- Fulton (9/5): - The location was excellent for hikes, bike rides and touring the Dolomites (consider driving the Great Dolomite Road to/from your stay). Rooms are wonderfully rustic, and staff are often in tyrolean attire. Breakfasts are sumptuous. There are a number of fine restaurants nearby (walkable but a car is easier). A restaurant on site serves dinners daily, sometimes accompanied by traditional music and singing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Not a problem for us, but there is no elevator in the 3-story building; but staff will gladly assist with luggage if you can manage the stairs. Can't think of anything.

- Tobias (9/5): Charmante Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit überaus zuvorkommenden Personal. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. - Das beste an der Unterkunft ist das immer freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Immer herzlich, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ebenfalls ist das Essen besonders hervorzuheben. Die 4-6 gänge-menüs waren allesamt sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind trotz Modernisierung weiterhin charmant, sodass man hier das Beste aus beiden Welten geboten bekommt. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt im Ort, aber trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hauptstraße hat uns nachts trotz offenem Fenster nicht gestört. In unserem Zimmer hat das Wasser im Bad einige Zeit gebraucht bis es warm wurde. Außerdem war das Zimmer ein bisschen hellhörig, sodass man stimmen und Schritte aus dem darüberliegenden Zimmer meistens gehört hat. Insgesamt ist dies aber meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

- Sharif (10/5): An unforgettable stay made perfect by a convenient location and outstanding, personalised service. - I absolutely loved the location of this place — it was perfectly situated near bus routes and within easy reach of all the main attractions, which made getting around so convenient. It really enhanced the overall experience, as we could explore without any hassle. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and a special mention has to go to Floria. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations for places to visit that we might not have discovered otherwise. Every suggestion she made turned out to be fantastic, and we genuinely enjoyed each one. Overall, the combination of a great location and such warm, personalised service made our experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for both convenience and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.

Die Küche war sehr gut, was uns dazu bewegt hat, im März wieder in diesem Hotel zu buchen, allerdings beim zweiten Mal bereits ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, da das Zimmer im Nebengebäude für uns nicht so komfortabel war Es gab 3 Punkte, die bei dem Zimmer im Nebengebäude gestört haben: - verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche - zwischen den Betten gabs einen Spalt - Vorhänge nicht abdunkelnd

- Dagmar (8/5): - Es war das 2x Mal in diesem Haus, diesmal im Hauptgebäude. Da wir mit der Halbpension sehr zufrieden waren, haben wir beschlossen, noch die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude zu probieren, da wir das erste Mal ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude gebucht haben und das wollten wir nicht mehr. Das Zimmer (wenn ich mich richtig erinnere Nummer 12) im Hauptgebäude war sehr schön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem die Außenrollos haben wir sehr willkommen geheißen. Mit dem Frühstück und dem Abendessen waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden. Die positive Erfahrung hat uns dazu veranlasst, das nächste Wochenende erneut ein Zimmer zu buchen. Diesmal habe ich mich entschieden, direkt zu buchen, damit der Hotelbetreiber keine Provision zahlen muss. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer, wo die Fenster direkt in die Bundesstraße gerichtet waren und da ging es nicht mehr bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, aber es war ok. Ich habe spontan ungefähr 2 Stunden vor der Anreise gebucht und da ich wusste, dass das Abendessen von 19h bis 19:30 angegeben war (steht an der Rezeption als Info für die Gäste) und wir aber laut erst 19:30 Ankunft in Toblach hatten, habe ich online nur mit Frühstück gebucht (mit Abendessen wäre es um 10 Euro mehr pro Person). Beim CheckIn wurden wir dann gefragt, ob wir nicht die HP wollen, ich habe gesagt, doch, aber wir sind ja zu spät, daher haben wir extra nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Uns wurde gesagt, das ist kein Problem, wir haben gleich unsere Menuwahl angekreuzt und sind dann auch direkt abendessen gegangen. Salatbüffet war natürlich schon ausgeplündert, aber wir haben es gern akzeptiert, da wir nicht pünktlich beim Start um 19h da waren. Das Problem bzw. die Überraschung gab es dann beim Ausschecken. Denn statt 10 Euro pro Person mehr für die HP (+20e) waren es dann doch + 60 Euro mehr. Beim Nachfragen, wieso wir jetzt doch um so viel mehr zahlen müssen, wurde uns emotionslos gesagt, weil wir zu spät bescheid gesagt haben, dass wir HP wollen. Naja, unser 3. Besuch hatte also einen bitteren Nachgeschmack dank dieser Aktion mit Null Info im Voraus und leider auch Null Kulanz. Das hat man also als Gast davon, wenn man direkt bucht, um dem Besitzer Provision zu sparen und wenn man nicht sofort mit HP bucht, um keine Umstände mit der späteren Anreise verursachen zu wollen (Differenz von ca 2 Stunden zw der Buchung und der Zusage zur HP)... Schade, aber irgendwie nicht fair, dass man im Endeffekt draufzahlt, dass man es nur gut meinte...
