Inoltre certe cose per la tariffa dovevano essere presenti, come delle tovagliette per i piatti, salviette, controllo del livello del sapone nella doccia, piuttosto difficile stare in piedi nella camera nel soppalco

• Elena (8/5): Molto bello ma con possibili miglioramenti che lo renderebbero maggiormente confortevole - È situata in un’ottima zona, molto centrale e ricca di servizi e attività da fare. È molto moderna e confortevole e ha una ottima terrazza dove poter fare i propri pasti (oltre alla possibilità di farli internamente alla casa) Suggerisco però di sistemare la serratura della porta del bagno, che non si chiude. Il check-in troppo complicato. Sarebbe semplice ma in assenza di wifi non si riesce in alcun modo ad entrare in casa, se non chiedendo ai vicini di darti la password del wifi per poter contattare Booking. La pulizia è molto migliorabile, è infatti presente molta polvere sul tavolino del terrazzo e sotto ai letti. Ps: inoltre se si tira troppo verso il basso la maniglia della porta blindata della camera, suona l’allarme tutte le volte.

There was a beautiful lamp over the dining room table that I would have wanted to turn on at night or a rainy day. I like to paint to relax after a busy day which is one reason I chose an apartment with a good sized table and (what looked like) a fantastic light! One night, I wanted to stay up late while my sister wanted to turn in early but the light bothered her. I could not turn the light off in the hallway because it was the only light available! I texted Alex a few times, even provided photos, but I did not get a satisfactory answer. I think the host should go to every apartment and get familiar with everything to be a better host. I never did use the lamp. Also, since this is an apartment, there should at least be some salt and pepper, oil - just the basic kitchen spices available to guests. It is so impersonal. The plastic flowers don't quite say "welcome". It was very clean but not very cheery or homey at all.

Bello che ogni due/tre giorni si ricevono degli asciugamani puliti. Le chiavi digitali. Per chi non ha Wi-Fi (tipo me) diventa difficile. Si può utilizzare la chiave solo con una connessione Internet, se no la porta non si apre. Pulizia non molto buona. Nonostante il personale di pulizia sia passato due volte durante il nostro soggiorno, a fine vacanza, testando di non aver dimenticato qualcosa, abbiamo trovato una confezione di preservativo sotto il comodino. Non ci sono le posate. Per il resto la cucina è ben fornita.

Me volveria a quedar pero llevaría menos equipaje por las escaleras - La ubicación es excelente, en el centro del casco antiguo y muy cómodo, porque la avenida esta a menos de media cuadra para tomar el taxi con las maletas ( muy valioso cuando te hospedas en el centro de un casco antiguo de una ciudad)La zona maravillosa, llena de comercios,restaurantes y servicios ( a pesar de estar en el centro el edificio y el apartamento muy tranquilo y no se escucha nada )El apartamento está totalmente remodelado, cómodo y moderno ( la recamara #2 estaba arriba y abierta tipo loft y solo esta la cama y la escalera es de caracol, importante tenerlo en cuenta ) para nosotros No fue un problema, solo lo dejó como información. Lo que no me gustó no se puede mejorar y es que hay que subir una primera escalera bastante inclinada con las maletas y después hay una segunda escalera más inclinada para llegar al apartamento y fue muy común que las escaleras sean así y la falta de ascensor en nuestro viaje familiar en los diferentes lugares que nos hospedamos

Pas de place pour poser les articles de beauté ou autres produits. TV et télécommande difficile à utiliser, 2 fois une personne est venue, pour “réparer” mais un invité a actionné un faux bouton, puis plus de télé par hdmi. Les 2 étage très hautes. Calamités quand on a 75 ans! Pour les manuels d’utilisation, informations par app, avec lien à leurs marques.

Cooking was difficult since there weren’t any baking pans (just cooking pans). So we ended up ordering food, where we had hoped to cook ourselves.

• Henriëtte (6/5): Prima, aan de dure kant - Locatie middenin Haarlem was perfect. Bedden prima, fijne douche met heerlijke producten. Het was erg koud bij aankomst, een warmer ontvangst zou fijn zijn (overweeg het aansturen van de thermostaat op afstand, voor een warm ontvangst van gasten). Inrichting was erg minimaal, het geheel oogde kaal en meubels hun beste tijd gehad. Qua prijs-kwaliteit is het aan de prijs.

