• Mohammed (6/5): Enjoyable stay, but needed improvements in maintenance and communication. - The location was perfect, close to everything I needed while still being in a quiet area. It was the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility While I appreciated my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The furniture felt quite old and could use an update. I also noticed dust on the mirror in one of the bedrooms, which was a bit off-putting. We requested that the AC be turned on, but unfortunately, the host never followed through. Additionally, I forgot an item in the bedroom and asked the host to look for it, but I never heard back from them despite their initial agreement. Lastly, the apartment door seemed a bit old and unsafe, which was concerning. Overall, these issues took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

• Naura (8/5): Very good - Great location! And despite the property having no aircon system it was still pretty breezy with the windows opened. The bedrooms are spacious and he bathrooms are all clean. We had a lot of trouble with the wifi/router, we couldn't connect to it whatsoever. We contacted the agent many times and they kept giving us the same feedback. It was troublesome as some of the family members staying with me had to attend online meetings for overseas work.
• Bethan (7/5): Clean and comfortable - It was fine for our needs as a group staying one night. The Checkin process was straightforward and the member of staff who checked us in was lovely. It was a good space with comfortable sofas and bedrooms were good sizes. The location was excellent, in a lovely characterful building. It was very clean. The apartment was a bit rough round the edges with a couple of broken lamps and tiles. The stairs and landing carpet was heavily stained so when we were first shown in I was quite worried that this would be reflected in the whole apartment but thankfully not. There’s also obviously been a bad leak in the ceiling of the lounge with broken plaster so I would suggest the hosts checking that out to make sure it doesn’t fall in!
• James (8/5): 4 pleasant nights' stay - There were no tea towels in the premises. Also, only one key was provided which meant we had to stay together if going places. Also, I can't remember the advert showing that the 2 bedrooms were downstairs, on a lower level than the living/dining area.

Convenient location near 3 tube stations. QUIET. We rented for a week but were only given 1 bath towel per person. , No tea towels in kitchen. Bathroom sink space is cramped, but functional.

• Jagiello-marks (5/5): Overall ok but could have been loads better - Location was good. Chap who welcomed me was great. Overall size of the accommodation was good. I have a double but cover for a single bed and only one pillow so not a great sleep. One blind was broken so with the time of year I was up at 4.30am. Shower was weak and towels were thread bare.

The blind in the lounge was broken and could not be opened. The address of the property was not provided to me before I travelled. Even though I sent a message with my arrival time. Therefore I went to the location listed on the booking. But this turned out to be incorrect. Eventually, I called to get the address which was in a different location. I then had to wait for a longtime before a staff member turned up to let us in.

• Andras (5/5): Not a good value for money accomodation - Pictures are much better than reality but location is excellent. We missed a normal mixing tap, manageable hot water, blackout curtains in the rooms. Windows were not stopping street noise at all. Very narrow steps.

We recommend this place We had requested a cot for our son which was approved but then had to be arranged. So make sure you double confirm when booking this. Lots if stairs so for families with babies / toddlers a bit of a challenge. Not a big issue though in general.

• Sue (10/5): A tranquil home in the middle of London - We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfectly placed to walk almost anywhere and close to several tube stations yet very, very quiet. The apartment is large, warm and spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of thoughtful toiletries. It’s important to note there are two levels with quite steep stairs leading to the basement bedrooms, an in between floor that leads out to a gorgeous private courtyard and the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The only thing missing was a dustpan and brush and a tea towel. Communication with the managers was mostly patchy.

WiFi apparently provided but didn't work. Bed comfortable. Other facilities excellent for live in apartment. Place could do with a little maintenance.

