- Leslie (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay at a valuable rate. - Very clean and nice area with great parking off the street. The twin beds in the second bedroom were a bit uncomfortable and they didn’t feel very sturdy. They were comparable to a roll away bed.
- Strickland (8/5): Very good - Great location. Close to ULL campus and downtown. Comfortable for what we needed. Plenty of room Beds in the guest bedroom need to have new mattresses. Not nasty, just old.
- Joan (1/5): Disturbing - I liked the location. Someone was making noises, Didn't know they were in the same house. Was very uncomfortable. There was trash in a bucket by the mop and broom. Shower head holder was broken. And what really mess up our weekend is the internet went out. We couldn't watch TV.

- Carolina (10/5): It was a beautiful home, very cozy and quiet. - It was very quiet and very clean. I do wish that there were some travel sized toiletries such as soap and other small things.

I enjoyed the home the air conditioning was perfect, the tv worked perfectly, the WiFi was fast and reliable, the bed was soft and the home is very well decorated! the property wasn’t to clean had hair, spider webs and dead bugs on the floor as if no one had clean the unit after the previous renter it looked and smelt like the unit was vacate for awhile also the door doesn’t lock by itself only from the inside but you can’t look it from the outside very unsafe!
- Brandy (5/5): Okay. - The location was great for my job. Located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Easy access to get in and out. I booked this property because it was one of the last stays by Acadiana Rental Properties, I trust in their other accommodations. So I went out on the limb with this one. The stay is very cute but for a young traveler it was tad bit too old for me. I thought maybe it would give me a cottage feel but the feeling was just creepy and old. I tried my hardest to find things too like and adjust to but I honestly couldn’t get with it.

- John (5/5): Need a good clean. - This is as described, a charming little property. The bed was comfortable and there are some nice touches in terms of decor. Access was easy and the information on how to get in was sent an hour before check in. We chose this property based on its rating and as it had a washing machine and we had been traveling from the north for a week. Towels, t-towels and dishwashing capsules were available for use. There was some salt and pepper in the available shakers. We felt with a washing machine there should be some washing powder. There should perhaps be things like cooking oil and the coffee left for use (2 pods) we’re not useable in the coffee machine that is there. There were two rice cookers…. It seemed like the kitchen had a mish mash of stuff, not all of it useful. There was no shower mat and bulbs in the bedroom light were blown. The property was quite grimy and really needed a good clean. Given the current post covid climate, fridge doors and bathroom doors shouldn’t have dirty marks from previous guests left behind. Someone really needs to give this place a good inspection.
