• Emma Susana (8/5): Buen espacio - La ubicación, la casa era cómoda! La piscina es comunitaria (pensábamos que era individual) No estaba muy limpio. Había una rana muerta (seca) en el salón y bastante polvo en algunas superficies. Aún así, un espacio cómodo y tranquilo.
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - I loved the owner and I loved the location and how clean and cozy it was and we loved how easy it was to access and check in and check out of. We could not get any of the remotes to work on the TV in the living room so we were not able to use it. The fold out couch was dipped in at the head of it and really uncomfortable.

Plenty parking, gated area, liked that, place was clean and everything I needed was there. For me location. I didn't feel that it would be safe to walk to town, besides distance area was looking a little rough.

• Pamela (6/5): A little disappointed - Close to river. The inside is cute. They have games and brochures for you to use. Kit c hen does come equipped with many things. It was dirty. It had not been cleaned before our arrival. We had to change pans and leave so someone could come clean it. They forgot to clean the microwave. Old cheese all over it. I was told I would be receiving a refund for that night. That has not happened. The area is a bit sketchy, too. You will not much sleep. There are permanent residents there, and you can hear everything. Kids jumping and playing and dogs barking all the time.

• Abigail (8/5): Adequate for what was needed which was to be close to a Gruen venue. - The room was decently clean, ac worked great! Had deer come right up to the back window and look in at us. Didn't care too much for the location as far as the neighborhood, being gated helped somewhat.

• Irma (8/5): Very good - Beautiful place for a small family at a reasonable price. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of rest. . If you plan to stay more than 2 days, consider that this unit does not have a wash machine if you want a place without noise. This unit is not appropriate as the neighbors on the second floor are extremely noisy and annoying.

Would love to come back and call this our home away from home while visiting family - Great location, close to everything in New Braunfels and Gruene. Great view of the River and open land beyond the river. Great for bird watching and wildlife viewing. Comfortable living, dining, bedroom. Full kitchen for cooking. Lots of area info and games/ things to do provided.
• Kelsea (10/5): The cutest and coziest place to stay! You will not regret it. - The location is absolutely beautiful and our dog loved the back yard area! It almost convinced me to move to the area! The property itself was so cozy and felt so much nicer than a hotel. We’d absolutely come back. Plus the neighbors were all friendly!
• Ashley (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect everything is near by. The size is perfect for a couple or small family. Being on the first floor is nice. The only bad thing was the noisy neighbors up stairs. I have no idea what they are doing up there. I had a noise machine to sleep, so I still slept good.

The condo was clean and in a great location to the river, shopping and great restaurants. The only issue we had was the upstairs neighbors who like to run around throughout the night and into the morning so we were not able to really get a good night sleep.
