• Zeljka (4/5): It’s a pity that I experienced all this. Hopefully improves in some areas they can. - Perfect location Sleepless nights bar too close. Experienced departure room to be cleaned in 10 minutes?? Fridge not working contacted owner who said will send someone to have a look and didn’t happen in our 7 day stay. Cold during the night owner offered non hygienic quilt with blood stains but if you put it in quilt cover you will not see that’s response. Received another one with yellow stains. Not pleasant knowing that disinfecting didn’t happen probably not even in the bathroom.

• FIRAT (3/5): Konumu dışında hiçbir artısı bulunmuyor. - Konumu iyi Orası bir daire değil, orası dükkandan yapılmış bir oda. Odanın bir camı yok, iş hanından giriş yapıyorsunuz. Tuvalet ve banyo diyebileceğim bir alan yok gibi. Duş almanız neredeyse imkansız, 1 metrekare bir duş alanı var. Tuvaletin kapı kulpu bulunmuyor. tuvalet içersinden kapıyı açmanız çok zor. Boyunuz uzun ise kapının üstünden tutabilirsiniz ya da dışardan yardım isteyip kapıyı arkadaşınız açmasını isteyebilirsiniz. Oda hiç temizlenmemis gibi, raflar pislik içinde. Yan binanı altı kısmı bar, gece 1 e kadar yüksek ses müzik geliyor, bunuda not etmenizi öneririm. Fotodaki banyo perdesine aldanmayın orası duş görünümlü 50cm lik bir alan. Duş başlığını asacak alan yok. Fotolardan görebilirsiniz
• Vincenzo (7/5): alles in allem gut, ein Schrank muss her für das Zimmer. - Gutes Bett, zentral, klein und fein, Schlüsselübergabe war schnell, es hat ein Kühlschrank. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kurz, d. h. man hat wenig erklärt: TV, Schlüsselrückgabe, Klimaanlage, etc. Es gab keinen Schrank, das fand ich das Schlechteste. Ohne Schrank hat es kein Platz für die Kleider, das müsste behoben werden. Man sollte für die Geldübergabe (Bezahlung) eine Quittung geben. In der Nacht war es etwas laut, dafür zentral, d. h. Musik kam von der Bar, die untern war.

• Anna (5/5): Not pleasant - Location in the heart of Belgrade. Cleanliness. New facilities. Welcoming owner Terrace-bar exactly downstairs! Club in the building, the same floor! Crazy loud music and basses till 01:00 minimum. Feeling like your bed is just been put into bar. No chance to sleep, very very disappointing. Don’t recommend for stay if you value ur night sleeping. Also no windows at all(which isn’t mentioned while booking or at description). Only tiny one. Very thin walls- u can hear basic speaking in room next to u.

• Kalinka (5/5): Passable - The place is well located in proximity of all major city attractions. It is well and modernly furbished. The host was responsive and hospitable. There are no windows in the room, so with the artificial lighting it tends to feel a bit claustrophobic. The toilet is less than tiny, with only 1m2 of a quasi-shower and an uncomfortable sewage smell. The room is in a mezzanine of a business complex, closed at night, so I would not recommend it for travelers looking for safe and secure environment
• Dentist_skopje (1/5): Bad - I just liked the location you are in the centre, but nothing else. This apartment is located in some old shopping centre and the owners have made apartment of some old shops. When I got there it was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't working (it's some old air-condition from Former Yugoslavia). The owners didn't made anything to fix this, so I was supposed to sleep inside with no air-conditioning, no window to open beacuse the apartment actually doesn't have windows (just one small tiny window).The entertaining door in the apartment is the only thing you can left open, but the problem is that you share the balcony with 3 other apartments, so someone easily can enter inside and mosquitos will get inside for sure, no privacy at all and terrible sleep for me this night. Inside is smelling bad, some humidity 😞 the bathroom is very small, I couldn't get comfort shower. The owners are not so hospital. I don't recommend at all!!!
• Marija910 (7/5): Good value for money, excellent location in the heart of the city. - Host met me at the airport and gave me keys in person. It was a bit loud at night as students are nearby.
• Nestorovska (6/5): Pleasant - There was light electricity above the shower head which is a life hazard. The water drains didn't have U swirl so there was a bad smell, no windows and the toilet was flying in the air for NBA players.
• Ahmet (1/5): You can easily find a much better place for this price range. - The photos of the apartment in the listing are quite doctored and highly misleading. The apartment does not take any sunlight at all so it’s quite a depressing place. Bathroom is old and extremely small. There is mold in the walls and the ceiling.

• Jellapao (3/5): Central position but noisy and too pricey for what it was. - The pro of this room (too small to be considered an apartment…) is that it’s central therefore everything is easily reachable from there. However, it was very noisy in the morning outside so it wasn’t possible to sleep properly. The apartment always had a weird smell coming from the toilet when we came back. Also, the room is quite small and doesn’t have a proper window, just a small one which is not the best.

• Johnny_denmark (6/5): Great location, and fine room - 11-MAR-2023 - Location right in the center next to republic square - Terrace - Bed - International tv channels, but not a smart TV - Good WIFI - Easy to reach from Bus terminal (10 min walk up a steep street) - 5 min walk from bus 72, where the final stop is. - Bus 72 is the cheapest options from the airport. 89 RSD if you buy before boarding the bus. Otherwise 150 RSD - Get a cheap haircut on the 1st floor for 500 RSD - No option for cooking food. Just kettle, cups and fridge. Property text says kitchen, so we expected that we could prepare food. - Very small shower cabin - Bad smell from the bathroom - Cold wind from below the front door, so we put a carpet to avoid the wind.

• Ekaterina (10/5): We recommend staying in this apartments. very close to the city center and cheap. - We want to thank Oliver - he was very welcome and kind, helped us with many things. And apartments were really clean. Please notice, that 2 of 3 appartments has small windows, and 1 room do not have any window.

• Andrés (1/5): the constant noise won't let you sleep - the place were very close to the city center. the room was clean, small but enough for a few nights the noise, it is impossible to sleep because a constant noise of some machinery or AC transform station. it's very annoying to stay at a place where you can't sleep because of the noise
