Interior a bit old fashion - The appartment has a parking space. very handy in ponta delgada. right in front of jose do canto botanic garden and presidential palace. to get to ghe very center you need to walk 15 minutes. it is reasonable. it is quiet with nice views. i do not like appartments where you need to meet the owner to get the key and get explanations about the appartment. specially when you are just for a couple of days and you are in a hurry. this process should be automated. The whole appartment is full of very old furniture, old carpets and stuff that should be thrown away. the kitchen is still with gas very old fashion and not safe. vitro ceramic is more convenient. The beds are old and not comfortable. To summ up it is a fantastic appartment but needs to be cleaned up and buy new modern furniture.
• Louise (6/5): Spacious apartment not in the best location and in need of some TLC - Situated on the top floor of an apartment block it was quiet and very spacious. A lift was good to take out luggage to the top foor The property is quite a walk from the middle of the town. The apartment desperately needs a revamp - the furniture and kitchen are very old fashioned and many items are in need of being replaced. The main bed is TINY and uncomfortable. Definitely not good value for money

The location is very convenient both for exploring the city and for mastering the rest of the island. The view from the apartments is very beautiful. In the evenings, after a meaningful day on the island of Sao Miguel, you can enjoy the landing of planes at Ponta Delgada airport. A nice bonus is the parking space in the backyard of the house.
• Jacques (9/5): Excellent, well-located apartment in Ponta Delgada. - The 3F duplex apartment is well located between the (compact) centre of Ponta Delgada (at 5’ walking), the botanical garden Jose do Canto and a main shopping mall at 2’-10’ walking respectively. From the balcony you overlook the red tiled roofs of the centre of the capital of São Miguel and when the weather is clear you can see until the Sta Anna island. The apartment is (very) well fitted (incl f.i. washing machine, toaster, iron and board, blinds, airco/heating) and is well laid out over two floors with their balconies/terraces. The hospitality of our host Graça made our sojourn extra pleasant; she was very responsive, supported us with counsel and information, anticipated our arrival and let us recover earrings that we had forgotten. We do thus highly recommend this appartement! The apartment provides very good value for its money; there is no issue to report and if there would be the host would have found a good solution.