• Evelyn (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good for us, going to the theater most nights. We had to wait at a coffee shop for someone to let us in. It wasn't particularly clean. The room was not as pictured online. We had to ask for more toilet paper, something I have never had to do before. And the bathroom sink tap was so bad that we stopped using it completely and used the kitchen sink instead.
• Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, good size apartment. Both bedrooms are ensuite. Very close to underground stations, train station and bus stops. Plenty of shops and eating places nearby.
• Debbie-marie (8/5): Very good - Location to tube, shops. Shower head in main bathroom did not stay up. Toilet in en-suite didn't flush properly (had to use saucepans of water) Shower door in en-suite doesn't open fully due to hitting the sink. Windows had to be propped open. No tea towels.
• Ryan (1/5): Bad - I had a terrible experience staying at Goodge Apartments. The faucet was broken, the water heater didn’t work, and I was left with freezing cold water. To make matters worse, the “24-hour” hotline was completely unresponsive when I tried to get help. The carpet was also dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I had to leave in the middle of the night and check into a hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

• Safiye (8/5): Would stay again. - Great location; 15-20 min walk to Covent Garden, British Museum, Oxford St. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was large enough. House was clean overall but there were hair remains and lipstick stain left on the linen although washed. They replaced with new ones. We couldn't adjust the house temperature no matter what. We slept with the windows open.
• The (8/5): Great, large apartment in an excellent area and close to everything. - Property was much bigger than expected. Plenty of room and all of the things you need for a few days stay. The area is excellent, with lots of cool bars and restaurants around, and an easy couple of minutes walk to tubes and Oxford Street. Communication prior to arriving could have been better - on the day it was excellent but we did have to chase the company for the address right up until the day before we arrived. Also, the Shower did not stay in its' holder which is not the end of the world, just maybe something to get sorted for the next guests.

• Gemma (6/5): You’d get better night sleep in premier inn - Great location Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in for years and I travel for work a lot. The shower was not working properly and wouldn’t heat up and water was pulsing on and off. Also been trying to get a VAT receipt for my stay for weeks and no responses via booking.com app, WhatsApp and even tried calling.
• Paul (9/5): This property was excellent value for a central London location. - The property is centrally located located just off Huntley Street and was freshly decorated, well equipped and beautifully clean. It is an ideal location for a shopping trip or a visit to UCL or the nearby hospitals too. We had a minor issue with the wifi that was swiftly resolved by the host.
• Justin (8/5): We had a wonderful stay at Goodge apartments and would be keen to return. - The apartment offered great space and separate areas to chill out. The location was good considering hides and the underground are in close proximity. Six flights of stairs or get suitcases from the front door to the top floor bedrooms wasn’t ideal. Other than this the apartment was great.

• Megan (8/5): Excellent value for money - Incredible value for money considering the location. Two ensuite rooms and another toilet, lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen. Within walking distance of multiple tube stations, comfortable (but small) beds and couches. What’s app communication with the office from the morning of arrival was very convenient Though the general areas were clean, we dropped our babies dummy under the bed and the dust underneath was thick it must not have been deep cleaned in awhile. The heating was powerful but hard to regulate, upper level was intensely hot while lower was cold. We appreciated being able to check in early and arranged 2pm but the staff member did not arrive until 2:40 which was frustrating in the cold with our baby as we could have stayed inside where we were eating beforehand if we knew they were delayed, when the person arrived there we no apology or explanation. We had requested a cot which was not there on check in but staff did correct this while we were out so appreciate the fast action.
• Jade (8/5): Very good and great location, but the apartment does have a few opportunities as you can see they have been very well us - The property location is fantastic, all key areas are within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was great that both bedrooms had an en-suite, but unfortunately one of the showers did not work, which meant we had to share bathrooms, which for us was okay as we was a family but had we of been with friends this would of been a problem. The blind in the living room was broken and looked very unsightly when opened, the window was ajar but again was broken so could not close. The kitchen tap when running hot was dangerously hot yet no hot water in the bathroom. The bedding was had marks on it, I,e the quilt which again was disappointing as all of the rest seemed to be clean. Something very minor but although the kitchen was very equipped which was great, there wasn’t actually a tea towel.

