Guest Reviews
- Kelly (1/5): Not the best stay, wouldn't return - The location was ok as was close to stuff. The site & house was clean. We booked for a "nice" birthday weekend away & was disappointed.
The pool was closed/broken so was unable to use it. When we arrived at the pub they were going to turn us away at 1st and wasn't very welcoming. Then we finally got a table & ordered, it took over 1 hrs 30 mins for food to come. Apparently 2 chefs had walked out.
Then to top it all off we had no hot water in our house so couldn't bath or shower for 2 days.
Pool table in arcades was out of action aswell.

- Charlotte (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Lovely, clean and cosy inside.
- Mabel (7/5): - Fabulous location, close to amenities and lovely walk to the beach. The layout and room sizes were great. Enjoyed the outside area. The house could have been cleaner. The bathrooms were quite unclean especially the bath. It had quite a lot of mould and dirt around the taps and the overflow drain. The downstairs toilet sink also had quite a lot of limescale. The highchair provided some was full of food and had not been cleaned. The mattresses had groves where people have slept and the sofa has also very worn down.
- Lindsey (8/5): Clean and comfortable a great location for exploring the surrounding area. - Very little storage with No wardrobe in 2nd bedroom just 2 small bedside tables.

- James (9/5): Modern property on a very pleasant purpose built holiday estate - Modern well equipped property
Quiet
The walk down to the beach and on to Filey The walk back up the hill from the beach (which is why we enjoyed a walk to Filey along the beach and caught the bus back)

- Gillian (10/5): Very enjoyable, particularly as we were able to take our cockerpoo, who is very clingy so we don’t like leaving her in k - Situated close to facilities of the Bay.
Located very close to centre of Filey
Very clean. A lovely clean scent greeted us as we went through the door.
Fully equipped.
I have recommended the cottage to my neighbour and her sister who are widows and I think they will feel particularly safe in the site.
My adult son and daughter with their families intend to try to book with you too.
To that end I made a note of the mobile numbers as I do like that particular position and cottage on the site.
If we had, had a little more sun we would have been able to sit out in the evening in the garden with a glass of wine as it was a sun trap and would have been perfect. So we will try again.
We hope you will welcome us back soon and the people I have recommended your property too book in shortly.
Thank you so much once again for allowing us and Maisie the little cockerpoo stay in your cottage. It wasn’t really a problem, but being only 5ft the positioning of the bath taps on the outside side of the bath, I thought could potentially be a risk if anyone slipped getting in or out of the shower. I then realized the handle in the shower screen was not a towel rail, but was there to assist with that problem.
So once I had mastered that I was ok.
