Karen Valeria (10/5): Genial 💛 - El hotel es hermoso. Las instalaciones nuevas y cómodas, recien renovado. El pueblo no es muy turístico aunque tiene su encanto, caminando maso menos son 12 minutos a la estacion de tren que te lleva a sorrento. La habitación panoramica tiene un balcon espectacular con una vista increíble. Y habia una gatica hermosa. Estaba limpio todo cuando lo usamos aunque a una habitación le faltaba jabon de manos en el baño. Nos parecio muy comodo y lujosos el hotel, volveríamos sin duda. No recomiendo ir caminando con maletas, la caminada se vuelve larga y tediosa por la inclinación de las calles, si vas con maletas recomiendo mejor abordar taxi. Para tener en cuenta que No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Son cinco pisos con escaleras, no tiene ascensor. No hay tiendas cerca hay que caminar por ahi cinco minutos para encontrarlas. Recomiendo enviar las instrucciones del check in por lo menos 24 horas antes, pues las enviaron el mismo dia media hora antes de la hora del checkin.

Renato (6/5): Estadia curta marcada pela negativa! - Cama e almofada confortável. Reconstrução recente! Não nos sentimos seguros com a localização. Não recomendo a famílias! O chão do apartamento precisa de ser limpo mais a fundo. As fotos são enganadoras. No momento da reserva paguei a mais pela vista de mar e cheguei lá tinha uma vista para uma rua de um bairro. O Hall de entrada para crianças é um pouco assustador!

Leylince (10/5): Extra - L’appartement est très spacieux, décoré avec goût. Le lit extra, grand et très confortable. Les shampooings proposés, fait par le propriétaire dans son laboratoire à Naples, la vue en hauteur qui vous mets dans l’ambiance napolitaine. Vous avez une gare proche la ligne vesuvio, avec des trains pratiquement tous les 30 mins au départ de Naples et Sorrento pratique si vous voulez aller voir le Vesuve, Pompei ou les côtes amalfitaine. Ce lieu je dirais est plus adapté pour des personnes sans enfants ou alors véhiculé car c’est en hauteur, il faut une bonne marche en montée mais on finit par s’habituer par contre avec une valise lourde compliqué.

Delphine (10/5): Appartement magnifique et confortable - Excellent séjour au Palazzo Desiderio. Luca a été aux petits soins pour nous, de l'accueil au départ, très réactif et sympathique. Nous logions dans l'appartement Panoramica au 3e étage, comprenant une terrasse magnifique, avec une vue splendide sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples, un bonheur de s'y poser le soir après de grandes journées de découverte de la région. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la région : possibilité de se garer dans la rue en bas, accès au port de Castellamare di Stabia en 15 minutes à pied, Pompei à 15 minutes en voiture, et la cote Amalfitaine à moins d'1h de voiture. L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux, très propre, et très bien décoré, nous le recommandons chaleureusement!
Bjarne (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! - Luca war toll und hat uns schon im Vorfeld viele Informationen zukommen lassen und immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Das Appartment war sehr schön, sauber und funktionell ausgestattet. Es gibt eineen Spa Bereich und die Möglichkeit, einen Frühstückservice dazu zu buchen. Der Ort Castellammare di Stabia ist strategisch super für Ausflüge gelegen, als Ort selber aber noch nicht für Touristen ausgelegt. Um zum Appartement zu kommen geht es bergauf, man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein.
Marie-Therese (10/5): Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse und guter Ausgangslage! - Die Wohnung erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen. Ganz besonders hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen, die uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stand und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Vesuv und den Golf von Neapel bietet. Man kann kostenlos vor der Haustür auf der Straße parken und viele Orte wie den Hafen und den Bahnhof von Castellamare zu Fuß erreichen. Von da aus kann man mit dem Zug nach Pompei, Neapel und Sorrent fahren und mit dem Boot nach Capri und Amalfi. Also ein top Ausgangspunkt. Alles war super sauber, der Kontakt mit Luca war stets freundlich und die Antworten kamen schnell. Das Gebäude wurde 2024 fertig saniert, daher ist alles sehr neu und schön. Nur zu empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Gregory (10/5): Très bel endroit pour être en famille sur la côte Almafitaine. - Castellammare est un endroit typique très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. L’appartement était spacieux, charmant, et avec une belle terrasse. Comme sur les photos. Luca, le fils des propriétaires, au petits soins pour nous. Un petit coin de paradis ! Rien. Tout était bien!

herkert (10/5): Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das seines gleichen sucht! - Der Palazzo Desiderio ist ein Traum. Der italienische Charme des Gebäudes und aller Zimmer, die hochwertige luxuriöse Ausstattung, die ruhige Lage am Fuße der Berge mit Blick auf das Meer, die Qualität des Services und Warmherzigkeit des Gastgebers sind für mich nur einige der Gründe, wieso ich mich dort beinahe so gefühlt habe, als wäre es mein neues Zuhause. Oft sind es auch bloß wunderbaren „Kleinigkeiten“, wie der persönliche Kontakt über WhatsApp, wo Sie mir Tipps und Hilfe zu allen meinen Anliegen angeboten haben, das trinkbare Leitungswasser, die tolle Hängematte auf der Dachterrasse, die Shampoos aus eigener Herstellung… so viele unzählige Argumente, warum ich jederzeit nach Castellammare in den Palazzo Desiderio wiederkommen würde und werde. Absolut keine Kritik meinerseits. So wie es ist, soll und kann es immer bleiben!
Maria (10/5): A Hidden Gem! - Gorgeous terrace with amazing views. It is very well decorated and has the facilities you would need. Everything was clean and tidy, and you can tell they really care about their business. There is cctv in the entrance and hallway, so it feels very safe. The host was very kind and went out of their way to give tips, travel advice, and answered all my questions. I am tempted to book again already! If you want to go to the Castellammare di Stabia port to go to Capri or Sorrento, it's very close ( around 10 mins walking). Town is 10-20 mins walking. If you want to try ordering a food delivery, use the app called Glovo. Everything was perfect . However, just a warning to those who don't have a car or bike (and are used to flat terrain)... Italy is mountainous and therefore has many uphill/ downhill areas (and stairs). Palazzo Desiderio is located uphill. Wear comfortable shoes!

The place was impeccably clean, which was very comforting. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The property had all the amenities we could wish for, making our stay very comfortable. Additionally, a spectacular view that really enhanced the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. We will definitely be back!