• Belinda (10/5): Great location near British Museum. - The location was given day before arriving. The host had multiple properties, was juggling the arrival time for keys. No problems getting keys but be prepared to wait 30 mins. The dental hospital across the road offered shelter in the rain. Host and people in dental hospital very friendly. The stairs in unit 1 to bedrooms was very steep and small in spaces. I have a knee injury and had to be careful. It was tricky getting travel bags to rooms. Stairs were such a small part of apartment. Everything was excellent- washing machine, fridge, bedrooms with bathrooms.

• Sluder (9/5): The apartment served us very well. Highly recommended! - Location was very convenient. Less than 10 minute walk to the British museum. Lots of tube options nearby. Lots of food options as well. Rooms and beds were cozy, including the sofa bed in the living room.

• Monica (10/5): Really comfortable accommodation in central London close to shops and sightseeing. - Great location, lovely warm, clean, modern apartment with top of the range Neff kitchen white goods, good lighting, comfy beds, individual duvets and plenty of seating. On the day, communication was very prompt and helpful regarding getting the key and being shown round. A mere 4 minute walk past shops and banks to Goodge St tube station so we could easily travel round London or just walk down to Tottenham Court Rd/Oxford St. A couple of extra pillows in the wardrobe for those who prefer 2 might have been helpful. Our flat did have quite a few stairs so elderly, or those with prams and small children, might find this particular one a little challenging but if you requested easier access I'm sure a suitable flat on the ground floor or nearby could be offered.
• Radoslaw (1/5): Read the reviews!! Don’t book iit!!!! Bed bugs!!! - The apartment wasn’t ready by 3 PM, even though I had asked about an early check-in a day before my arrival. There was still a mess left by the previous tenant. The cleaners didn’t speak English, which made it even more difficult to communicate and explain that we needed the apartment to start getting ready for the event we were invited to. The worst part was discovering massive bedbugs the next morning. I have never seen bugs like that in my entire life—they were huge and full of blood, probably ours. That made us decide to leave a day before the scheduled check-out. I asked for a refund for the night I didn’t stay in the apartment because of the bugs, but I was told they don’t issue refunds. Never again!!!

• Ilias (5/5): Bittersweet experience - The location and that the flat seemed to have been recently renovated. IT WAS NOWHERE MENTIONED THAT MY BEDROOM WOULD BE AT THE TOP OF A THREE STORY BUILDING AND THAT MY "EN SUITE" BATHROOM WOULD BE ONE FLOOR BELOW. GOING UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH SUITCASES IS NOT EASY. IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULDN'T HAVE BOOKED IT. NO TV IN BEDROOMS AND THE ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS NOT WORKING (ANTENA PROBLEMS). I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I WAS GIVEN THE EXACT ADDRESS ONLY TWO DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. "GOODGE APTS" IS MISLEADING.

• Rachel (1/5): Horrific - Everything was tainted by the horrendous experience I had with bed bugs and the complete lack of accountability by the property. The property had bed bugs and was the most horrific stay I’ve ever had. The property was unapologetic and refused any compensation.
• Waleed (8/5): Great Choice - Great Location Clean rooms Large enough for 3 Adults and 3 Children Nice area and 15 Minutes walk to Oxford street with lots of shops along the way You can park your car on the street from 6:30 PM till 8:30 AM (Monday - Saturday) and there is NCP parking 7 minutes drive to park during the day if required. Bathroom Sinks are a bit small to be able to wash your face without splashing water on the floors

Beds were neat and tidy, location was absolutely perfect only a 3 minute walk from Warren Street Underground. Staff were super easy to speak to via Whatsapp - very quick to answer queries and very helpful people there was no plug in one of the baths and the cold tap didn’t work in the kitchen - but wasn’t an issue enough to ruin the trip!! still a wonderful place that i would recommend to stay at!

The location is excellent. The bathroom tap was a little difficult to operate, the 'ball mechanism' appeared to need descaling and lubrication. The kitchen would benefit from a tea towel.
