• Lili Cast (8/5): Bien placé - Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Florian dans son appartement simple et très bien placé en ville. Cela nous a permis de nous déplacer a pied facilement. La chambre, modeste rend bien service pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Intérêt majeur, Florian nous a laissé une place de parking au sous sol. La chambre gagnerait en plus value si elle disposait de lampes de chevet près du lit, de quelques décorations et d'une porte qui ferme à clé. De même, la cuisine aurait besoin d' un rafraîchissement et d'un éclairage plus fort.
• David (8/5): - Good space, comfy bed, clean bathroom and soaps, shampoos etc. Location is excellent for Calgary Downtown. Also a good view from the window and balcony :) Florian is a nice host and responds quickly.

Ao escolher a propriedade para reservar, fui levado a imaginar que teria 100 % da propriedade. No caso, o que estava sendo oferecido era apenas 1 quarto, sendo o banheiro compartilhado com o anfitrião. Não era o que eu queria

Estaba resfriada, y con mucha tos. Florian cuando llegó me ofreció jarabe, muchísimas gracias de verdad. En pleno centro, todo bien

• Tihon (10/5): Better value than a nearby hotel - Everything was great, loved the private parking. Apartment was clean, it had a comfy bed that was perfect for the 2 nights we needed. Florian, the owner, is a really nice guy.

• Anaïs (7/5): Bien - Il y a de la place et c’est très propre. Florian nous a attendu lors de notre arrivée vers 9:30/10h du soir. Le prix de la nuit.
• Maé (9/5): Top pour le prix - Le propriétaire était très agréable et facilement contactable par téléphone. L’appartement était propre et le wifi fonctionnait très bien. Nous avons été très satisfait pour le prix. Si il y avait un point négatif à donner je dirais la chaleur dans la chambre, mais il est possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre (avec moustiquaire intégrée) et un ventilateur était présent.

När jag kom funkade hissen inte, men Florian hjälpte mig bära min väska till våning 17! Sängen är bekvämma. Man har tillgång till Apple TV i vardagsrummet och utsikt över staden från sovrummet. Bullrigt i rummet och hissen är uselt (OBS! Lägenheten är belägen på våning 17), men detta är förstås inte värdens fel.

• LiTing (10/5): Don’t hesitate to book this apartment, or you will lose a chance to stay with friendly host! - My friend and I were really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Although the facility not as good as five stars hotels, but the host is really friendly! I promise, this is the best host I have ever met! The first day, we checked in late about 12am, but the host still waited patiently, and prepared the ice water for us. When we stayed in this apartment with the host, he even cooked and asked if we would like to eat together. At the end of the stay, it was raining heavily and hailed. But the host helped us to move our luggage on Uber. He was totally got wet!!! So, don’t just look at the pictures and skip this apartment, you will miss this warm and friendly host!!!!!!!!!
