• James (9/5): Great location for modern comfortable apartment. - The apartment was modern and had great overall facilities. The location was central and it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was great. The kitchen overall had good appliances. We did have some initial problems with the bed when it fell off the slats - it needs some adjustment. There were internal stools but no chairs, which would have been nice. The kitchen suffered from not having some basics - breadknife, plug for sink, only one dishwasher tab for 3 night stay (hosts did deliver more when asked), coffee maker of some kind. The WiFi modem in the bedroom was very bright with green LED lights and not great for sleeping.

And honestly, booking accommodation shouldn’t require being Sherlock Holmes...) When we arrived, it turned out that it was actually a studio apartment — the whole place was one open space, with only the bathroom having a door. We are traveling with a 1-year-old baby, so this kind of accommodation is simply not a workable solution for us. We reported the issue immediately. The host did absolutely nothing, did not help us find suitable accommodation, and we couldn’t get a refund either. They blamed the whole thing on Booking.com, saying that Booking edits the property descriptions. By the way, Booking.com didn’t do anything either, so they can get stuffed too, in case anyone from there is reading this. 😛 We found a really nice apartment a bit farther out called Sensei Apartment — go there instead. 😀 This place is just a mass-production dump run by rude owners and staff. Also, our neighbor knocked on our door after five minutes because they could hear that we had a baby with us, so the soundproofing clearly isn’t great either. • Martin Tidman (10/5): Great location, clean and tidy. - Clean and tidy. Fantastic location only 5 minutes from Dragon Bridge. Great little bar by the property which was open at 7am for a coffee and croissant and also did fantastic ice cream. Good restaurant opposite. Furnishing was a bit spartan but OK.

• Dante (4/5): - The apartment was comfortable and in a beautiful location. We forgot to make sure the apartment had a lift. Unfortunately it had 3 flights of very steep winding stairs and we are aged 74 and 80. The owner/manager didn't care nor offer us assistance to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. This issue should be stated clearly on the booking site as those stairs are a safety issue for anyone carrying suitcases up and down no matter what age.

Check-in was very easy and we felt very safe. the apartment was basic as basic comes. no shelves for bathroom/toiletries etc. The shower again doesn't have any place to put wash clothes/shampoo/soap. Then everything goes on the floor. No paper towels were provided, please don't spill anything, or you'll have to use the 2 towels provided. The floors were dirty and our socks turned black after walking around for a short time.

• Loes (9/5): Modern ingericht appartement op toplocatie - Appartement is modern ingericht. Fijn bed, mooie en ruime badkamer. Locatie is top. Echt vlakbij het centrum. De straat waar het appartement in ligt is een leuk, artistiek straatje. We kwamen op de terugreis erachter dat we airpods vergeten waren. Nog voordat we een berichtje gestuurd hadden, kregen we al een bericht van de eigenaar, dat ze airpods gevonden hadden. Binnen enkele dagen hadden we ze al retour met de post!

No puedo valorar si los utensilios de cocina eran suficientes porque comí fuera todos los días. Hay una cafetería justo debajo, y muchos bares cerca. El supermercado también está bastante cerca.

