Noam (10/5): - I had a great experience. Everything was working, the bed was comfortable, and the building is very quiet. Would pick again if I come back to Riga. Only 1 trash bin bag.
Denis (8/5): Very nice, the only downside is the wifi. - Easy to access, a shop nearby, few kebabs nearby. Bad WiFi, the signal comes from the first floor of the building and its very weak. Had to use mobile data from my iphone all the time.

Natalia (10/5): Wygodne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone i czyste. Znajdujące się w spokojnej okolicy. Polecam! - Lubię lokalizację, w której znajduje się obiekt. Jest nieco oddalona od centrum, ale ma inne zalety (swoją atmosferę i klimat). Mieszkanie było czyste, w pełni wyposażone. Wszystko mi się podobało

Slavahl (8/5): Some place worth coming back to - Clean, comfy, modern, a lot of sun from windows, quiet at night, good internet, all kitchen necessities The faucet in the bathroom needs to be fixed, some rust around the faucet in the main room
Finley (10/5): Superb - This place was superb. About 20 mins tram from centre. They have a full kitchen, spacious room, spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful. Host was very good with instructions on everything.

Magdalena (9/5): Superb - The whole place looks like it was recently renovated. Everything is in good condition. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary things (even a hairdryer). The space was functionally divided and comfortable (big bed, big shower). Minimal design but I found it quite cozy. Location has a great connection to the city center (12-15 minutes by bus or tram). There is a supermarket nearby. The area was quiet and a bit secluded, which was nice overall, but I was a bit afraid to come back after dark. I suppose this wouldn't be a problem if I was traveling with someone else. I didn't like the rubber (?) cover protecting the bed.

Bjorn (6/5): Ok, but one BIG downside - The location of the "hotel" is not bad. It has good connections with both bus and tram to city center or the AKROPOLE mall. It has a launder room that I did not use, but to have that is great. The bathroom was good and I like that it has a have towel dryer. The lamp at the desk was great, I love that you could change the temperature on the light. The biggest downside was that they had a galloon cover for the bed, pillow and quilt. Even if you have bed sheets over that, it was like something they have in jail sells for drunk people that wet oneself. I really did not like that at all and you should stop having that on. I understand it's a student housing and you have had to clean up piss before. But when regular guests booking a room that don't wet oneself, remove that. So for everyone that is planing to rent a room here, tell them before to change that.

Everything was clean, linens and towels nice, just enough dishes for 2 people, bed big, big fridge, windows with loads of light, l like the laundry room in the basement as well. Staying for 12 days I would have wished to have some hand soap, more wc paper, dish washing detergent and a hair dryer.
