• Rjpm (10/5): Best Accommodation in Kottayam with Reasonable price - A good house in Kottayam town where a family of 10 can live at a reasonable price. It is fully furnished, one of the three rooms has A/C, and the environment is good. And the best attraction is the good behavior of its owner Deepu.

• Preethika (1/5): It's worst. - I don't like the room. No good facilities. Water in washroom came slow. Poor water facilities, poor maintenance. I didn't like bathroom because water wasn't came forcely. Cracks in walls. Old home was modified. Nothing is good. Poor services. Worthless for money.

• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Quiet place. The bathroom smelt oily. Could have provided us with soap. Expected to meet the person we spoke over the phone.
• Amy (7/5): Good - Location is very nice, just out of the village with a store and fish counter outside the villa. Villa is next to the river so peaceful and able to watch the fish jumping and birds, and not really overlooked so a private riverside bench and sun spot was a suprise. Church loudspeaker is facing direct at the villa so Sunday service started 5am at full volume, joy/interruption, you decide. We saw the new villas these were DELUX, very swanky/attractive/quality work, if budget allows I would recommend a quality stay in one of the new villas - beautiful workmanship in building these new ones. Facilities were basic and ok. We made our own coffee on stove top. Shower ok. Appearance was shabby but clean.

• Subramani (8/5): If the management can organise the breakfast, lunch and dinner it will be best and will all the req. - The house stay was a very good experience. The cleanliness was very good. The proprietor was quite cooperative. The view in and around was very good. Food you can order on swiggy or we have to go to near railway station . Otherwise overall it is worth home stay for 5 adult comfortably. Location and scenic beauty