• Francesca (3/5): Pessima esperienza - La posizione della struttura è nella zona pedonale del centro, proprio vicino al Ponte dei Draghi. L'appartamento è ben arredato e la pulizia è ottima. Sebbene si tratti di un bell'appartamento, non siamo stati soddisfatti della gestione. Poco prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la lavastoviglie non funzionava, un imprevisto che può capitare. Abbiamo poi constatato che non c'era nemmeno l'acqua calda (ci è stato detto che avevamo consumato noi l'acqua calda quando in realtà non siamo nemmeno riusciti a fare 1 doccia), abbiamo cercato di fare funzionare il boiler seguendo le istruzioni che ci venivano date dal gestore, senza risultati. Il giorno seguente il boiler è stato controllato ma solo nel primo pomeriggio dopo nostro sollecito ci hanno confermato che non funzionava. Abbiamo fatto notare che rimanere in appartamento senza poter avere acqua calda sarebbe stato davvero difficile (viaggiamo con un bambino piccolo) e ci è stato proposto di annullare la prenotazione e cercarci un'altra sistemazione. Questa proposta inaccettabile e vergognosa ci è stata data alle 14, mentre eravamo in giro per la città (secondo il gestore avevamo il tempo per trovare un altro alloggio, tornare in appartamento, fare le valigie, spostarci, il tutto con un bambino al seguito). Contattiamo quindi Booking per capire cosa avremmo potuto fare e il gestore ci scrive in privato "avete chiesto a Booking il rimborso totale??", cosa che non abbiamo fatto ma il modo sgarbato con cui siamo stati trattati ci ha dato davvero fastidio. Solo dopo l'intervento di booking ci è stata offerta una stanza a 15 minuti in auto dal centro, soluzione incompatibile nei tempi e nei modi con la nostra situazione. Siamo una coppia che viaggia tantissimo e non ci è mai stato riservato un trattamento del genere. Gli imprevisti possono capitare ma siamo stati trattati come se il problema fossimo noi e non come se fossimo noi quelli che hanno subito un disagio. Abbiamo quindi passato 3 giorni e 2 notti senza acqua calda. Booking per questa vicenda ci ha offerto un voucher di 23€.

Номер был уютный, хоть и маленький. Ванная комната хорошо оснащена, было достаточно горячей воды В некоторых местах была паутина в углу комнат, видно что генеральная уборка давало не проводилась, но пол, постельное белье было чистым.

• Георгиев (10/5): A comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location — we had a great stay and would definitel - We had a great stay at Primus Apartments. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: a hairdryer, warm blankets, air conditioning, and a boiler for hot water. There was also a small kitchen with the most essential items, including a small pot, forks, spoons, cups, a microwave, and a kettle for hot water. It made the stay very convenient, especially if you want to prepare something quick to eat or drink. The only small thing to keep in mind is that there were no slippers or indoor shoes in the apartment. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor can get a little wet, so if you walk in with socks they might get wet. This isn’t really a problem with the apartment itself, just something future guests might want to consider and maybe bring their own slippers. Overall, the place was clean, practical, and very pleasant to stay in. We would definitely recommend it, and if we visit Ljubljana again, we will definitely stay here.
• Lana (10/5): Very good quality, clean, central but quiet! - The small apartment was super clean, well equipped, and what was very important for me - very quiet, although located on a central turistic street (good isolation). The bed was comfortable, all the furniture is of good quality, everything I needed for a few nights stay was there. The location is also amazing. I personally didn’t mind it, but someone who is not eager to go up a lot of steep stairs might have a problem going up to the attic level, where the apartment was located.

• PATRICIA (8/5): Bastante bien !! - La ubicación es muy buena muy céntrico, el apartamento estaba muy bien, lo único las almohadas no eran muy cómodas se te hundía la cabeza, por lo demás bastante completo. las almohadas podían ser más cómodas, la colcha estaba dividida en 2 partes no era una colcha entera que te cubriera todo el cuerpo, lo vimos en otros alojamientos, allí debe estilarse esa forma de colcha.

• FreiMaan (7/5): Convenient location but with a catch - Newly renovated studio with easy access to almost everything in the center. Quiet and charming neighborhood with food and coffee within minutes away. Spacious with a small kitchen and a drying rack in the bathroom. Everything looks clean and modern. Serious problem with the pipes. Smells really bad in the bathroom and in the bedroom from the kitchen sink. You can close the bathroom door and open the ventilation to become tolerable. In the bedroom/kitchen you need to seal the basin and fill it with a bit of water and open the windows otherwise you wake up with a headache. Its an obvious wax ring/p trap problem or faulty installation. Bed and pillows are worn out. Huge electric boiler in the bathroom that makes intermittent loud noises due to faulty valves. Shower handle has also a faulty valve that spills water everywhere. Corners of the apartment and bathroom are not clean. Kitchen ventilation leads to...inside the apartment. its just for decoration. Bed cover is for a single bed yet the bed is double. Overall It feels like they threw everything together to just collect rent, not caring about the residents unless they complain. They asked me not to live a bad review and report any problems in the last day, but did not bother to ask in the beginning of the stay. For 100 euro a night you can book a really good hotel in this area. Not worth it.
• Nils Ole (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip und bot durch die Küchenausstattung auch die Möglichkeit, flexibel zu sein. Das Apartment war geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Lage, man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Zentrum und sich der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Abschließend war auch der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern sehr angenehm, freundlich und serviceorientiert. Dadurch, dass die Küchenzeile neben dem Bett integriert ist, sprang nachts der Kühlschrank regelmäßig an. Nachdem dieser aber etwas niedriger eingestellt war, war es nicht mehr störend.

