• Nancy (6/5): - The house was lovely, clean, modern, secure, private and had a spacious yard. The garage had an internal door to the house, which was handy. Appliances worked, washing machine, dryer, stove and fridge. Showers were nice and warm, with heat lamps in bathrooms - especially nice when mornings were below 5 degrees. Bed comfortable, and crisp sheets and extra bedding available. A lovely space where our family were together, but had enough room, to have your own space. Overall the house is very nicely finished and presented. Location is great, near main street and in a quiet area. Note: We used the kitchen to cook. Pots and pans and crockery were supplied. Including foil and clingwrap- thank you - that was very handy. However, you will need to supply cooking utensils. There is an egg spatula and salad utensils. Unfortunately, the only heating to warm the house was a split system located on the main living/kitchen space, on the middle level of the house. The hearing did not warm up the bedroom on this level, as it was around the corner of the short corridor. The main bedroom on the lower level and bedrooms around the corner from the living room upstairs did not get warm. As our stay was during July, the temperature dropped below 5 degrees at night until the morning. For the price paid during winter, we did not expect the house to be cold.
• Caroline (7/5): A property with so much more potential with just a little more TLC. - Location was fantastic. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch, great TV options. A lot of space for the whole family. Use of garage for the car. Very hot bedrooms (on not so hot days), poorly equipped kitchen, no outdoor setting or seating at all in rear courtyard, spider webs around the house, mould in shower.

• Branko (10/5): Great location and spacious house - Nice layout and room for boat and car, close walk to park and Main Street shopping Rooms can get extremely hot air con or ceiling fans would be nice. The gas bottle for bbq was empty last time was full other than that the house is perfect.
• Toni (9/5): I would go back. - Location. Clean. Layout. Good beds. Coffee machine that uses pods that you can only purchase from Nespresso. So useless. No outdoor setting ( table,chairs).
• Natasha (6/5): Okay - Great location. Well set out house, suitable for more than one family with seperate areas. Did not have a vegetable peeler, grater or hair dryer. We had to go and purchase these items in order to cook what we needed. Chewing gum packets throughout the property under pillows and on the floor so not overly cleaned well.
• Carla (9/5): Loved our stay here, would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Merimbula - Great location, easy to walk into town. Spacious new house with good furnishings, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower!
• Hena (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location, and the house was amazing! Checking in was a breeze. The guidebook was super helpful and really easy to use. Lisa and Shereene were also fabulous and responsive should we have any questions. We had a fabulous holiday 😍 Loved it all!
