Byliśmy poza sezonem - nie było problemu. Duży taras, zachwycający widok. W pobliżu restauracje. Gospodarz odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Polecam.

• Andrea (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, viele schöne Details und angenehme Beleuchtung. Im Schlafzimmer habe ich mich enorm wohl gefühlt und auch herrlich geschlafen. Grosszügiges Badezimmer. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, auch wenn (ev saisonal bedingt, Ende April) noch viel Potential vorhanden wäre, diese noch schöner zu gestalten (nur zwei Liegen ohne Kissen, kaputter Sonnenschirm, Möbel wirkten alt und waren lieblos in eine Ecke gestellt). Kein persönlicher Kontakt, abet Reaktion über Whatsapp erfolgt rasch. Bei unserer Ankunft nach 15.00 fehlten alle Dusch- und Handtücher sowie die extra bestellte zweite Decke. Es war zwar eine zweite leichte Überdecke vorhanden, nicht aber ein zweites Leintuch. Die Hand-ubd Duschtücher wurden innerhalb einer Stunde nachgeliefert. Zugangsinformationen erhielten wir sehr knapp vorher, aber dann funktionierte alles gut. Im Badezimmer war das Fenster kaputt und liess sich deshalb nicht schliessen (anscheinend durch andere Gäste verursacht). Da es aber eine Heizung gab und wir die Badezimmertür schliessen konnten war das nicht so schlimm. Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick sehr gut, auf den zweiten waren aber auf der Ablage in der Küche einige klebrige Flecken/Ringe zu sehen und als ich im Schlafzimmer den Boden aufwischen musste, weil etwas Wasser ausgeleert war, war das Tuch danach ziemlich schwarz. Die Treppen sind wirklich steil, für uns aber kein Problem und dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht (Terrasse) und mehr Ruhe belohnt. Info: Das Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer ist praktisch unbrauchbar, da es überall durchhängt und quietscht. Das sind alles nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge und Hinweise für Gäste, uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen!

• Susan (8/5): Excellente situation pour profiter d’une visite des trullos - Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas des Trullos. Une cuisine bien équipée. Un café sympathique au RDC. L’ameublement de la terrasse était très sale, aucun entretien et installation n’avait été fait avant mon arrivée. impossible de profiter de cet espace extérieur, ce qui aurait été très apprécié car la vue y est exceptionnelle.

The rooms are spacious and the apartment is well equipped with everything one may need. There are no slippers available, especially after using the shower, but this seems to be a common thing in Italy.

• Christina (3/5): Needs better management - The apartment is in the heart of Alberobello and has nice a design, but has almost no soundproofing between the two apartments she's renting, so we were up most of the night the first night as there were young travelers nextdoor who were partying all night and even early the next morning. When they left it was quiet again, so you're experience will probably depend on your neighbors. That, however is not the main reason for the poor review. It is because while we were there during a large wind storm the bathroom window blew open and broke and if I'd been standing at the sink at that moment I would have been killed by it as it was heavy and had a large metal piece attached at the top of it and it fell so hard in the wind gust that it cracked its plastic frame, and believe it or not, now the owner has sent us a bill for her window and is trying to have us pay for it! The wind storm was so bad that Putignano (the neighboring town) cancelled its main Carnivale celebration with tens of thousands of people coming to it due to the huge gusts of winds, and we also went to the roof deck of this apartment and there were large items blown over, so sending us a bill for fixing her window is ridiculous. Also I told her I would have been killed by the metal mechanism if I’d been standing there, but I guess she doesn’t care about that! The metal mechanism at the top is supposed to be for opening and closing the window electronically, but the switch near the sink didn’t work when we were there as it was not connected to the window. Additionally, I informed her of the window issue right away and she asked to come see it with her handyman and we said OK, though we were going out at the time she’d be coming, but when we came home hours later she’d left the door of the apartment wide open, so someone could have stolen our passports and other items from the apartment due to her negligence. Mariantonietta is kind and gives all information you need. The big balcony gives you the most beautiful view to the old city with the trulli.

Host was super helpful, we needed additional stuff and she sent someone in 15 min to help us. The apartment has access to a great terrace from where you have a magnificent view of the trulli houses. 6 min walking to the nearest parking suggested by the host. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and last flight of stairs are rather steep - not a big issue for us but could create problems to people with heavy luggage.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: si trova a pochi passi dalle zone più iconiche, ma in una strada tranquilla che garantisce un sonno sereno. L'interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, un perfetto equilibrio tra il fascino rustico della tradizione e i comfort moderni. L'aria fresca e l'atmosfera ovattata che si respira all'interno delle spesse mura sono qualcosa di unico. In sintesi, se cercate un posto autentico, accogliente e in una posizione imbattibile, questa dimora è la scelta giusta.