• Volpi (8/5): Lovely city, great location with plenty of restaurants and bars - Location, easy access, comfortable bed and customer service Only 1 pillow each - I had to ask for more. No bin bags for the rubbish. Having to take out our own rubbish, but we couldn't recycle as no access to the recycling bins. A bit grubby around the shower screen area. No tea towel supplied or bath mat.
• Francisco (8/5): The cons didn’t affect our stay that much, would stay again! - - Location - Most commodities and coziness - Communication with hosts - The hot water wouldn’t last that long, so it’s difficult to have more than one shower at a time - The frige is very noisy, but you can turn it off if you’re not using it as other guests suggested it here - Having to take out the trash when there’s a cleaning team doesn’t make that much sense to me - The checkout at 10am is a bit early

• andrea (9/5): - Location of apartment is great. We were a bit confused by apartment rule about garbage. It was expected of guests to recycle but there was only one bin without specifications what type of garbage it was for. We also couldn’t find additional garbage bags to recycle that way. And later when we searched for dumpsters we couldn’t find them.

• Jenny (8/5): Nice apartment in the Old Town - Attic apartment in the Old Town. Very clean, not over furnished but everything you need especially for a short stay. Hot showers, nice views and very central. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast.

The check-in was very smooth and well explained, we had no trouble at all. The place was super clean and the location is just perfect – honestly 11/10 Everything was just as expected – very clean, comfortable, and the check-in was quick and well explained. The location is simply perfect, 11/10! Only a couple of small remarks: the hairdryer gets very hot and after switching it off, it needs a few minutes before it can be used again, so maybe a new one would be great. Also, the fridge made some strange noises during the night – nothing too serious, probably because it’s a bit older, but replacing it could make the stay even better. :))))
• MARIA (8/5): - Great location, clean, very comfortable bed. The absence of a coffee machine. The area is dangerous. Someone stole my bag while was sitting on a bench in front of the cafeteria with all my documents,money, ID card and my phone. The police told me that.

• Tatjana (9/5): Prijatan stan u odličnom delu grada - Odlična lokacija, u simpatičnoj mirnoj ulici u centru grada. Stan je prostran, svetao i ukusno opremljen. Nameštaj je nov i moderan. Kuhinja je sasvim solidno opremljena. U ormarima ima mnogo mesta za odlaganje garderobe. Wi-fi funkcioniše besprekorno. Mi smo bili smešteni u potkrovlju i s tim je povezano nekoliko problema. Stan ima samo krovne prozore, a kada pada kiša prozore ne smete otvarati, jer voda ulazi u sobu i kvasi pod. Od tri dana, koliko smo proveli tamo, dva su bila veoma kišovita, pa nam je uglavnom nedostajalo svežeg vazduha. Drugi nedostatak je 3.sprat i veoma strme stepenice. Lifta nema. Trebalo bi upozoriti starije ljude ili one sa problemima u kretanju na ovo, jer nekom to može predstavljati ozbiljan problem iako nama nije mnogo smetalo.

• Alan (10/5): Perfect, picturesque in every way. - We loved every aspect of our stay. We had friends with us so had three apartments next to each other for three nights. Perfect location and hosts very responsive and helpful. We loved Ljubljana too, what a gem ! So unpretentious - reminded me of a much smaller Amsterdam. Flat for walking and cycling. • Mark (3/5): Great location poor facilities and not an apartment - Location Hi, a few things, the property is in a great location. However to market it as an apartment is rather misleading. Also you provided one pillow only and a single sheet on a double bed. Seriously! There were two hand towels provided, nothing that would amount to a bath towel. Fortunately on the second day there was a pile of laundry in the corridor that included proper towels. The list of rules/ demands include things that should not be expected of guests booking through Booking.com.
