• Žavinta (6/5): Vertimas į anglų kalbą: **„I liked the view from the villa.“** - Everything was generally good, but at the beginning of March we felt dampness in the villa. When it rained, water would run into the bedrooms through the wall, and the wall was wet. After the night we found a puddle next to the bed. In the bathroom, the paint was also peeling from the ceiling due to the moisture. Even though we had an electric heater, it did not manage to remove the feeling of dampness. The villa is tidy and clean, and the kitchen is spacious. I would suggest replacing the sofa, as it is already quite old. I didn’t like the feeling of humidity. When I returned to sleep in the villa, the blanket was damp and it was unpleasant to sleep.
• Ursula (9/5): - Schöne Anlage, Pool und Einrichtung. Im Januar war es kalt und Ralph hat einen kleinen Heizlüfter organisiert :) Bei starkem Regen (wir waren im Januar da) tropft es an einigen Stellen von der Decke (nicht viel).
• Volker (9/5): Ein unvergessener, perfekter Aufenthalt. - Die Unterkunft entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen. Abseits vom Trubel, dennoch nicht abgeschieden. Gesichertes Areal, keine Parkplatzprobleme. Keine lärmemden Nachbarn mit verhaltensinteressanten Kindern. Einzig das Fehlen einer Geschirrspülmaschine trübte den Eindruck unwesentlich ein. Ein Urlaubsziel, wo Entspannung in Ruhe und angenehmer landschaftlicher Umgebung garantiert war. Fehlende Spülmaschine. Anfänglich hatten wir Probleme die Türen geöffnet zu bekommen. Wurden aber vom Eigentümer telefonisch vorzüglich und mit unendlicher Geduld geleitet.

• Clark (8/5): Would stay there again - Good location, not too far to walk to Puerto Calero bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and bedrooms spacious. We made good use of the pool. Host was responsive. Better arrival instructions required, getting to the address & keys was fine but finding the actual apartment in the dark was difficult. Wifi was flaky in the evenings but a reboot of the router usually fixed it. Needs a fan for the second bedroom and also some drawers or shelving for it. Some local info would be nice.

• vicente (4/5): Anfitrión pésimo en las indicaciones - Las vistas Llegar de noche y encontrarlo con las indicaciones de Google maps fue difícil, el anfitrión no puso nada de su parte, y una vez dentro hubo que estar adivinando cuál era la casa ya no están señaladas. El apartamento muy simple y el sofá tenía más suciedad que un coche abandonado. Camas algo incómodas. Decoración muy pobre.

• Cristina (9/5): - La ubicación y la paz que da al abrir la puerta y ver las piscinas tan bien cuidadas y el mar. La atención de Ralph, al que pedí almohadas extra y me las hizo llegar al día siguiente Perfecto todo, habitaciones muy simples pero funcionales

• Nelly (9/5): Appartement très bien situé, vue et piscine au top ! - L'appartement est situé à l'étage, avec une terrasse donnant sur le jardin, la piscine et la mer au loin. Magnifique ! Il est très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île. Notre hôte est très à l'écoute et réactif. Un ventilateur de plus aurait été appréciable pour la deuxième chambre (nous sommes tombés sur une période de Calima, donc forte forte chaleur !) Un parasol de plus serait également appréciable aussi. La piscine étant partagée avec un autre logement, il serait peut-être bien de prévoir un transat par personne.
• Amanda (9/5): We had a great stay for 2 weeks . Washing machine an advantage as we have one home with almost no washing to do . Facil - Very quite and very clean No air con and not heated pool as pool was very cold even though weather was warm
• Steven (9/5): Very nice place to stay - The property is located between Puerto calero and Puerto del carmen. In a very quiet area. There is only 2 units in the villa what makes the stay very comfortable and private. The apartment itself is very well equipped. With a nice kitchen with everything you could need to cook at home. The bed was comfy and the duvets were a nice addition since it was a bit cold these days. The pool is very nice and well maintained and has some sun-beds to chill on the sun. Sharing the pool between two apartments only makes the feeling as it is very private and cozy. The bathroom has washing machine. The property has beautiful views to the sea where we were able to enjoy the sunrise. The villa has a big electric gate to access the property with the car. Inside is enough space to park. Which makes you feel safe and gives you a lot of privacy. We enjoy our stay here and would come back anytime we are in Lanzarote. The apartment was pretty cold in general. And there were no amenities in the bathroom. Besides that we had a very nice stay and would come back.
