Appartement et calme Juste un peu plus de ménage au niveau des couloirs avant l’entrée des appartements. Une bouteille d’eau eau minérale et une boisson pour souhaiter la bienvenue aux locataires

• Bärbel (9/5): Oase der Ruhe nach einem Aufenthalt in der Medina - Das Appartement liegt im Universitätsviertel in einer gated Community mit Sicherheitspersonal am Eingang.Man kann die Altstadt leicht mit einem Taxi erreichen. Alles ,was man für einen Urlaub braucht,war im Appartement vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.Blumenkästen auf dem Balkon gefülltit Zigarettenkippen und auch in der Küche musste man ein bisschen nach putzen.

• HASNA (10/5): - Super séjour à Marrakech, Ismaël a été très disponible et bienveillant. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, très bien situé également.

Les photos du site sont conformes à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place… appartement très bien équipé, nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans le salon et les chambres disposant également de 2 lits doubles très confortables. L’appartement se trouve dans une charmante résidence, sécurisée et dans un cadre familial… vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu…. Un grand merci au propriétaire de cet appartement qui a été d’une extrême bienveillance et gentillesse , nous reviendrons, c’est sûre. Rien

• Paul (8/5): Quite, comfortable, out of the way - The apartment is great and I'd like to come back in the summer for the pool and gym room. Good shopping center withing easy walking distance. A little bit out of the way. If you don't have a car, you'll definitely need to use some of Marrakesh's taxis.

• Amrin (10/5): Great host- we had a lovely stay - The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all amenities needed to make it a comfortable stay. Ismail ensured that toilet papers and towels were replenished, so I had the services of a hotel but with the space and comfort of a private space. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all appliances and utensils were new. Apartment is located in a residential area so is quiet and none touristy. The airport is 30 mins by taxi, Jama Al Fene 20 mins and the train station 15 mins. Ismail went over and beyond his role and was an excellent host. He was on hand to offer advice with navigating Marrakesh Morocco. Would highly recommend Ismail as a host and the apartment to stay. There is a local hammam and market area is 15 mins walk which has fresh produce. So although not in the heart of the tourist hub gave a more realistic insight into how the locals live. Nothing
