• mille (10/5): Natura e spiagge meravigliose - Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mariaurelia e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale. La villetta è datata ma curata e immersa in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante, perfetto per una vacanza. Gli spazi sono ampi, puliti e ben organizzati, sia all’interno che all’esterno. All’esterno è presente anche una piccola piscina, che rappresenta un valore aggiunto, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno faceva troppo freddo per utilizzarla. La veranda esterna è comunque ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Le dotazioni della casa sono impressionanti, c'è tutto, macchinetta Nespresso, 2 frigoriferi, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza ma senza mai essere invadente. Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente Villa Mariaurelia a chi cerca comfort, relax e un’esperienza autentica in Sardegna. La posizione, pur essendo strategica per la breve distanza da Olbia e San Teodoro, prevede l'utilizzo dell’auto per qualsiasi spostamento o servizio. Se volete andare a piedi al bar o al supermercato non potete farlo, dovete prendere l'auto e andare a San Teodoro, che dista una decina di chilometri.
• Agostino (10/5): Privacy assoluta immersi nella natura. - Un alloggio immerso nel verde, anche se si trova in un piccolo borgo privo di negozi e servizi ti fa respirare l'aria pulita di una casa in campagna con la superstrada a poche centinaia di metri che ti permette di andare ovunque! Valerio è un host super gentile e reattivo, non sapevamo come usare il decoder TV e immediatamente ci ha mandato le istruzioni accurate per utilizzarlo. La piscina è piccola ma molto carina, peccato che con le temperature di Ottobre non ce la siamo sentita di fare il bagno. La dotazione della casa è impressionante, c'è di tutto, non manca nessun elettrodomestico e le zanzariere permettono di arieggiare senza rischiare che entrino le zanzare. I letti sono comodi e le stanze sono pulite, la casa è vecchia ma tenuta bene e l'arredamento mi ricorda la casa dei miei genitori. Se amate i libri troverete una libreria in ogni stanza con libri di tutti i generi. Nel giardino c'è un'altalena che farebbe la gioia di ogni bambino piccolo. In 10 minuti si raggiunge San Teodoro e questo ci ha permesso di andare al mare tutti i giorni, nonostante fossimo a fine stagione, che bella Cala Brandinchi! La posizione è ottima ma se proprio dovessi trovare una lato negativo non si può fare nulla a piedi, non ci sono negozi raggiungibili a piedi, niente supermercato e neanche un bar, per qualsiasi necessità occorre prendere l'auto ma a parte questo non ci sono state criticità da segnalare nel nostro soggiorno.
• Greta (8/5): Super Ausstattung - + Ruhige Lage. Man hört die Autobahn leise, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, aber nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Konnten gut entspannen. Nur morgens Sonne auf der Terrasse, ab Mittag Schatten. + Bei Ankunft sehr sauber + Bequeme Betten, in allen Räumen Klimaanlage und Moskitonetze + Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Teilweise etwas alt und der Herd ist etwas langsam beim Kochen, aber es ist alles Notwendige da + Guter Kontakt mit Eigentümer, schnelle Antwort auf Fragen + Der Pool + 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und Olbia entfernt, 10 Minuten von San Teodoro + Flexibler Check-in durch Schlüsselbox + Einige Spiele, z.B. auch Mölkki + Bequemes Sofa + Im Schrank eines Schlafzimmers befinden sich Strandmatten und ein Schirm zur kostenlosen Nutzung - Der Außenbereich/Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein, es wirkt etwas vernachlässigt. Die Plastiktische und Stühle auf der Terrasse wurden viel von uns genutzt, sind aber nicht so bequem. Ein Vorschlag wäre, in neue Terrassenmöbel zu investieren. Ansonsten ist aber alles Nötige vorhanden, Grill, Anzünder, Wäscheständer, ... Prima - Das Haus muss wahrscheinlich bald saniert werden, aber die Räume wirken trotzdem gepflegt. Es ist nicht dreckig. - Das Haus ist nur mit einem Mietauto zu erreichen. Vor Ort keine Möglichkeit für einen Spaziergang.
• Pawel (8/5): 10 minut jazdy od plaży La Cinta - Gospodarz zapewnia dużo produktów (odpłatnie) w domu, które można wykorzystać bez potrzeby wyjazdu na zakupy. Dom w typowym włoskim stylu, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne dla 5-6 osób. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Hałąs: dom położony blisko drogi lokalnej i autostrady, w nocy (siedząc na tarasie) słychać hałas przejeżdżających samochodów. Po sąsiedzku jest pensjonat, skąd dobiegają hałasy gości i ich samochodów. Przydałby się nieco większy taras, tak aby zasłaniał od słońca również przed południem (śniadanie i lunch na tarasie).
• Donatella (10/5): Relax - Seconda volta che torno e non ho potuto non notare i diversi miglioramenti della struttura. Dalla piscina, ai nuovi climatizzatori, le zanzariere, un barbecue nuovo che non ho avuto modo di usare però. L’host è stato cortese e mi ha concesso il check in anticipato. Andava tutto bene
• Kamila (2/5): Voor ons een drama - Zwembad was prima , bedden lagen goed , wi-fi was oke Wij zijn na twee dagen vertrokken vanwege de geur in het huis. We hebben gezondheidsklachten gekregen (misselijkheid, verstopte neus, tranende ogen en hoofdpijn) , alles leekt op schimmel. Het huis ruikt heel muf en ondanks dat we ramen openhielden bleef de geur hangen. Het huis had schoner gemogen (overal stof , plakkerigheid) .
