• Henry (10/5): Super cleanly and comfortable. - I have been to Rome at least one dozen times. This is the finest apartment I have ever rented. The hosts were always available via WhatsApp. It was totally clean and well stocked. The keys were in the lock box. I have never rented an apartment that clean. We had a dog with us and the extra they charged for additional clean up was more than reasonable. The neighborhood had everything we needed. it had a half dozen good restaurants, a coffee shop, tobacco shop, ATM, and a very nice park that caught the morning and evening sun. I will definitely re-book next time I am in the Prati district. There was a short set of stairs to get to the elevator. Only a problem if you have mobility issues, but they have a mechanical ramp if you need it. Just ask for the key.

The property was clean and very central to all attraction sites. Wonderful location, great for families with children, there is a small playground right around the corner and the property is surrounded by great eateries, we were spoiled by choice. The Mercato is close if wanted to shop like a local and cook a meal at home. The kitchen was equipped well. The place felt like home away from home. Highly recommend. If anything, would recommend some firmer pillows. Personal preference only.

The place is very spacious (6 persons), fully equipped and close to bus stops. The owners are very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. ?
• Nikola (10/5): #1 in Rome ❤️ - In the beginning, we were very skeptical about booking an apartment that was both new and without any reviews on booking. However, we couldn't have been more wrong! This was definitely the best choice considering the location, size, communication, cleanliness, and all the facilities that were available. The apartment is located right in the center with the best possible location when visiting Rome. It is a short distance from all the major places one must see and visit in Rome, such as the Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and much more. Nearby, there is a grocery store that has everything one needs if they choose to take advantage of the large, beautiful, and well-equipped kitchen, which has everything one could desire! We are a family of 6, including a baby. The staff was very friendly, responding quickly to any questions we had, and were helpful if there was anything else we needed during our stay. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything to maintain cleanliness, including a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, hand soap, and, importantly, laundry detergent so that one could wash their clothes as needed!
