Henry (10/5): Was perfect as a stopover accommodation. - As someone passing through with an esky, the cool room was fantastic. Just one great part of a fully furnished kitchen. The room was perfectly clean and the property quiet. Communication with the host was warm with simple instructions without being overwhelming. Off street parking, great. Nothing to critique.

Carlene (10/5): Loved our stay, walking distance to shops, pub etc such a gem gorgeous little town loved our stay. - Very friendly staff, beautiful place, our room was very spacious with a huge king bed which was very comfortable, no en-suite but that was ok, great kitchen area, outside patio area with a bbq Only thing our room didn’t have a en-suite but not a huge issue

Rebecca (8/5): Very pleasant! A convenient, comfortable and easy stay. - I really liked the prompt text messages explaining how to access the room after hours complete with photos. It was all very easy and the room itself was very tidy with everything I needed. Personal preference and not at all a criticism, but I found the bed too soft for my back.

Joan (9/5): Great little place to stay in Nyngan. - This place is within walking distance to everything in town. The room was very clean. We loved the modern bedroom and there was a key for accessing the separate kitchen. A bonus was the air conditioning because it was definitely hot in Nyngan. We definitely loved this little place but the walls are definitely thin and our room was beside the laundry room so it was noisy from that side but it didn’t last late into the night. suzzanne (10/5): Excellent stopover - Very clean and tidy. The shower good pressure and able to walk in to shower stall and good size for obese people, able to walk to foodworks, has a laundry. The bed and sheets were comfortable and soft. Air con and fan. I liked the key box to let myself in. Great parking area and safe area. I didn't stay in the big house area as I wanted my own bathroom and the rooms outside the house could be seen as a bit poky. But it was good for me. If you wanted the kitchen had to walk into the house area. But really there was nothing I don't like

Clean, tidy, nice and lovely. And the caring they provide for their customers is amazing. We would again and again choose them if we ever pass Nyngan again. But if you can reduce the price in a little or introduce any discounts that would be really great as we really love to stay there Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Also told the owners have on suit rooms on this property and are great. The bed crashed immediately once my friend sit on the bed, the bed looks very weak, we had to fix it by hand temporary by putting the screw back as much as we can, couldn't find a screw drive in the house. Very small 2 single beds, my friend kicked her toe 4 times on the bed corner leaving serious bruises due to very limited space between the beds, I kicked mine toe once. Pillows Not comfortable. Also found rotten food bag hiden in the kitchen cupboard. Next day we talked to the cleaner girl and told that bed crashed a few times and never got proper fix, owners are away, lol... However the rest are great, house is nice done and clean. By the way, it's shared bathroom and kitchen house, it did said in description. so if you prefer quiet, this is not a good option just for reference.

The place is right near the CBD and was way better than I thought room wise. Great beds and overall feeling hence why we had a great sleep. Thanks folks The aircon on our room was a bit slow to start with on a late night but by 2 a.m it was working and much better which was never a problem anyway.

Ian (9/5): Great accommodation at Perrington Estate - Very handy to supermarket/alcohol purchases and other food. We were here for Christmas to see our daughter/son in law and Grandchildren. We have been at Perrington Estate a number of times now and it always has clean and comfortable. The town has a couple of good motels and 2 clubs, an RSL and Bowling Club, both with good eateries. The local BP service station not only caters for petroleum needs, but also has a large variety of good food and pizza's Nothing, it was all good

Pet friendly room was excellent. Secure Access to the room from both inside the hallway and outside the room onto the undercover Maybe the car parking , car full but no where to ‘hide’ my car . Minor issue considering how quiet the town is of a night. ( safe) The parks are right outside front of property (20m) and the other tenants were in the same situation.

If you don’t like to share amenities then this is not for you but I found it pleasant to meet new people and hear their story.

Jarrah (10/5): Shocked at how nice the place was!! - One of the most clean and comfortable places iv ever stayed at. Had everything we needed plus some. Will defiantly stop here in future. We wish we found it earlier as we have stayed in most places between NSW and SA as we travel for work a lot. This is defiantly a 10/10!! Big beautiful kitchen to be able to make dinner etc :) - Plenty of safe parking off the street, easy check in check out, fridge space, cloths line etc. You can just tell the owners love this place like a home! Everything was perfect!!