Avisamos de la hora de nuestra llegada y aún así estuvimos esperando 30 mn para que nos diera instrucciones de cómo entrar en el alojamiento. Instrucciones confusas, finalmente llegamos al apartamento. El apartamento es precioso y con una ubicación excelente. Es segunda planta y sin ascensor, así que cogimos lo básico para una noche. Cuando revisamos nos dimos cuenta que el apartamento no se había limpiado, cama sin hacer, baño sucio, toallas usadas, cocina usada, suelo con pisadas y pelos. Me pongo en contacto con la persona encargada y le mando fotos. Se disculpa y nos facilita una habitación contigua. Cuando accedemos, el apartamento está bien pero no de las mismas características. Entro en el baño y está sucio, solo cambiaron las sábanas, tanto es así, que había objetos personales de las personas que habían estado antes(como un cepillo de dientes, rollo de papel higiénico terminado) cosas que nos han negado tanto la chica de la limpieza como la anfitriona!!! , todo lleno de pelos y sucio... Como ya era muy tarde y veníamos cansados del viaje decidimos quedarnos ya que teníamos itinerario hecho. Al día siguiente, revisamos y tampoco teníamos los tickets para poder desayunar (incluido en la estancia) Así que nos fuimos a desayunar y cuando estábamos para salir del apartamento llegó la chica de la limpieza a las 10,30h a dejarnos los tickets, cuando el desayuno termina a esa hora. La estancia, comunicación, gestión y solución de todos estos inconvenientes por parte de la persona encargada ha sido pésima, decepcionante y nada recomendable. No repetiría en este lugar con esta persona a cargo de ningún modo. Al menos el reembolso del desayuno tendría que haberlo hecho!! !!!! Las fotos que subo son de cómo encontré el apartamento al llegar, no puedo subir todas las fotos que hice!!!!!
• Alicia (10/5): Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage - Das Appartement befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, fußläufig zu den Trullis. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Morgens gibt es in einem Café, das ca 3min zu Fuß entfernt ist Frühstück, das im Preis inbegriffen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es gibt self-checkin, was bei einer späten Ankunft sehr praktisch ist. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder kommen.

I didn’t smell mold, the apartament it was nice and clean, but in the entrance and on the stairs smelled really bad and old. And if you have a lot of luggage, it’s good to know that the apartment is on the second floor with dangerous stairs , if you’ re carrying heavy stuff.

The apartment is also relatively clean, but you need to climb very steep stairs. You can overlook the entire Mushroom Village from the platform of the apartment. The owner of the apartment also provides free breakfast, which tastes good. Recommended!

• Danilo (10/5): Brand new flat in the heart of Alberobello - Such a cozy place in the heart of Alberobello. The flat is completely new and amazing how it looks like. I feel like to stay in all day.

• Eric (10/5): Large, beautiful and fully renovated condo, in perfect location. - This is a great, large condo that is located just a few minutes from a large plaza with plenty of restaurants, and the 2 areas with the Trulli. It is really a 3-minute walk to both areas. The location could not be any more convenient. The condo is fully renovated, looks brand new inside, and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There is access to a VERY large terrace, with a nice view of one of the Trulli area. It was not an issue for me, but you have to go up the stairs to access the condo (2 levels), and the 2nd part is quite steep and narrow. Also, all the windows had bug screens (which is nice), but they could not be removed and the windows had shutters that were all closed. So, there were minimum light getting into the condo.
• Rita (7/5): To reach the flat there are 3 floors of steep stairs. - The location is excellent. The flat was big and comfortable for 2 people. They don't have a service for changing towels daily, which upset me a lot.

It can run a bit cold during this time of year (september), not much light coming in, but we manager with the heating system. Unfortunately we only had 1 night and couldn’t enjoy the place for all it had to offer. It is very close to the trulli area (main attraction in town) Just something to keep in mind is that to access the apartment you need to climb up a flight of quite steep and narrow stairs, which can be problematic for people with mobility issues.

Large and clean place with lots of space, much better than the photos. High quality of windows. The host Mariantontietta was responsive and very helpful. Family of three, staying for one night. Extra sofa bed had been provided. Apartment is on the second floor with many steep stairs. Just be aware. blackout blinds would be a great add on.

Cleanliness of the lower terrace, even after I told the owner about the Toe nail clippings all over the floor they made no attempt to clean them up.

Location could't be better. The hostess Valentina is extremelly nice and helpfull. There's lots of room, and a huge roof balcony with great a view of the trulli. There are 41 stairs to climb up The kitchen equipment is still missing some minor gadgets, such as a dish dryer.
