- Navarro (10/5): - Mrs. Elizabeth is really exceptional! She will treat you more than a guest, just like family! The rooms are very homey and if there are problems, you can just approach Mrs. Elizabeth and her family easily and they will help you all they can to make your stay more comfortable. The location of the building is so nice, you have a beautiful view, seing some parts of Baguio at your window. During the afternoon, the room is so cold and if you open the windows, the fog will come in.
- Garlymae (8/5): Comfortable to stay - Good price for a low budget travel. To improve more...
- Geneva (6/5): Not gonna stay here again - Courteous staff There’s no window, wifi, and the shower is so outdated. Almost no water and the caretaker/owner didn’t even bother to replace the showerheads.
It was a good stay but didn’t appreciate rooms without windows.
- Bernd (10/5): Nice quiet pleasant place to be. - Good location next to a bus stop. Friendly helpful people. Good value.
- Sucilan (9/5): It was comfortable enough for me 😊 - I LOVE how accommodating and nice the staffs are and how quick they step in whenever I needed help with something. The view is amazing! My room is good enough for the price. They were also quick to open whenever I rang the doorbell. Saw a bit of black molds by the vanity in my room which was understandable because I happened to check into a room with no windows and little ventilation plus it had been storming prior to my arrival. However, the staffs were accommodating enough to clean it up.
- Jean Claude Van (1/5): - the host were very nice the bed and pillows are dirty and smells like someone just used it.
the gate is hard when you want to enter you have to go through doorbells and waiting time is scrazy especially when it was raining. too far from the city proper. no traspo after 8pm so if you want to go for a night walk impossible especially when raining .
- Merck Myer (8/5): -
- Frauline (4/5): Not satisfactory experience - Owner was kind & accommodating.
Rooms are spacious.
Nice view.
They provide old towels. Far from the city center.
Extremely low water pressure in the shower.
There's a moldy smell in the rooms.
No safety lock inside.
Garage entrance with paint smell.
No elevator just dirty stairs.
No bathroom stopper or rug,can be dangerous as the floor can be slippery when wet.
Dirty wide windows
Unreliable wifi connection
No trash bin.
Cockroaches are present.
Barking dogs in early morning.
Shared refrigerator.
With the fabulous ratings,I guess I'm just the unfortunate ones.I believe this place needs a lot of improvement & cleaning.
- Naig (10/5): - Very accommodating staff and the owners are extremely concerned on your well being It's not their own their end.Service providers like Globe, Smart should improve their signal in the area
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - The owners were very accommodating and helpful.
Wide garage. The road going to the building was so steep.
- Larry (9/5): A peaceful and heartwarming stay made extra special by the kind and caring family who made us feel right at home. - We stayed at YahVilla for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was such a warm and peaceful experience. The place is run by a wonderful family who made us feel right at home. They were so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort.
The location is a bit away from the city’s main spots, but it was still convenient enough—and honestly, the quiet surroundings made it even more relaxing.
The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for a restful break. What made it truly special was the love and care the hosts put into everything. We left with full hearts and will definitely come back. NA

- Ethelyn (10/5): Excellence at it's finest. - I like the warm welcome of the owner itself. The room is cozy and the ambience is relaxing. The place has a good view overlooking the clusters of pine trees . The bathroom is clean which is the first one to consider and I love that they have a heater🤗🥰. Nothing to dislike in this place.
- Legaspi (10/5): Exceptional - I love the room, It's spacious and comfortable. The owner of the hotel is also very kind and accomodating. They welcome us very warmly. I will surely stay at Yahvilla homestay again next time.
- Sara (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing really Cleanliness really poor.
Lack of independency as you have to ring always for them to open so if you want to be late or do whatever, you really can't since you don't want to show at midnight and wake them up (unless you don't give a damm)
The entrance is like a construction site
Location very far, you rely on taxi all the time as the other transport is really slow and unreliable and the area is not the best example of the rest of the city
Too expensive for what offers (and I was "lucky" that I paid discounted price, for full price I'd have been fuming.
- Blackburn (9/5): Great hosts, exceptional view and nice facilities! - The hosts Elizabeth and Jason are incredibly accommodating and just some really nice people. I thought the property even though rough around the edges as it’s still being completed has a nice feel to it. The location is really good for some adventures in the local area! And the view from the roof is one of the best in Baguio!

- Kiona (8/5): Very friendly owners, nice big rooms - Big room, clean place, very welcoming owner, inside parking area, water kettle with tea. My Globe sim card didn’t work here, but that is off course not there fault. I also had issues with connecting to the wifi, but the owner solved it with a personal router (20 peaos per giga)
- Roy (9/5): Superb - Accommodating host.
Love the view at the veranda. Very affordable price A bit Far from the center of the city
- Mirriam (9/5): Superb - Accommodating and kind hosts. Clean and comfortable facilities. We'll surely book again.
- Benigno (9/5): warm hospitality - We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to YahVilla for accommodating us during our stay last December 25-26, 2024, even though we arrived quite late for check-in. Despite this, everything was seamless, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
The villa was comfortable, cozy, and perfect for our holiday getaway in Baguio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to booking again on our next visit. Thank you for making our experience so memorable! Still under construction but once completed it will be one of the best staycations in Baguio City.
- Julio (10/5): Exceptional - We found a good place, and we found also a good people. Nothing.
- Jose (7/5): Good value for money. - Friendly hosts. Ample room. Private bathroom, though outside of the room. Clean. Wifi and hot water work fine. Parking bay available. Very difficult to find.
- Chandler (10/5): Exceptional - A good place for a stay, with a lovely view a lot of friendly but barking dogs in the area
- Daly (9/5): Superb - I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the lovely family who are owning guesthouse they are super kind generous and helpful 😊 ❤️ what I liked more is the fact that they considered me like a member of their family. The young couple got the most cute and lovely daughters u may ever seen in your life All was great
