- Ovidiu (6/5): Better not. - Proximity to my POI, free parking, big spacious rooms. Staff wasn’t present. Dirty location, dirty room, rusty bathroom, dirty shower. Smell of food present covered with room deodorant.

- IAVOROVSCHI (5/5): The host wants to make money but doesn't wanna obey any hotel regim rules. - The rooms were big, the bathrooms were big, a fantastic potential for some people that will know to manage well the place. Thick spider webs that shows you that the apartment wasn't clean in a long time. The host said the sunshine was the reason they weren't able to see it. The floor under the bed was filthy. The bathroom smelled like sewer, and when I showed my concern I was told that I didn't paid for 4 stars hotel. In their room description they have air condition mentioned in every room, which turned to be a lie. I've rented room # 1 and #6 and none of them had air condition despide the room description from Booking .com. After I've complained about the smell from bathroom I've switched room # 6 with room #3, that actually had air condition. There was no iron, no washing machine, most of the room description from booking .com is a lie. I don't think they got checked by Booking .com, because I don't think Booking .com cares that much.