Also the host was extremely nice and was also able to extend our stay slightly to pick up missing items with no extra costs. Everything was great, the only small thing was a missing ventilation in the bathroom, could be fixed. Otherwise, no complains at all!

• Jodie (7/5): Great location, nice, clean modern apartment - The apartment was very clean. Good facilities in the kitchen eg Quooker tap & coffee machine. Lovely big shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location. More towels would have been helpful. I wasn’t aware that there were cleaners arriving on the Sunday but they were friendly and swapped out towels for clean ones. The sofa in the living area is a little uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some blankets! These are just minor things, overall very happy.

• James (10/5): 20/10 - Blown Away! A must if in Haarlem; comfortable, well situated & great value for money! - I loved everything about this apartment - absolutely beautiful decor & furnishings. We were very comfortable. All the cooking amenities one needs. TV's in every room for leisure. The beds were to die for - uber comfortable! Getting in and out of the apartment was very, very easy & accessible with digital keys. Fast wifi; able to do some work as well. Bathrooms super clean and nice space. Lots of cupboard space. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and extended a hand when needed (like to hold our bags for a few hours before able to check in and check out). I am blown away! A Must! Have to go check it out! Nothing really. The one thing there wasnt a kettle or like a hob kettle either - so could only heat water up for tea and coffee with a pot - still works fine. Other than that (and that's being being real knit-picky) - I was blown away!

• Diane (8/5): Comfortable and ideally located to visit a few different places, I'd definitely stay here again. - The location was right next to the main square and buses to airport and Amsterdam. Main train station to The Heague and other locations is just a short walk away. The Market Square was full of deliciousness! Th accommodation was bright and had ample provisions for the two of us. It was quiet-ish, some other guests maybe forgot they were in a multi-accommodation block. The dubious stain on the sofa in the lounge.

• Lou (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Haarlem - Super central on the main shopping stop and less than 100m to the beautiful where there is always something going on. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were very rickety so that every time someone moved the whole structure moved. I think it should be specified that they’re bunk beds not two singles. Also it doesn’t have a washing machine which I was under the impression when I booked that it did. We are travelling from Australia for 5 weeks so washing machines are very important.

• Ronald (9/5): We enjoyed once again the lovely flat in an ideal location for us. Quiet despite being in the city centre. We would cert - We have stayed at these flats before because of the location. As usual it was spotlessly clean and comfortable with regular fresh towels. We even had a small Christmas tree delivered which was a nice touch. Liked having a separate shower and toilet and the bed was comfortable. Facilities were great having the dishwasher and washing machine and plenty cleaning materials. We struggled with the quoker tap which we couldn’t seem to get boiling water from so purchased a cheap kettle ourselves to get decent tea. Also there was no frying pan so again purchased one so we could have a fried egg and also tortillas.

• Mariska (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Top locatie, heel ruim, nooit keuken en badkamer. Zeer schoon. De slaapkamer beneden heeft geen raam naar buiten maar naar de gemeenschappelijke gang. Die kun je dus niet openzetten ‘s nachts want dan komen er af en toe andere gasten thuis en schiet eveneens het ganglicht aan. Ook niet overdag voor frisse lucht. Voor ons in oktober geen groot probleem maar ik zou hier zomers niet voor kiezen. Er is wel een airco in de kamer aanwezig voor koele lucht.

