It can be noisy, but that’s a side effect if you want a balcony overlooking the main street. It didn’t bother me much, but it could be an issue for light sleepers. Cleaning was not provided every day, but it was easy to take care of the trash yourself. The reception staff were not always friendly. Despite these drawbacks, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The walls are paper thin and one hears everything- and I do mean everything- that goes on in the neighboring rooms. As most of the guests want to party and are loud throughout the night, it makes it difficult to sleep. This is a problem with the guests that the staff have little ability to handle.

- Kayla (9/5): Highly recommend!! - This hotel's location is great, close enough to the action/night life but far enough that the noise is minimal. The neighborhood has more restaurants and cafes than bars, and is nice to walk around. The hotel itself makes it clear that sex tourism is not welcome, which we very much appreciated. Only one staff member speaks English, but we are in Colombia, and all staff are so patient and happy to help that this is no problem. The room was nice, a good size with a small fridge and a hot shower. I would absolutely stay here again. I would only change 2 things about this hotel: 1) The curtain for the hallway window should be a blackout curtain. With the lovely skylight, it is a shame to be woken up when the hallway light turns on and off during the night. 2) The bed is very hard. This may be common in Colombia, but I would prefer a mattress pad so the bed is a bit softer.

Really disappointed by who noisy they made this room - you heard staff chatting in the corridor loudly until 1am, no desire to keep their voices down. Also cleaning started at 6am, every bang against the walls or pushing their cart down the stairs was heard loud and clear. Very avoidable, I could hear everything very, very clear so rooms had no insulation, and corridors echoed and amplified everything.

- cyril (10/5): - Tres bon séjour. Accueil au top et conseils pour la visite de Medelin et des environs. Merci à l'équipe et à Angela qui est tres professionnelle.
- Berenice (1/5): A fuir - Le petit déjeuner, la localisation Chambre sans fenêtre, humide et oppressante, très forte odeur de parfum artificiel et d'humidité. Beaucoup trop cher pour le prix. La seule fenêtre donne sur le couloir de l'hôtel qui dessert d'autres chambres, lequel est a quelques mètres de la réception et de l'escalier qui mène à la terrasse où est pris le petit déjeuner. Aucune porte de communication pour isoler le bruit. C'est donc très bruyant, en plus de l'impossibilité d'aérer naturellement la pièce. En plus de l'odeur chimique et désagréable, ça sent l'humidité et c'est humide. Pas d'autre choix que d'allumer la clim pour que ce soit plus supportable. Mais alors il fait vite froid. La porte doit être verrouillée manuellement pour empêcher d'autres personnes de rentrer dans la chambre : j'ai eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir l'intrusion inopinée de quelqu'un qui s'était trompé de chambre, de nuit. Le staff aurait dû être là pour accompagner la personne à sa chambre. Le matelas et les oreillers sont recouverts de plastique : ça fait du bruit et ça fait transpirer. Pas de table de chevet, ni de prises à proximité du lit. La lumière est blanche et crue, rien pour tamiser une pièce déjà fort déplaisante. Si je n'avais pas payé si cher et dès mon arrivée, je serais partie immédiatement et n'aurais pas dormi sur place Enfin, certains membres du personnel sont méprisants et désagréables. Jamais un sourire, aucun effort de parler a minima un peu anglais.

- Abdiel Ernesto (10/5): - el hotel está ubicado en una zona segura cerca de restaurante, bares , 2 casa de cambios , tiendas y a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del metro de poblado lo que ayuda mucho para el transporte . Uno se puede ir caminando hacia el parque Lleras pero no esta tan cerca de esa zona de rumba , lo recomendable es tomar un servicio de transporte uber / indrive/ o el servicio privado que ofrece el mismo hotel con una empresa externa . El hotel cuenta con un buen desayuno con varias opciones (3 o 4 opciones ) La atención del personal fue muy cálida y nos ayudaron mucho para guiarnos con los tours y transporte. Habitaciones sencillas pero con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía . Definitivamente es un hotel en una zona donde nos sentíamos muy seguros y cerca de lo necesario sobre todo para un turista o quien visite Medellín por primera vez .

