Thank you for making it available to us! - A great house with charm and lovely character, close to the walking trail and the shops 😀 It was delightful to stay here 🙂 Unfortunately we didn’t read the fine print about having to both pick up and drop off the key from Inverloch (we had assumed the real estate was also in Wonthaggi where the house is)
• Shanika (10/5): Absolutely loved it, perfect for our kids they had plenty of space to play - Such a great house, had everything we needed to cook dinners, beautiful area very well priced
• Peter (6/5): Good location but welcoming touches need a little improvement. - Location was good for those who would like to walk into town. Nice and shady for those warm days. While it was a pleasant stay, a new visitor in town we would have appreciated some items at the cottage such as coffee and small container of milk in the fridge would have been nice upon arrival. Shower set-up is not ideal for elderly guests.

• Anita (9/5): Cosy cottage feel - The house was very cosy and pretty with cottage garden surrounds. Well priced and a nice setup. Would visit again. The key collection is in the next town over. Given the distance travelled from the airport it would be nice to have the option of a lock box on site even if it meant a small fee, to organise.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Value for Price! Key pickup and drop off not near rental (needs to be clearly stated in ad). Would also recommend some pedestal fans for bedrooms - was quite hot especially in back end of the house.
• Gayle (8/5): Warm and inviting cottage that's close to shopping and dining. - Location was excellent. Travelling to the next town to pick and return keys is inconvenient, surely a lock box could be fitted? My bed was uncomfortable.

• Katherine (7/5): Good - Real cosy vibe once the heater warmed up the place Out dated TV with only sbs channels and abc.. Split system made weird loud noises when the fan was turned up Bedding that was supplied smelt weird..(we brought our own donnas and pillows so wasn't too much of an issue) All in all good place to stay, but be mindful no internet or Netflix ect

• Sandra (9/5): Wonthaggi...my home town - All of it...even the weather One bathroom and one toilet that was in the bathroom...caused a bit of drama with the kids.
• Polly (3/5): Not for tourists - I had to drive 24 km to collect the keys and again to drop them off at checkout. Agent refused to come out to the property. Changed additional unexpected $55 management fee for second payment two weeks after my booking. I was also asked to send an image of my credit card and my ID. Agent tried to communicate with me offline by repeatedly asking for my email to avoid going through booking.com
• Meg (8/5): A darling cottage in a lovely setting made our four day stay very memorable - Gorgeous little cottage in a great location. Fabulous setting in the garden No WiFi

• Yvonne (6/5): Pleasant - The house was very comfortable however beds were a little hard the house was very clean. Loved the electric blanket and the heaters in the bedrooms. Location great. The process of getting the keys for the house was 10kms up and then 10kms back was a inconvenience. Needing your own Linen was not specific on the mobile bookings app. There was no coffee only two containers of tea. The online registration was not mobile friendly which made the process harder. Not to mention you had to return the key again 10kms out of your way. Overall the place is great but the process of getting it is just ridiculous.
• Gayle (5/5): Convenient to the event in Wonthaggi we had to attend. - The location was great for the event we had on. The cleanliness was very ordinary, old sheets left in the bed and dirty used tissues under the doona in the single bed. I The house was cold, we left the heating going for 2 days and it still wasn't warm. We had to go past the town we were staying into the next town to pick up the keys and again to drop off the keys. A lock box at the premises would be a better idea.

• Liz (9/5): On the whole it was a lovely place & we enjoyed our stay - Was self catering Soiled underlays on beds & not so clean Doona covers Filthy oil soaked exhaust fan on stove, (being CFA it’s a fire hazard ) Freezer had not been defrosted formonths!

• Richard (7/5): Good - Lovely house, close to town, backyard access for off street parking. Would 100% rebook. Bed wasnt the best, mattress was to soft and uneven,bed creaked a bit when moving, i am 6'6 127kgs
• Roslyn (7/5): lovely little house to share with family for weekend. - great location, lovely outdoor space. nice period features, plenty of places to sit. the outdoor rubbish bin was full to overflowing. the blanket for main bedroom had lolly rappers stuffed inside. there was dark areas at join of shower area to wall.
