Hanno aspettato il bus con me fino alla mia partenza interloquendo con l'autista. Un esempio di grande umanitá! Grazie! Daniavad! Un hotel pulito, nel centro, ma lontano dal grande traffico. Le persone gentili e accoglienti.

- K (5/5): Overall, it's just okay for individual but not for family - Is close to railway station and quickly accessible. The room has a strong smell of drinks. Although the AC is working, the airflow is poor, making the room hot. There is no internet, no welcome drink, and not even a water bottle—I had to buy one myself.

- Pasha (2/5): Terrible experience with the receptionist. - Location, bed was comfortable The guy in the reception is better to find another job if he doesn’t know how to welcome guests in a hotel. We arrived tired at 10:00 pm from the airport and he was avoiding to check us in because when we filled up the check in form we left our phone number and not a local phone number and I was telling him how can I have a local phone number when I’m coming directly to your hotel from the airport at 10:00 pm!!! And he kept saying that “only Indian number” the bed sheet has a hole the size of a tennis ball.

- Santhosh.vs (8/5): Value for money rooms for non-family - Spacious room with bed two chairs and a table. Was clean as well. Very close to the railway station. You can reach in 7 minutes walk Staff are good and non-intrusive. Entrance is on first floor and there is no lift on the ground floor. lift is available from first floor. So could be inconvenient for old people who can't climb stairs. No restaurant nearby although room service will get you food parcel if required. TV wasn't working (maybe remote battery problem).

- Maloji (1/5): Bad - Na 1. There was no proper room attender, TV was not working the person came and just said see its working and tunrnwd one channel on and went it was not working at all. 2. Room attender was arguing , he was wearing a security uniform so he was not room attender i guess he was security who sits outside. 3.he was rude. 4. Room did not have proper flush 5. The cost at booking.com is high compared to if you go and book them directly or over the phone..

- Liza (1/5): Bad - They denied the stay saying without luggage they won't give the room. We reached around 12:30 midnight and they asked us to leave, since we didn't have luggages with us. Such a stupid policy said by the hotel people . They haven't mentioned it in the hotel policy in the site and also the hotel should have rejected the request immediately when we booked or should ve call and enquired. We finally had to call police and then only they let us stay there. Never will recommend this.

For People late Check In, Travelled by Train & Going back by Train - This is a Best Hotel. Receptionist Ms.Amira's suggestion is so Good. Many Thanks to her. She will Guide you the Best on Your Local Day Out Planning using the Public Transport. All the Staffs are Good. Value for Your Money. Its a Family Hotel For Food there is No Restaurants Next to the Hotel. Gandhinagar Restaurants are Famous and 600mtr Walk Crossing Big Roads...Not at all Advisable. Take a Auto. The Hotel will get you Parcel Breakfast. For Restaurant Lovers...

- Drew (8/5): Very good value for money - Perfect location to railway station and metro. Cleaner and more well appointed than many we have stayed in. Not sure why it is only 1 star as it should be higher. No hot water. We were too tired to contact reception so may have been an easy fix. The entrance is quite hidden.

- Nejc (1/5): Bad - I let the property know that I was going to be checking-in late by text msg. They responded that it's no problem. I called them on the same day, before my arrival, just to make sure there is someone at the reception at the time of my arrival. They responded, again, that's it's no problem. I arrive, the door is locked, no one in the reception. Only after banging on the door a grumpy sleepy receptionist opens. The service was arrogant. The check-out time stated on booking.com is 12pm, but it's really at 10am. Before the check-in and after check-out there is no toilet available.

Nice staffs. - This property is located in prime location and just 5 minutes walkable distance from KSR Bengaluru City Railway junction. The staff is very nice, When we ask for any enquiry about viz., the places to visit/shopping and how to reach there, they respond well. Rooms are neat and clean. Value for your money. This is cheap and best property you can stay nearby Bengaluru Railway junction as well as Mejestic Circle, Food/ restaurant is not avilable within the campus of this property. For the room service they well get takeaway from outside and supplying. However, mejestic/city railway junction is nearby will get good food.
