• Martin (4/5): Complicate entrance, right address is Bologna 35, it is far away from centre like is info on booking - If you look at the accommodation offer on Booking, it will show you a completely different location of the apartment than it actually is, namely Via Bologna 35, which is much further from the center. Also quite complicated entrance, if something happens to your mobile phone, or you are less skilled in working with a smartphone, you will not be able to get in. We wanted to cancel the accommodation due to misleading information, the owner said that it is not possible.
• Robert (5/5): The apartment is roomy but there were inconveniences as delineated above. - No breakfast was included in the rental. Extra blankets, standard electric outlets, better body soap, some shampoo, outlets in the bathrooms, wardrobe doors that closed, and most importantly, an easy to use system to enter the apartment door. We imagine that when we buzzed the designated name on the building door that someone unlocked the door for us by identifying us by remote camera, but this was never explained.

• Lukas (6/5): Probably not bad for holiday stay by plane, but not good for business trip. Next time I rather spent more money for bett - Free space, very large apartment, well equipped. Not very suitable for business trips. Very poor communication with host, host does not speak English very well and on any request replies in Italian. After-communication was just disaster and when I was requesting the invoice/receipt host blocked me out. The location seemed quite dangerous to leave the car parked on the street, so we paid for the parking first night at the apartment (20EUR no receipt) and then we have rather chosen secured paid parking nearby instead because it was more secured.
• Johnny (6/5): Super lejlighed, god location - rengøringsstandard bør adresseres - We're really sad to post this Review, we had high expectations based on the presentation on booking.com, but some very unfortunate problems kind of ruin the overall rating of this place. But lets go to the very positive parts of the place. Very "classy" apartment, attention to details in the decor (female touch), very "posh", nice furniture. Very good beds. Parking really not a problem, we managed to park right outside the entrance to the building (free parking). Supermarket across the street. Brilliant location within walking distance to the city center and all of the fantastic sights i Turin. Turin is one of our favorite cities in the north of Italy. would be happy to go back to Flowers Apartment, but some serious problems needs to be fixed. First of all, the cleaning standards needs to be adressed. We would strongly advice the owner to change cleaning partner (as we expect that it's an external party that handles the cleaning). The fridge had mold and this is due to a prolonged absence of thorough cleaning, furthermore a kitchen cabinet had a substance that had gone into symbiosis with the cabinet, sticky and disgusting. The tea towel (the only one) was so frayed you could see through it, The kitchen lacked pots, only one pan was available, in general this did not live up to a self catering apartment. The shower cabin was so disgusting that we chose not to use it - again prolonged absence of proper cleaning. There was a nice terasse - but NO furniture so one was forced to move the kitchen table back and forth in order to use the terasse - not appropriate. Furthermore the terasse was pretty dirty, again prolonged absence of proper cleaning. Half a toilet roll for 4 nights/five days, no toiletries apart from hand soap, absence of shampoo etc. This standard does not do the apartment justice - a great shame
