• Bernard (8/5): prima - Goed standaard-appartement met zelfs een wasmachine, in een interessante stad als Linz. Je kon zelfs je fietsen droog en redelijk veilig kwijt, al was het een beetje behelpen.

• Sascha (8/5): - Hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles unkompliziert und wie beschrieben. Die Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, Toaster und Microwelle wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
• Elvira (9/5): Wie auf den Fotos! - Ein-Raum Appartment mit guter Raumnutzung/-aufteilung. Toilette und Bad getrennt, das fanden wir gut. Ausstattung entspricht exakt den Fotos. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Küchenausstattung können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir nur Kaffee gekocht haben. Vermieter stellte sogar kostenlos einige Kaffeekapseln bereit. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Diverse Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Man muss wissen, dass die Unterkunft an einer viel befahrenen Strasse liegt. Die Fenster haben aber eine sehr gute Schalldämmung. So war das für uns kein Problem.

• Arshad (9/5): A very enjoyable stay indeed! - The location is excellent- walkable to main shopping areas. The apartment was very well furnished- it lacked a few essentials like dishes draining rack and wardrobe, but the host quickly supplied these. Elena was very thoughtful by preparing a welcoming tray of water, fruit and snacks. The kitchen had supplies of essentials especially lots of expresso canisters. The TV is huge and the sofa set comfortable There is no microwave or dishwasher, but that didn't matter too much to us. There is a lot of traffic noise, which was no problem in winter as the triple glazed windows are sound proof- however it may be a problem in summer months
• Agnes (9/5): Comfortable to visit Linz - The flat is near to the city center (we came by train, no idea about the parking). We could check in earlier, we really appreciated it:) The flat is clean , well equiped, we missed a wardrobe. But otherwise you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the smell in the bathroom.
• Bee (9/5): Superb - The location is superb for us as we can walk to places we want to visit, including Arc Electronic Center. There are plenty of eateries nearby and shopping streets. The apartment is clean and spacious! None