• Adams (10/5): A top quality stay at Finest Apartments in Haarlem. - This apartment was absolutely spotless, with beautiful decor and excellent facilities including a washer and dryer. There is a QR code for instructions to everything in the apartment which is ideal. The kitchen is well equipped including a nespresso style coffee maker. I have to also mention the hotel quality linen and I loved the steamer iron as well. We loved the location in Haarlem. It is a beautiful town not far from Amsterdam with a stunning main square and cathedral which becomes a very buzzy hub on weekends and warm evenings. The apartment is quite close to the square but not too close to have any noise. We enjoyed escaping hectic Amsterdam in the evenings and also used Haarlem as a hub to travel to other towns. We accidentally left a piece of clothing in the apartment. The Finest Apartment team responded immediately, found the piece of clothing and worked to arrange a return. They were so polite and helpful and totally exceeded our expectations. We couldn't figure out how to access the terrace as the door was locked. I should have checked the instructions - perhaps it was explained there.
• Mariella (7/5): We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in het centrum van Haarlem. - Centrale ligging en handige indeling plus voorzieningen in het appartement. - Het stapelbed was erg instabiel en krakerig. Ongeschikt voor twee volwassenen om in te slapen. Als de persoon bovenin zich beweegt of omdraait beweegt en kraakt het hele bed, wat vooral oncomfortabel voor de persoon beneden is. Mijn tip is om er gewoon een enkel bed van te maken in deze kamer en in de woonkamer een slaapbank te plaatsen. Op die manier is het appartement beter toegerust op 4 personen. - De sleuteloplossing met link is op zich heel praktisch maar een beetje kwetsbaar. We hebben twee keer voor een gesloten deur gestaan (storing). Dit is wel met heel vriendelijke hulp (telefonisch) opgelost, maar het duurde even en het is fijner als je dit zelf snel op kunt lossen. Mijn tip hier is om behalve de link toesturen aan nieuwe gasten, hen ook de code voor hoofdingang te geven, en ook de code voor het backupkastje waar het chipkaartje voor toegang tot het appartement ligt (voor geval van nood). Eventueel een oplossing dat de code(s) elke week wijzigen om te voorkomen dat hij rond gaat zingen in de buurt? - Bij verblijf langer dan twee nachten is het fijn als de gasten twee grote en twee kleine handdoeken krijgen. - De centrale ligging is erg fijn, maar appartement A waarin wij verbleven is heel erg gehorig voor zowel buren (klappende deuren en lawaai van zowel andere appartementen in het complex als voor lawaai en blauw licht van de straat). Het is eigenlijk niet te doen om te slapen met de ramen open, wat wij erg fijn vinden. Ik zou hier in de beschrijving van het appartement wel een opmerking over maken en dit appartement - het is het enige in het complex dat aan de straatkant (Grote Houtstraat) ligt? - iets goedkoper aanbieden dan de overige die niet aan de hoofdstraat liggen, vanwege echt heel veel geluid van uitgaansverkeer ‘‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts.
• Fleurtje (9/5): - Central location, cleaning throughout the stay and fresh towels, friendly staff on the phone for help. Excellent! Washing and dryer also perfect for the stay! Getting there with lots of suitcases, no accesability with car in the street. Shower poor drainage, wet towels on the floor in the bathroom everytime we showered.

• Sally (8/5): Great location, some issues with logistics in apartment - This apartment is in a great location in the Haarlem Old Town. It was clean and the furnishings were new and comfortable. The apartment was well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable but there is not a great deal of clearance getting out of bed on either side. Nice toiletries. Management was responsive when we reported an issue with the seal on the toilet and responsive to other queries. The stairs getting up to the first floor were extremely steep and it was very difficult to get large suitcases up, even with two people trying. Steep stairs are not unusual in historic Dutch buildings but this was a drawback for us. There were railings. Also... the appliances were somewhat inscrutable to use for us... we are not accustomed to the type of oven/microwave unit in the apartment and some basic instructions for how to warm or cook food would have been helpful. Europeans are probably much more used to these appliances. Likewise the washer/dryer was inscrutable. And the lovely shower does not facilitate draining water well so water gets all over the bathroom when people shower. Not a alot of room to put suitcases anywhere, we wound up putting them in the living area. And finally, you have to use a 'key' on a smartphone to access the building and the apartment. This made it impossible for one of our group to come and go on his own as he doesn't have a smart phone.

• Nadja (9/5): Prima! - Het appartement, zeer ruim. Hadden een voor 4 personen (B). Alles aanwezig, super netjes en schoon. Prima locatie. Miste een kleine salontafel bij de bank, dat is vrijwel enige. En dat boven buren nogal goed te horen waren als ze liepen. Maar dat ligt aan persoon kan je niks aan doen
• SHAWN (5/5): Finest apartments, not so fine! - The location was the only thing it had going for it. It was truly in the center of town on main shopping street. The photos of the apartment did NOT depict what the apartment was like. It was beyond basic. No soap in the kitchen, no paper towels, no art work, terribly stained couch that was gross, no natural light - skylight was covered and the French doors (only natural light) to “balcony” was a joke as it looked into another units bedroom. The mattress was 3” thick like a topper which was the mattress. The flat sheet they used as a bottom sheet wouldn’t even stay on. It was way too basic - felt like a college kid crash pad. It was beyond disappointing. I read the stairs were steep when booking and they were but not an issue. We are in our 50s and again, this apartment was not what we were expecting.

