• Roberta (9/5): - Vicinissima al centro, negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Pulito e fornito di tutto, cialde del caffè e acqua a disposizione. Host super disponibile. L’unica pecca, se dobbiamo trovare qualcosa di negativo, è che è al 4 piano senza ascensore.

• Milos (10/5): - Apartman je super, bukvalno 2 minuta peske od samog centra, besprekorno cist, krevet jako udoban, vlasnik je ostavio slatkise da se zasladimo posle dugog puta sto nam je mnogo znacilo, u apartmanu ima sve sto je potrebno, cisti peskiri, fen, posudje, apart za kafu, sve u svemu odlican odnos cena kvalitet. Jedino sto mi se nije svidelo je sto je apartman na 4 spratu pa smo morali da nosimo kolica I bebu gore dole kad smo hteli da idemo u setnji.

• Ovidiu Caba (9/5): - Locatie foarte buna, parcare disponibila in apropiere. Daca nu sunt locuri in parcarile primariei, in apropiere se gaseste o parcare privata, mai scumpa, dar sunt sanse mai mari sa gasesti locuri libere. Apartamentul este spatios si curat. Perna mea nu a fost foarte confortabila. A trebuit sa pregatim noi patul, desi am spus ca vom fi 3 persoane, deci aveam nevoie de lenjerii si pentru un al doilea pat. E bine, totusi, ca a fost usor sa gasim lenjeriile.
• Iulia (8/5): - Blocul este situat foarte aproape de Centru (Piata Unirii), la cca. 5-7 minute de mers pe jos. Apartamentul este dotat cu absolut orice ai putea avea nevoie! am gasit inclusiv un termometru!! am fost foarte placut impresionata. Curatenia este la superlativ, iar confortul este "ca acasa" (am primit inclusiv cafea pentru expresor si mici atentii, cum ar fi apa plata imbuteliata, ciocolata, dulciuri) Blocul nu are lift (iar apartamentul este situat la etajul 4, ultimul), mi-a fost foarte greu cu bagajele, insa am avut noroc de un vecin foarte amabil, care m-a ajutat. Am ajuns tarziu (noaptea) iar intrarea in bloc da senzatia de ghetou, nu m-am simtit in siguranta (cu atat mai mult cu cat am asistat in prima seara la un "deal" chiar in zona garajului din fata blocului). In general, Timisoara mi s-a parut ca sta foarte prost la capitolul "siguranta" (multi oameni beti/drogati pe stradute, iar politie nu am vazut deloc in toate cele 3 seri de week-end pe care le-am petrecut in zona centrala).
• Mihaela (10/5): - A fost totul foarte bine, curat, îngrijit totul, proprietarul foarte amabil, dar in special mi a placut că avea și cafea, nu doar expresor. Recomand cu mare drag! Că nu am putut sta mai mult!

• Manuela (10/5): Frumos, curat și cu mult bun gust aranjat. - Un apartament foarte frumos și foarte curat, dotat cu toate cele necesare în bucătărie, instalații foarte moderne, accesul super ușor, proprietarul ne-a dat din timp toate informațiile necesare, mulțumim frumos. Ne-am simțit foarte bine, e un apartament tare drăguț și confortabil.

• Goran (10/5): Timisoara Central🫶 - Apartman veoma uredan i čist, kompletno i moderno opremljen. Odlična lokacija u mirnoj ulici ali na samo par minuta hoda o centra. Super komunikacija sa domaćinom, čak nam je bila omogućena ranija prijava. Sve preporuke! 👍🙌 Nema toga, sve je bilo super😁

• Gabi (6/5): Nu e ceea ce ne asteptam! - Localizare foarte buna. As fi vrut sa vad scris in descriere ca este la etajul 4/4 , nu in ziua in care m-am cazat. Am avut bagaje mari pe care le-am carat 4 etaje. In al doilea rand, apartamentul nu este pentru 4 persoane. Pe canapeaua din living nu pot dormi confortabil 2 persoane. Este destul de ingusta si nu e potrivita pt dormit , neavand saltele de dormit.

