• Verena (1/5): - Die Lage und dass der Anbieter erreichbar war via Whatsapp. Achtung, hier darf man beim Buchen keinesfalls das Apartement A und B verwechseln. In B gibt es keinen Balkon. Es fühlt sich an als wären wir mittels Fotos in die Irre geführt worden, wir wollten unbedingt ein Apartment mit Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist sehr lieblos und hässlich, es gibt nur 4 Sessel zu einem recht kleinen Tisch in Wohnzimmer/Küche, welche schmutzig sind und wackeln. Die Lampe, bestehend aus vielen Kabeln, die darüber hängt, ist noch mit einem Kabel abgebunden, als hätte niemand sie vollständig ausgepackt. Darüber sind sie in Spinnweben eingewickelt. Es gibt keine Garderobe, keine Möglichkeiten Sachen abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Es gibt keine Badezimmerkästen und keine Matten am Boden. Die Klospülung läuft. Neben dem Bett gibt es auch nur ganz kleine "Kästchen", die eigentlich Sperrmüll sind. Für Bozen ist die Unterkunft zwar nicht teuer, aber der Preis entspricht trotzdem nicht der Leistung. Die Dusche ist undicht und schimmelt in den Ecken. Die Matratze ist zu lang fürs Sofa, welches kaum Ausziehsofa ist, aber als Schlafsofa angegeben wird. Der Kühlschrank ist zu laut zum Schlafen. Geschirrspüler konnten wir nicht verwenden, weil er bestialisch stinkt. Kabel hängen aus der Küchenwand und man hört jeden Ton der Besucher des zweiten Apartments, weil die Räume so hellhörig sind. Alles in allem haben wir uns so wenig wie möglich im Apartment aufgehalten, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.
• Ingo (8/5): Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei dem die Stadt im Vordergrund steht. - Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles da was man braucht. Stühle und Sofa könnten mal gegen bequemere ausgetauscht werden.

Property manager is responsive No lift/ elevator, so be ready if you are carrying heavy luggage(s) as property is located at second level. Wifi is unstable.

• Nils (7/5): A great stay in a well located and spacious apartment. - It was a very well located flat in the middle of Bolzano, which helped made the access to the town and public transport links very easy. Flavia was also very friendly and helpful! The cleanliness was average.

• Caroline (9/5): Appartement bien situé dans la ville. - L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait pour se déplacer à pied dans la ville Les travaux juste en face de l’appartement. La construction de l’immeuble commence dès 7h du matin donc c’est bruyant en semaine.

The apartment was very clean Facilities were poor, very basic We stayed during hot summer days - there was no fan and it is impossible to ventilate the apartment as the walls of the neighbour builiding are just a few meters away. It was also very noisy - you could here all the noises from the other builidng. There weere only thick, warm duvets. Kitchem utensils very limited.. juts one teaspoon

• Waldhof (10/5): A lot to like - The most comfortable beds we've encountered on our travels. Plus, management was extremely patient and helpful in clearing up confusion i created in the booking process. It's also a great location on a quiet and narrow street. Bolzano is a very easy place to walk with a remarkable variety of everything. The apartment has a very good small refrigerator and functional kitchenette. That we eventually had to leave and go home.

• Lisa (6/5): Nice place as long as you don’t need heat. - The property was great except when we needed the heat turned on we were told that wasn’t possible. The lack of being able to control the temperature.
• Noel (8/5): Clean bright apartment with limited bedding - Very clean, nice new bathroom, comfortable bed. dishwasher soap and tea towels were provided, good location. The keys were difficult to use and I had to seek assistance to open the door. There was limited bedding- no top sheet or extra pillows. The duvet was unusable as it was much too hot- they should provide a light blanket. There was no dishwashing liquid to allow washing up by hand. The shower does not drain properly and needs attention - it was unpleasant standing in a puddle of water while it drained.

• Andy (8/5): Lovely 3-day stay in Bolzano - The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train station (we took the train to get to Bolzano) in a lateral road where few cars go by. Very near the city center, shops and supermarkets too. The apartment itself is modern, recently renovated. There are plenty of heaters. Quiet, clean and tidy. There is no view (apartment B’s windows are facing another building’s walls). Could have done with a few paintings on the walls.

• Cui (3/5): Terrible, l won't choose it next time - this apartment make me feel very disappointed, and their manager is arrogant, always late to reply my questions or refuse to answer, l can't find reason to reccomend it to others. this apartment gave us feeling that the owner urge to make money through it. 1. the sofa bed they offer for the third guest, just a small sofa with a obvious longer mattress. my friend have to turn over her body carefully during sleep, otherwise it shaked a lot. The owner apprarently don't care their guest's sleeping, only want to save money. 2. and it is a very boring apartment, totally white, without any decoration make guest feel welcoming. 3. they didn't offer accessories for hyginene. for example, only one roll tolet paper. 4. without informing us in advance, without communication, charge us more than 150 euros from our credit card illegally. and they refuse to give me explanation. 5. l would love to suggest the following guest choose other accomodation. what this apartment can do is make your holiday disappointing.

• Junli (7/5): Good - The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, very central location The checking out time is 10 o’ clock and check in 16 o’ clock, comparing to other places we booked in Italy it is unreasonable, therefore we have to save the luggage at the train station. And the size of the apartment is just ok for 3 people.

• Carlo (4/5): avoid apartment B - very clean apartment apartment B has no natural light, walls in front of all windows. misleading images at time of booking, after clarifying i was told it was Booking.com’s fault and not their own. didn’t think it’d be so bad so i kept the booking, which i regretted. staff answering queries was dismissive and didn’t even bother to write ‘hello’. the alley from which you access the apartment had trash on the street and a bad smell.
• Kathy (8/5): Overall good place to stay in Bolzano, a few little niggles. - Apartment was large for two, and had almost everything we needed. Was in a good location, only 10 minutes with bags from the train station and less without bags. Good stove and pans for cooking. Good air conditioning and shower, no washing machine. Nice little deck. Although there were a few negatives for us all in all we were happy with the apartment in general. Bolzen had some good walks and the historic centre was interesting. Fantastic day by cable car up to Soprabolzano and further on the little train. We walked to the earth pyramids, and I highly recommend this, but dress in layers. Lots of supermarkets for food if you’re cooking, one at the corner of the street and a large one in the main piazza, underground. The keys were not easy to use! We didn’t understand at first that the second key was for a shared door, as the picture didn’t show this clearly. Battled each time with the front door and shared door, both of which needed a final click and pull to open. No tea towel to dry our dishes, and we would have been charged more for extra bath towels. Fast response time to my emails, but sadly inflexible with check in and out times. As you have to leave your luggage at the train station and are charged €6 per piece that added quite a bit to our cost. Also this wasn’t a hotel with the Bolzen card, which meant we paid for things others may have got for free. Wish I had realised this when booking.
