• Ana Maria (8/5): Plăcut - Proprietarii au fost foarte amabili iar locația aproape de zona de festival. Locația este curată și are tot ce trebuie. Raportul preț calitate e cam mare. Camerele sunt frumoase pentru stilul lor vechi dar prețul e mare(probabil din cauza festivalului)

• Carlos A Rodrigues (7/5): - PROS-Location, kitchen fully equipped, safe, peaceful place CONS-Old building and facility. From street door to the apartment stairs not properly illuminated. Communication with owner is hard because it has to be done in romenian.

• Neagoe (1/5): Cel mai prost calificativ, cea mai negativa experienta, cea mai mare bataie de joc !! - - locatia exceptionala - apartamentul prevazut cu toate aparatele electrocasnice, functionale - erau in bucatarie : cafea, zahar, ulei, sare….tot ce era necesar - apartament situat sub nivelul strazii ( parterul este la nivelul piatei Mihai Viteazu) , se coboara un etaj pana in curtea interioara unde sunt amplasate camerele; umezeala, miros inchis, miros canalizare in baie -pt a ajunge la baie, trebuie sa urci 3 trepte Inegale, periculoase la urcat/coborat; distanta dintre chiuveta si trepte foarte mica… - peste salteaua patului mai era pusa inca o saltea care permanent aluneca si trebuia repozitionata, patul devenise foarte inalt si deficil de urcat in el pt persoanele cu inaltime medie - fiecare prosop alta culoare, fetele de perna diverse modele, unele in carouri alb negru, celelalte model cu multe culori - peste tot in cele 2 camere multe, multe flori artificiale si multe multe lumanari ca la cimitir - perdele diferite, draperii diferite chiar in aceiasi camera -fata de masa rupta la un colt - totul de un prost gust desavarsit lucruri de la second hand ( prosoape, perdele,draperii…) - covoarele fiecare alt fel si vechi, vechi….

• Georgiana (7/5): OK, daca nu e o alta optiune - Locatia este excelenta, centrala, langa casa este si un minimarket pentru aprovizionare. Este liniste dand inspre curte si nu inspre strada, deci te poti odihni in regula Are o curte interioara, unde se poate iesi pentru fumat, baut cafeaua. Sunt flori si e placut. In bucatarie se regasesc fierbator, aparat de facut cafea espresso, am avut cafea, ceai oferite de gazda. Se regasesc fier si masa de calcat pentru cine are nevoie, ceea ce iar am considerat un plus. Lenjeria si prosoapele curate, produse de spalat atat pentru femei cat si pentru barbati. Nu exista loc de parcare, vis-a-vis de cladire e o parcare doar cu abonament si se dau amenzi daca cumva parchezi acolo. Apartamentul este foarte vechi, ceea ce se reflecta si in imagini prin mobilier, dar are un oarecare sarm, ducandu-te cu gandul la alte vremuri. Patul nu a fost pe gustul nostru, fiind o saltea moale, dar e o chestiune de preferinte, nu blamez. Frigiderul desi era setat pe nivelul 1 ingheta aproape tot. La baie, la chiuveta curgea doar apa calda. Apa rece era doar cand deschideam dimineata robinetul si dura putin pana se infierbanta, apoi nu exista sa dai mai rece. Presiune extrem de mica la chiuveta. Cada este foarte mica, dar ok sa faci un dus. Probabil am platit un pret generos fiind si in perioada cu Electric Castle, altfel nu as fi platit aceasta suma pentru conditiile oferite. Am observat in curte si un alt apartament care parea renovat din exterior, deci e loc de imbunatatit.
• Isabela de Oliveira (8/5): Beautiful apartment, good location - Beautifully decorated apartment, very romantic. It was difficult to find the building, and the staff did not cooperate to help me.
• Aneta (4/5): Disappointing - Location is very central, everything in a walking distance. We were able to wash our clothes there. First of all the address is impossible to find - its wrongly given by owner to booking. Secondly, there was no contact from the owner to tell us about this, and the problem is not new, a few people had already written about it, unfortunately I read the reviews only later. So the owner knows it and does nothing about it. The street is busy, no parking space so you can't find it driving around. What's more, the owner speaks no English whatsoever, she just repeats a few sentences learnt by heart but the real talk is not possible. The apartment itself is in the basement, what is not written anywhere. The smell is not nice, as in wet, damp places. It's retro, but it's not minus for me actually. However the bathroom is in poor condition. We stayed only 1 night but I wouldn't choose it again

• John (6/5): Great location - comfy property. But don't get locked out! - Great location, well connected to the city features. Nicely equipped room. On arrival the room was being used to complete laundry and so we waited an hour to get private use. Also the external house door was lock twice so we had to force our way in. This after we were told the house door is never locked. Probably a nuisance neighbour who didn't like renters...

• Ievgen (9/5): Good place - Very nice location, right in the city centre. Comfortable big bed. Wi-Fi works fine. Appartment has everything you may need - kettle, microwave, fridge, gas stove, washing machine, cutlery etc. The stairs to the bathroom are a bit dangerous, it is possible to slip
• Jelena (10/5): A home away from home! - This is such a lovely and cosy apartment. I felt at home the moment I stepped in. The host is such a nice lady, she waited for me in front to give me the keys and let me in. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, roomy kitchen. I loved it here and would definitely stay again.

• Adrian (10/5): Peaceful, close to the city centre, shops and transportation, great host! - It was close to the city center, transportation and shops. Also the host was very kind and easygoing even allowed us to keep our luggage past our check out time! We wish we could have stayed longer :)
• Andreea (9/5): I will probably book this plafe again. - The location is excelent, right in the city’s heart. The space was generous. The host was really nice and the check in and check put process was easy and good. In the winter can be cold, but we have staied only 1 day and we didn’t contacted the propriety with this issue, so maybe it could be solved. We used the space only for sleep and the blenket really kept us warm, which means the cold couldn’t be felt in bed, so it was not a big problem. I will probably book this location if I will travel to Cluj again.
• Zdenek (10/5): A nice retro apartment in the center - This is an apartment (apartment number is 18) in an apartment house (number 2 of the house, the blue one) at one of the main squares in Cluj. The location is really convenient, right in the center. This is e.g. the place where the trolleybus from the airport arrives. The apartment is on the ground floor of the courtyard and the view is into the courtyard. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and decorated. There's a lot of useful stuff like washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator. You can also cook there (we did not need so did not try). There's a nice bathroom. WiFi is working well, it's fast are reliable. The furniture and style is a retro style, quite nice actually for foreign tourists. The access can be a bit tricky. You get a lot of keys, depending on time you might need more or less of them. The keys are not always very reliable, but that's part of the experience. The main door of the house has also a hidden locking mechanism, ask how to open it. The toilet paper should go to a basket not to the toilet. Maybe normal here, no so much for us :-)
