• Tonie (9/5): Cozy ‘cottage’ in peaceful rural location - Cozy property with plenty of room. Loved the fully enclosed garden which was ideal to ensure my dogs were always safely contained. Kitchen was not overly clean, hob smeared with grease as were cupboards and dirty glasses with wine still in the bottom of them in cupboard.
• Julie (10/5): Lovely relaxing multi generational holiday, would definitely come again - Cottage very clean and we equipped. Excellent location, very peaceful and relaxing. Idea as base for seeing local attractions or just chilling.

It had everything we needed - Beautiful quiet location and a great nights sleep with a well equipped kitchen.Showers were powerful and the log burner was a real bonus, although it was not needed as the property is centrally heated. Beautiful oak tree to the rear is very impressive Everything was perfect
• Jacqueline (10/5): Lovely, dog-friendly cottage in beautiful countryside - Lovely, dog-friendly cottage in a quiet, beautiful location. We had a really comfortable, relaxing weekend. The cottage was really cosy, especially with the log burner. It’s in beautiful countryside, great for dog walks.

• Gaia (10/5): Amazing countryside stay - The cottage is just amazing. Cozy, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The countryside that surrounds it is breathtaking and there are many possibles routes to explore it. The amenities of the nearby towns are easily accessible by car, and nothing is missing in the cottage. We had a wonderful time in the house, that serves as the perfect corner to have a family night. Beds are comfy, bathrooms clean and practical, and the living and kitchen area are convivial. The garden is nicely decorated and the grass corners around the 2 cottages offer more than enough greenery. Only shame is we couldn’t use the log burner due to the door missing :(

• Clare (9/5): Wonderful place and will stay again if we are a group; excellent host and highly recommended - Beautiful property in rural and easily accessible with lots of parking, lovely little garden with great sitting area and space for yoga! Clean home really well presented and equipped with everything you need; lovely in summer but looks snug with big fireplace for winter. Pillows maybe need replacing as a little lumpy (only a little) and apparently double bed mattress slightly soft/uncomfortable in places but nothing serious.

• Lavelle (10/5): A great place to relax and unwind. - We had a lovely stay at Shorthorn Cottage. It is set in a peaceful countryside location with many places of interest within easy reach. The cottage is spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It also has some interesting character features and a pretty enclosed garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed.
• Colette (9/5): I would not hesitated on returning! - Had a great time at the cottage, exceptionally clean, beautiful location, everything you could possibly red. We traveled to the beach every day, about a 30 min drive. Only complaint would be the beds/ pillows too hard, though this seems To be the issue wherever you stay.