• Vladimir (10/5): Prelep i čist smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji uz veoma ljubaznog domaćina. Sve preporuke! - Smeštaj je stvarno lep i dobro opremljen, a higijena je na visokom nivou. Lokacija je odlična, na svega nekoliko minuta hoda od centra. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je takođe bila besprekorna. Parking ispred smeštaja je javni i vikendom je uglavnom sve zauzeto, pa je potrebno malo više strpljenja da se pronađe mesto, ali ništa strašno.

Grejanje inverter klima i u dnevnoj i u spavaćoj sobi. Besplatan parking ispred objekta. Ako nema trenutno mesta u blizini je javni parking ( 5 leja po satu). Lako smo se dogovorili sa vlasnikom. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

Kuhinja je opremljena malim kućnim aparatima, osećaj kao kod kuće. Veoma miran kraj sa dovoljno parking mesta. Domaćin je izuzetno predusretljiv, za svaku preporuku.

We had an amazing stay at Timisoara Central Apartment and couldn’t be more satisfied. The apartment is spotless, modern, and very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was warm, quiet, and cozy, with a great atmosphere that made us feel at home. Everything was exactly as described (and even better). We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Timișoara!

• Pavlovic (10/5): - Smestaj je u samom centru,sve je na dohvat ruke..Apartman je lepo sredjen,internet je u fulu,stan cist i ima sve sto vam je potrebno...posudje,aparat za kafu,mikrotalasna,kopletno je opremljena kuhinja...vlasnik je bio dostupan za sve sto je potrebno,cak nam je uplatio u parking za tri dana,jer nas je aplikacija nesto zezala,preporuka za apartman,kako za parove tako i za porodice,mirna lokacija,nema buke..mi smo odusevljeni.... Parking,ima ga oko zgrade ali slobodnih mesta malo,moras da kruzis oko zgrade dok ga ne ubodes😁😁😁

• Alexandra (10/5): O cazare foarte bună pentru un sejur relaxat - Apartamentul a fost ideal pentru 3 persoane – spațios, bine echipat și confortabil. Bucătăria și baia aveau tot ce ne trebuia, iar curățenia a fost mulțumitoare. Un mare avantaj a fost parcarea chiar lângă bloc. Am dat peste câțiva gândăcei, dar nimic deranjant.

• SERHII (10/5): Комфортна квартира в центрі - Нам сподобалося все. Достатньо інформативна інструкція щодо отримання ключів від номеру. Розібратися було не важко. Гарна двокімнатна квартира, все є для комфортного проживання. Є балкон з місцем для відпочинку. Кухня, душ - жодних зауважень не виникло. Квартира розташована у декількох хвилинах ходьби від центру Тимішоари, що було дуже зручним.
• Nenad (9/5): Smeštaj za svaku preporuku - Savršena lokacija apartmana. Na samo par minuta od glavnih trgova. Smeštaj čist, lepo uređen i sa svim što je potrebno za udoban boravak, pa čak i više od toga. Domaćin veoma ljubazan i predusretljiv. Sve preporuke za boravak. Kauč u dnevnoj sobi baš i nije odgovarajuće veličine za dve osobe ali za noć ili dve može da posluži.

• Radu (10/5): Excelent raport calitate-pret - Locatia aproape de centrul vechi; locuri de parcare cu plata langa imobil; foarte bine utilat; proprietarul ne-a oferit indicatii precise legate de cum sa ajungem si cum sa intram in posesia cheii (inclusiv cu poze); apartamentul este la fel ca in pozele de prezentare Cabina de dus este destul de ingusta; imobilul este destul de vechi, fara lift ceea ce va ingreuna caratul bagajelor (apartamentul fiind situat la etajul 4)
