• Funtovoi (7/5): - Para Uma estadia de 7 dias seguidos deveria estar incluído a troca das toalhas e lençóis sem cobrar uma taxa extra e a limpeza do próprio apartamento também. Sei que não é Hotel mas deveria existir essa opção. A Casa de banho precisa de cuidados precisamente na zona de duche. Silicones pretos com muito mal aspecto!

• Joanna (9/5): Ekskluzywny apartament z całkowitym wyposażeniem - Super baza wypadowa, przystanek na przeciwko oraz piekarnia z pysznymi wypiekami, przemiły pomocny właściciel. Apartment naprawdę ekskluzywny. Jedyny minus to bardzo mała i cienka poduszka do spania na sofie w salonie…

• Demchenko (9/5): - Гарна локація, красивий краєвид. Поруч декілька магазинів, аптека, пекарня. Привітній хазяїн, квартира чиста, охайна і затишна. Тепла підлога. Єдиний мінус - не вистачало рушників (на 4 дорослих тільки 2 комплекти було).
• Martyna Sara (10/5): Bardzo przyjemny nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji! - Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Zaraz pod wejściem przystanek autobusowy, sklepy spożywcze oraz kantor. Blok jest nowoczesny, a mieszkanie schludne i czyściutkie. Właściciel to bardzo wyrozumiała i pomocna osoba, bezproblemowa w kontakcie! Serdecznie polecam:)

• Ekaterina (8/5): - Квартира современная, чистая, со всем необходимым для проживания. Несмотря на близость к большой улице, в квартире тихо благодаря хорошим окнам. Удобное расположение ближе к центру, рядом продуктовые магазины и вся необходимая инфраструктура. Большой телевизор перед кроватью — действительно удобно. Заезд был поздний, ближе к полуночи, самостоятельное заселение организовано очень понятно: подробная инструкция, быстрый отклик и постоянная связь с владельцем. С удовольствием выберу этот вариант снова. Из минусов — посудомоечная машина не отмывала посуду, после мойки она оставалась грязной. Возможно, это была техническая неисправность. Понимаю, что для кого-то это может быть важным моментом. В моей поездке, так как я останавливалась всего на два дня, это не повлияло на общее впечатление. Я написала об этом владельцу лично, чтобы на это обратили внимание.

Nie daleko sklep.przystanek,spacerem 15 min. do centrum. warunki dobre uważam że jest okey,jak pytasz właściciela odpowiada szybko nie ma wskazówek np. gdzie śmieci. jest klimatyzacja ale sterowniki trzeba naładować starym typem ładowarek,na szczęście nie musieliśmy używać.nak na warunki mołdawskie nie jest tani,o 11 wymeldowanie,pani od sprzątania jest już o 9

• Юрий (5/5): Жажда максимальной прибыли ценой вашего комфорта - В целом - норм. Удобная развязка, недалеко от дома - магазины. Чистая придомовая территория и крытый современный паркинг. Я уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом комплексе и планирую дальше тут останавливаться Но, категорически не у этого хозяина Дьявол в деталях 1. Чистота ванной комнаты. Много грибка и плесени. Потолочная лейка вся в водном камне и грибке. 2. Отсутствует санитарная обработка приборов. Из стиральной машины был затхлый запах, мне пришлось ее очищать самому. Аналогично было и с посудомоечной машиной. В разбрызгивателе были куски чего-то и из нее шел плохой запах. 3. Есть система для фильтрации воды. Но она есть с большим нюансом, как только я включил ее, я сразу понял что воду оттуда я пить не буду. По всей видимости фильтры не менялись давно 4. Посуда - грязная. Все стаканы в налёте, на ноже я увидел вообще кусок чего-то. Перед использованием я был вынужден мыть посуду, притом вручную т.к. из-за соображений гигиены не доверял посудомоечной машине, а вымывать ее не собирался 5. Хоть квартира и с балконом - пепельница отсутствует 6. Диспенсер для мыла был сломан 7. Не самое главное и меркнет по сравнению с предыдущими пунктами, но хозяин экономит на расходниках. Разница в цене между двух и трёхслойной туалетной бумагой и бумажными полотенцами - минимальная. Как по мне в квартире которая позиционируется как около элитной должно учитываться и это 8. Самое противное. В день отъезда хозяин изменил мои даты проживания. Я останавливался с 18 по 23. В итоге после редакции хозяином - с 23 по 24. Я позвонил - мне сказали что это баг букинга, навешали лапшу. Только сейчас я понял что это было сделано для обхода комиссии площадки. Противно, если бы меня предупредили заранее, я быть может и согласился, к примеру за бесплатный паркинг, а так я заплатил деньги в никуда, в карман хозяину, так еще и лапши навесили про баги букинга

Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo profesjonalny i uczynny człowiek. Błyskawiczny kontakt w każdej sprawie . Za niewielką opłatą parking w podziemnym garażu, nie musisz martwić się o znalezienie miejsca w okolicy. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum, pod blokiem przystanek trolejbusowy Nic nie budzi najmniejszych zastrzeżeń

• Svetlana (6/5): Appartment is beautiful. One of the best. Owner needs to learn contemporary ways to treat customers. - Location is very good. Beautiful safe and nearly clean. Gentleman pass me keys as promised. Absolutely beautiful apartment as an picture shows accept window view. My compliments to designer and person who filled it with all necessary for leaving . I did not get receipt for money. He just refused doing so. I passed 1300$ to absolutely unknown person from street. I ask to do so later , he promised and never did! I also ask if I can take other apartment because view i received on phone did not show ruins from window and niche blocked full observation to sides. Gentleman told "they all same". The place having construction work which made terrible noise all 20 days I stood. No noticed were done about that. Seasonal heat didn't work and AC have not reach the whole apartment. Shower is open type and split water. Cold as for me. I also made mistake overplayed for one night and ask if I can recalculate, the answer was "You get what you payed for". The door lack was broken all my visit! I call twice and can not sleep well because of that. Was note done. No compensation or regret were made about any of above.
