- Tommaso (7/5): Buona ma migliorabile - La casa ha spazi ampi, grande sala con angolo cottura, una camera da letto e un bagno al piano terra e un ambiente con divano letto e un altro bagno al piano di sopra. Sono presenti anche due spazi esterni, uno al piano seminterrato (con tavolo e sedie e una doccia esterna) e uno al primo piano (con un tavolino e poltroncine). Da segnalare la presenza di un condizionatore al piano terra e uno al piano superiore. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le cale vicino Punta Ristola (5min) e il lungomare di Santa Maria di Leuca (20min). Parcheggio in strada gratuito. Altro punto decisamente positivo la connessione internet che ci ha permesso di lavorare. Sarebbe stata apprezzata una maggiore pulizia degli ambienti: specialmente nella sala/cucina erano presenti peli di gatto e nel bagno e in camera da letto capelli di inquilini precedenti. La casa non ha zanzariere, quindi se non usate i condizionatori, preparatevi a essere costantemente svegliati dal ronzio... La cucina ha molte pentole e accessori, ma sarebbe forse meglio puntare sulla qualità che sulla quantità e sostituire quelle rovinate da inquilini poco civili.