• Andrew (9/5): Amazing compact apartment with outdoor terrace. Good alternative to Amsterdam city. - Apartment was modern and well appointed, outside terrace was a nice addition. Would definitely consider again as an alternative to central Amsterdam, 10 min walk to main station and regular trains to Amsterdam. On main shopping street and town square so close to everything. The outside terrace was not very private.
• Janita (10/5): Great city stay - We stayed in Apartment B - a great city apartment. It is well situated in the middle of the town with shops, supermarkets and restaurants very close by, yet very quiet at night. Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment (big terrace) and the staff responded very quickly to questions. The keys (via email for entrance to the apartment and house) are easy to use. Will visit again and can recommend. The windows of the bedrooms open to the inner-courtyard (staircase). Thus when in use by other quests it can be noisy. Apartment B is not soundproof as we could hear the guests movements above us. I should deduct a point for this, BUT I guess it comes with the „package“ - city building.

• Fiona (10/5): - The apartment spotless they thought of everything. Fabulous location.Hope to book again I had trouble accessing the apartment with the codes and calling them after 5pm proved difficult.Once they contacted me everything was brilliant.
• Irmgard (8/5): - Sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und sogar Kaffee und Tee zur freien Verfügung bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und man hört jedes Tür zufallen sehr laut und auch im Schlafzimmer jeden Schritt der oberen Wohnung.
• Simone (8/5): Wir vier Mädels hatten großen Spaß! - Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone - ist die Lage natürlich fantastisch. Abends/Nachts kann es durchaus etwas lauter werden, aber das weiß man wenn man im Herzen einer Stadt unterkommt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene- ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett in einem winzigen Zimmer. Die Stockbetten waren leider nicht sehr komfortabel und man hat es gehört sobald sich im Bett jemand bewegt hat. Für 1/2 Nächte kein Problem- aber wir waren vier Nächte hier.....
• Karen (2/5): - Very clean , comfortable, central apartment. Bedroom / shower clean. Balcony very nice. Haarlem is delightful. Low score is due to poor instructions accessing the apartment. Please ensure you have internet, and you comprehend their generic email to enter through outer door then the allocated apartment. Out of hours had to let me in remotely by providing codes for entry. I found it quite stressful. In response - Please note several responses sent via booking.com and emails subsequently on return from my travels. 50% refund was suggested by Finest apartment for the first night. This should be honored although the first night should be refunded in full in my opinion. Also others seem to have problems too - please review accessing the apartment.

• Subohm (8/5): Decent - Shower, Living room, Main bedroom and Kitchen are nice. Toilet is tiny, finally second bedroom with bungbeds is ridiculously small, cannot fit an adult or older child there.

• Serena (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, great location, central but quiet. Property keys - Instructions said something about a door code, but a website is needed to open the door. It has to be done the day before arrival, which we spent in transit, so felt like a last minute thing to do. Somewhat confusing, and that meant our son, who does not have a cell phone, could not go out and get back in on his own.

• Brett (10/5): Sensational from start to finish with the best check in system over the last 10 properties of our stay. - Beautifully appointed, centrally located in the gorgeous city of Haarlem. It was great to be able to escape the business of Amsterdam to an also beautiful but much more peaceful place. Would recommend to all a stay in Haarlem and particularly Finest apartments.

• Jill (10/5): lovely apartment in beautiful Haarlem - The apartment was easily accessible with a code for the inside and outside doors. It is important to note, however, that you would be stuck if anything happened to the web app or your internet connection. The apartment was spotless. It has a very comfortable layout, with a sink toilet combination in one room and the shower in another (with another sink). The kitchen setup had everything that you might need to make simple meals. The air conditioning was a blessing, as Western Europe was entering a major heat wave. The bed was large and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again. Although this would not stop us from staying in this apartment again, there is very little space to store your clothes and other essentials. We got creative and used the space under the TV in the living room to store things. If you are on a short trip with little luggage, this would not be an issue.
