Sarah (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Business-Reisen - Das Apartment war sauber, die generelle Ausstattung war ok. Check-in war in Ordnung, Informationen zum Check-out waren allerdings leider unvollständig. Ich kann das Apartment insbesondere für Business-Reisen leider nicht empfehlen. Vor Ort gab es mehrere organisatorische und praktische Mängel, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. In der Wohnung gab es keinerlei Informationen zum WLAN-Zugang. Nach mehrfacher telefonischer Nachfrage wurde er mir umständlich und auf unpraktische Weise mitgeteilt. Die Checkout-Anleitung war nicht verständlich, der notwendige erneute Zugang zum Schlüsselfach wurde nicht nachvollziehbar mitgeteilt. Auch hier musste ich telefonisch nachfassen. Und das Unangenehmste: Nach wenigen Stunden war das Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht. Der Bestand war von Anfang an sehr knapp. In der gesamten Wohnung gab es keinen Ersatz. Zu guter Letzt wurde trotz meiner rechtzeitigen Anfrage bei der Buchung die Rechnung falsch ausgestellt. Die Korrektur auf meine Firmenadresse erfolgte erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken. Bei 130€ pro Nacht erwarte ich deutlich besseren Service und eine angemessene Ausstattung. Immerhin war der Mitarbeiter am Telefon freundlich.