Laundry service was quick Wifi doesn't work great. Since the location is near other hotels and party areas, there's some noise in the night. There's also significant noise across the rooms especially when somebody from a different room is using the shower

- Joana (8/5): Colink house - La cama era cómoda, el personal amable y el desayuno estaba rico y un día que tuvimos que salir antes para ir a una excursión nos prepararon desayuno para llevar. Me prestaron secador de pelo. El wifi va bien. En el desayuno pedí un bowl de yogur con cereales y fruta que se encontraba incluido entre las opciones a elegir, me echaron muy poco yogur y cuando le dije a la chica que nos servía a ver si me podía echar otra cucharada de yogur me dijo que si, pero que lo tenía que pagar….. lamentable.

Cama poco cómoda y las almohadas llevaban una funda de plástico (entiendo que por higiene) pero para dormir no va bien, porque hace ruido el plástico al uno moverse. Solo tienen 5 variedades de desayuno (te lo preparan al momento, no es buffet), bien para una estancia corta pero para una estancia larga se hace repetitivo.

- Gerardo (10/5): Hotel céntrico y agradable - Ubicado en calle con poco tránsito, zona segura y tranquila. Cerca de muchos y buenos restaurantes, heladeria, lavanderias, pequeños almacenes de venta de alimentos y bebidas, así como un Supermercado D1 más grande. Caminando a 700 de la Estación de Metro El Poblado y caminando se llega a Parque Lleras y Provenza. Estuvimos en el 1er piso habitación 1 de 12 m cuadrados. Baño muy limpio con abundante agua caliente y fría. Limpieza y cambio de toallas diarias aunque no lo pidas. Cama confortable. Ofrecen 5 opciones de desayuno, todas buenas para mi gusto. Dan servicio de guardaequipaje y lavandería a buen precio. No tiene ascensor. No tiene restaurante. Venden bebidas embotelladas variadas. En el ultimo piso hay una terraza para poder tomar y picar algo q traigas. El personal fue amable y dan servicio de recepcion 24 hoas.
- Leigh (7/5): - Great location, reasonably priced and comfortable mattress The pillows are made of plastic and they are not comfortable at all. The breakfast was also not great. The menu showed fried eggs and bacon but we got eggs cooked until rubber with warmed sausage from a jar.
- Nicola (8/5): Safe area with loads of restaurants and bars. - Good choices for a decent breakfast on the roof terrace (except they didn’t have joghurt 🙁). Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Printed off our bus tickets, and stored our luggage for a few days. Quiet and good air conditioning . Room a bit small and only an internal window.

The only issue we had was that when someone in another room was taking a shower, the noise in our room was crazy loud. For example one night we woke up at 4 am from this noise and didn't understand what it was, I went to the reception to ask for help because we thought that something was wrong and he told us that someone was taking a shower. WTF it was crazy loud and I'm a really deep sleeper. Should really be addressed by the hotel.

Pode melhorar o café da manhã. - excelente localização, bairro muito bom, ar condicionado ótimo, chuveiro ótimo. duas camas de casal ótimas, limpeza ótima. os funcionários super tranquilos café da manhã me frustrou um pouco. achei que teria uma mesa de café com opções e na verdade o hóspede tem direito de uma escolha só.

- Eric (10/5): Nice - Nice staff. The over night guy, breakfast and cleaning ladies. This one guy helped me with my Booking.com issues. He went beyond normal. The location is great and the front door is always locked so you must knock to get in. Free breakfast is a plus. N/A.

- Nathalie (9/5): - Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel dans un joli quartier avec plein de restaurants, le métro est à moins de 10 mn de marche, la chambre avec balcon était très spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est basique. Le personnel est aimable mais ne parle pas du tout anglais.
