old town for 6 euros. Ivo ga - The apartment is brand new and has all the amenities to cook, have a cosy evening watching tv or just sit in the balcony having a coffee in the morning. The private pool is great, very quiet

• Samantha (7/5): Spacious and in a good location but dated - The size of the two bed apartment was excellent with 2 decent sized bedrooms, a living-room and kitchen. Onstreet parking just outside the property was great and also an outside recreation area with pool was a nice touch, although we didn't use it. The host was pleasant and provided a list of places to visit in the area. When contacted he always responded quickly. Good value for money but in dire need of an update. The apartment itself, whilst big, was extremely dated. The bathroom and toilet in particular. Bathtub very scratched, shower holder broken, toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. The kitchen was functional and well equipt (although no cleaning products) but there was a dreadful smell from underneath the sink (likely drain issues). Photos are a little misleading as there were several properties shown without a clear indication of which photo belonged to which.

Would definitely book here again if we ever to go back to Portugal!

The apartment had everything we needed, it was spacious, clean and we had the pool to ourselves! Would stay again The only thing was that the pillows were a bit hard but we got used to them!!
