- Diana (5/5): - Good location, comfortable bed Beware of hidden costs! I've stayed in numerous hostels and hotels over the years, but I never felt this scammed. I contacted the staff immediately upon booking informing of our arrival time (approx. 2 hours after the limit) in order to arrange check-in. I've sent 3 messages, never got a response. Finally, I got an automated message 1 day before arrival saying that there was an extra cost to arriving after check-in time. This was NOT stated in the initial booking and it left me no choice but to pay the extra fees since I could not cancel my booking either due to cancellation costs. I opted for the so-called "remote check-in" (?), but we still had to pay the extra fees. I just want to say that I've booked a great deal of accommodations without a 24h reception or with a limited check-in time but I was never charged extra whenever I arrived outside these hours. Don't book here if you have late flights or plan to arrive later than the usual check-in time. The shared bathroom was delapidated to say the least. Again, speaking as a person who has been staying in hostels for years.

- Mathilde (10/5): Qualitatif - Durant notre séjour au Chili nous avons dormi de nombreuses fois dans cet établissement, nous avons toujours était très bien accueilli. L’hébergement est confortable avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et le tout dans un quartier très sympa avec tout à proximité.

- Alice (7/5): - Very good location, very helpful staff (but I don't think that the property is staffed 24/7 so just bear it in mind to make any arrangements e.g. the time you will be arriving, confirmed beforehand, as there were many people/guests that rang the bell when no staff member was available to let them in). Other than the small point re cleanliness noted below, the room size and everything else in the room was adequate for the price. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom didn't appear to be clean (there was a layer of dust on the toilet paper holder and the shower tray had dirt in the corners where when I turned on the tap for the first time it became obvious as the force of the water picked up the dirt and moved it further out). I only stayed for a couple of nights so wasn't worth complaining about. Probably my mistake as I should have made further investigations beforehand, but I assumed booking the more expensive room with private bathroom would have meant that I was further away from the common parts (kitchen, dining room, lounge etc.), but it was actually the opposite. Perhaps a small point to note if you want to avoid noise at night as far as possible.

Clima respetuoso, para quien va a descansar y no desea ruidos molestos. Ni hablar de la relación calidad- precio, más que módico, accesible a todo viajero.... estoy muy satisfecho y agradecido Nada que objetar....ya que mi expectativa fue superada...

- Yohana (10/5): Relajado y acogedor - Me gusto mucho el ambiente interior y exterior del alojamiento en general, relajado y acogedor, con espacios comunes luminosos y limpios y un patio super natural ideal para terminar el día. Me gusto mucho la ubicación, un sector tranquilo y con buen acceso. Cercano a supermercado y farmacia, ademas de verdulerías. El dueño un amor para recibirnos y super atento. La habitación estaba limpia, luminosa y olía super bien, camas cómodas y el espacio dentro de la habitación estaba ideal para dos personas. No me gusto el baño compartido, solo por que un huésped sé demoro muchísimo en el baño y que no pudimos usar Netflix el la televisión. Fueron solo detalles

No se puede descansar por la mañana ya q hay personas subiendo y bajando constantemente la escala y el piso suena demasiado debido al material y los años de la casa
