Quiet neighbourhood (we were able to sleep with open windows😁) and excellent location close to the beach. Good access to public transportation. Supermarkets nearby. • Iana (10/5): - It was clean, modern, comfortable. The beach is nearby, parking is near the house, the beach and buses to Chania are within walking distance. There is a swimming pool on the territory, we really didn't use it because I don't know if it is for everyone. We really liked it here. Thank you.
• Stratos (8/5): general i think the communication with the owner was good - I asked for late departure and it was not a problem, it has its own parking for every room the location is not the best
• Viktor (9/5): Maleme Green house - Good and quiet location. Comfortable and clean kitchen. The landlady always had some food to give to us. Parking spaces are numbered and should be assigned to the specific apartment so that guests know exactly where to park. If you come back late at night you don't really have hot water but that wasn't a big issue for us.

• Vlad (10/5): We recommend staying at Green House. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. - The apartment was very clean, all of the appliances were new and good wifi connection. The host was very friendly and kind. The apartment is located at 10 minutes walk from the beach where you can find good restaurants with nice sea view. During our stay we had a car (each apartment has its own parking lot, so no need to worry about where to park the car) and it was a good starting point to explore the west side of the island.
• Sdb (10/5): Highly recommended - Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Smart TV and very comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board, mosquito screens. Even had an above ground pool! The host and hostess were lovely. We were presented with some home baked cheesy scone type cakes which were delicious 😋. It is ideally situated close to the main road which takes you to Chania or Heraklio, but not noisy at all. Supermarket, tavernas and beach all 5 minutes away or less. Highly recommended! The sofa is very uncomfortable, but that is the ONLY downside.😊

• Vladimir (10/5): One of the best hosts and apartments on Crete - This was one of the best stays I have had, where everything satisfied me and was beyond my expectations. The owner is lovely, always in contact and remaining on the second floor of the property to assist with anything that is needed. The kitchen is outfitted with everything essential to cook, including salt, pepper and cooking olive oil. The kitchen utilities and description of the room are fully accurate. Upon arrival, there was a gift of raki, and some sweet pastry which soothed us from travelling for so long. Regarding the washing machine, it is located outside of the room and is shared between 4 apartments, which we mixed between handwashing and using the washing machine, after which there is a drier on the balcony which gets your clothes dried quickly. The owner also assisted us by sending the timetable of the buses to get to the location, and there is a bus stop only 2 minute walk from the property. The property itself is a 5 minute walk from the Maleme beach, and there is a grocery store (Synka) which has everything you need. I recommend this property and owner to everyone, and I would be glad to return in the future. The photos exactly matched the room, and there is an air conditioner in every room. The sofa can be converted into a bed, so essentially there are two beds. Efharisto poli!

• Oleksii (10/5): This is a wonderful and hospitable accommodation. - This is a wonderful and hospitable accommodation. My family lived here for 2 weeks and received extremely positive emotions! When we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the new renovation. Grapes and a bottle of Raki were also waiting for us :). The hostess was very friendly and kind. She treated us several times with fruit and a very delicious cake she made herself. There is free parking near the house. We are truly grateful and very pleased with our stay.
• Maya (10/5): great value, beautiful room - all brand new, clean, close to the beach, balcony. superb shower and bathroom. we were parked at a parking lot assigned to our room however an old man (i assume living in the building) told us that we should park it on the side of the road. this was at 10:30 at night.

• Alexandru (10/5): The name of the location is Green House, and the color green is one of the most calming colors. A very pleasant staying - The location is in a very quiet place. Everything is new and coquettish. Very clean and very well maintained. The kitchenette has a lot of stuff with everything you need such as cutlery, coffee machine, toaster etc. Everything more than ok.
• Viorel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is new and high quality. People are extremely kind and attentive.. and Kiria Roula prepares wonderful pies and cookies. It’s a quiet place and you want to come again even before you leave. My stay was too short in such a welcoming place.
• Stefania (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is new, very nice decorated, with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, hot water The room has a great kitchen with all the appliances needed, also with the very much loved espresso machine. ( nespresso compatible 😃 ) The hosts are amazing, friendly and helpful. We will surely come back next year! Everything was just great!
