• Mateusz (10/5): - Bardzo polecamy apartament ktory jest bardzo komfortowy, nowy i swietne wyposażony. Opieka właściciela Mauro na najwyzszym poziomie. Kolorowa wanna z hydromasażem, ogromny telewizor i podwieszane wielkie wygodne łóżko, klimatyczne światła i piękne odnowione rzymskie mury w środku mieszkania :) Lokalizacja też bardzo dobra, blisko rzeki i centrum, dodatkowo przy samych apartamencie świetna włoska restauracja. To był krótki weekend ale wygodny i klimatyczny jeszcze raz dziękujemy i polecamy !!!

• Markhaughton94 (10/5): Do not skip! Must stay place for Rome ❤️ - The location was second to none. It was brilliant, especially as we have already been to Rome before and didn't need to travel to the Colessium/Spanish Steps/Trevi. All we wanted was to stay in a nice neighbourhood with fantastic food options and drink options where you can stumble into without a need for a reservation. Mauro is a fantastic host and very responsive. I would suggest to anyone reading this review, just because there's a small amount of reviews don't be nervous. Nothing everything was great.
• Janice (7/5): Great Location, but No Natural Light - The location can't be beat, the space was nicely renovated, and Mauro was extremely responsive. There were no windows other than one looking onto a dark, interior courtyard and one opening onto the wall of the next building; as such, somewhat claustrophobic. Also, despite the terrific location, it wasn't the greatest value.
• Rugani (10/5): Surrounded by restaurants and just a short hop across the Tiber lay all the crazy tourist sites - This flat has EVERYTHING! And it’s all new and modern and high end. The host was so kind and patient and seemingly always available each time I reached out for any reason! Washed my clothes in the v nice washer. Used the whirlpool tub after walking 21,000 steps and it was fabulous. Small thing-I didn’t bring a shower cap so I couldn’t take advantage of the rain-like shower head, only the hand held.

Apartment is beautifully upgraded with all the modern amenities you could wish for. Great restaurants in the area. Don’t hesitate - book this apartment if available.
• Elaine (10/5): Fun apartment in a quiet, central location - We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at what is definitely a ‘unique’ apartment. Mauro is a great host, super-organised, responds quickly to queries and is very helpful. He kindly provided some snacks and drinks for our arrival which were much appreciated. The apartment is in a perfect location, with easy access to the main sights. We did a lot of our exploring on foot and used the local buses a couple of times for early morning tours we had booked. Bus stops are very close by, a short walk across the river. The neighbourhood is pretty, with narrow cobbled streets and lots of restaurants, cafes and little shops. It is also a quiet and extremely relaxing place to return to after a day spent exploring the busy city streets of Rome. The apartment design has been really well thought through. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay and access to a washing machine is a plus point. We had fun playing with the lighting and exploring the different colours and the jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a long day of walking! We also found the bed to be very comfortable.

• Robert (10/5): Outstanding place! - - The bed is really comfortable - There is so much attention given to rework the appartment, where old and modern accents are combined - kitchen is exactly big enough - it's spacious - the lightening system is really amazing! - bubble bath is very nice, and aswell as the bed has a good view on the enormous TV screen - place is very neat and organised - the area around is quiet but within a few minutes there is a lively street and within 10 min walk to the heart of trastevere or crossing the other side of the tiber - Mauro is a great and very friendly host - nothing, except we had some issues with the induction at first but the host was directly to assist online and came by to fix it on the spot
• Ambie (10/5): Modern, comfy apartment - perfect for a city break! - Wonderful facilities - hairdryer, washing machine, wine fridge, iron/board etc. Very clean and modern, great lighting and storage. Massive tv with Netflix (with a perfect view from the jacuzzi bath!), access to outdoor patio. Great location (~30 mins to most tourist sites + lovely restaurant next door). Stocked up with kind gifts from the host. Would 100% return - thank you Mauro! No notes - genuinely a perfect city apartment. If I had a robe to put on after the jacuzzi, I’d never leave.

The Jacuzzi was a fantastic way to relax after a day of walking and sightseeing. We also loved the big screen TV with Netflix access, which provided great entertainment in the evenings. The easy access to the apartment made check-in and check-out seamless. It’s an ideal choice for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay. The host, Mauro, was helpful and always easy to reach, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, having snacks and water readily available upon check-in was a thoughtful and appreciated extra. The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower temperature—it took a bit of adjusting to find the perfect balance between too hot and too cold. However, once we got the hang of it, it was perfectly fine. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Grazie Mauro, sei stato fantastico! 😄
