• Ann (8/5): - Beliggenheden var virkelig god med udsigt over havet. Stuen og køkkenafdelingen var velfungerende Det var vanskeligt at finde en ledig parkeringsplads i den parkerings zone, hvor vores bil kunne holde gratis. Soveværelset var lille og sengen meget smal til to personer.
• James (10/5): It exceeded our expectations. - Comfortable, stylish and good size. Nice kitchen area with all needs met. Pleasing bathroom and cosy bedroom . All this with a perfect sea view. We were very happy to entertain our guests in this very stylish setting. Would happily stay again.

• David (10/5): Comfortable and luxurious - The location is fantastic, right on the seafront, large 1st floor windows with a perfect view over the sea and the added bonus of an outdoor balcony with a table and chairs. The lounge and kitchen are enormous, the bedroom a little small but very comfortable, the bathroom is fine. The only minus point is that the bedroom is rather cramped and what little wardrobe space there is is awkward to get to and is inadequate for more than two people for more than 3 nights.

• David (9/5): This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, we couldn't have been happier. - We specifically booked this apartment for it being on the 1st floor, with a balcony and a seaview. It met that expectation perfectly. The apartment is beautiful inside, attractively decorated, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. Entry was very easy, with the keys in a lock-box, discreetly located near the front door, the code for which I was given well in advance by the host. The bedroom is comparatively small but very cosy, with a nice view over a courtyard. The only things that weren't perfect were that the upper window in the bedroom did not close properly (the handle would not push fully down) and there were no instructions on how to use the microwave. There were manuals for all the other kitchen appliances but not the microwave!
• Paul (8/5): Well equipped and perfectly located right on the sea front. - Right on the seafront, balcony to enjoy view Bigger bed. Guess we're used to North American Kings and find many UK beds too narrow and short (we're both over six feet tall). Lots of road noise, but obviously nothing to be done about that by owner.
• Mikkij22 (9/5): Lovely apartment,ideal location - Beautiful apartment on seafront, stunning view! added bonus of balcony. Comfy bed. Central location. Easy check in/out. Lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!! All you could need, apart from.....minor points..... Minor points....didn't affect my stay that much..... Curtains need replacing in bedroom as too small and don't shut fully...had to peg. Top window also didn't shut. Wardrobe wasn't usable,full of bedding. No toilet roll holder....have to put on cistern or floor. Towels were damp on arrival but easy enough to put on heated towel rail. Washing machine but nowhere to hang washing (clothes horse/airer?) Annoying little black flies in kitchen area kept going in/on food & drinks,had to put everything in fridge or use coasters to cover drinks (in use)

• Dee (8/5): Lovely flat but needs a deep clean - Light and spacious flat. View was amazing and the terrace was a bonus. Easy to check in and feels like home from home. Parking was great and managed to get a space right outside the door. No wardrobe - ok for short trips but not great for longer ones. Bathroom was not very clean - toilet was quite dirty with hairs and dust which we had to clean. Bath mat was either dirty or discoloured so we tried not using it. Freezer wasn’t very clean either. Table and chairs outside should probably be covered when not in use as we had to wipe everything due to bird poop. Definitely needs a thorough clean but otherwise it was a great property.
• Carlos (7/5): - The place is well equipped. The location is at the seafront, close to all amenities. Beautifully decorated and modern apart from the bathroom. The bathroom needs a bit of TLC. The water in the bath doesn't drain well. We booked a 5 night stay, on the fourth day someone opened the door which appeared to be the owner and asked us what we were doing there. After clarification she apologised and left.

• Gareth (10/5): If you can, stay here. - What a fantastic place to stay. With everything you could need if you wanted to cook, have a few chilled days in the flat. Just great. For us personally a bigger bed would be nice as we are both over 6 foot men.

Access to a balcony which would be lovely on summer/dry days. Wasn’t sure where I could park but after a quick call was sorted. Someone in block must smoke and could start to smell in quite strongly in hallway and by door in apartment. Obviously this is not Seaways fault it’s just I dislike the smell.

A lovely kitchen with all the appliances/utensils you need, the bathroom was bright - and most importantly, a nice shower with a good water pressure. As for the location, it was absolutely perfect. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and also shops to buy your essentials. We already can't wait to come back! Everything was perfect

Nicely appointed with nice things in it. Sofa bed very comfy and main bed very comfy. Loads of kitchen work surface and everything you need. It was lovely.

• Nelda (9/5): Enviable location for a lovely short break - Excellent location and the host was responsive and provided great local knowledge. We stayed during a particularly warm period so a fan in the bedroom and the living room would’ve ensured a more comfortable stay.
• Jenna (9/5): Great rental for 2 people. - The property has a fantastic view and the decor is very cute and cozy. Any questions were promptly answered. There was a terrible smell to the apartment when we first arrived and it took a full day to air out. Parking can be complicated, it is not a private space but rather a spot on the street if you can find one and the light shines in brightly all night for people sleeping on pull out. Bring eye masks! I would highly recommend blackout curtains be installed! 😃

I could watch the sea all day, it was just beautiful. The cot provided for us was perfect. Nothing, we would 100% stay here again!
• Wendy (8/5): Really good apartment in Worthing - The apartment was perfect for what we needed, we only slept in it tho never spent any time in it other than getting ready etc it was in an ideal location too (only one glitch- the fitted sheet on the pull out bed was about 8 inches too short for the bed so couldn't put it on properly so it kept rolling up in the night and ended up sleeping on the actual grey sofa.) the apartment was perfect for everything (just the fitted sheet ) :-) but no negatives at all, would definitely stay there again and i would definitely recommend it too

• Dianne (8/5): Absolutely perfect accommodation as long as you don’t need to sleep on the sofa bed in the main living room. - This property was beautifully appointed and by far the most comfortable and spacious accommodation we have managed to book for this holiday. I loved the comfort of the whole space, the lovely touches like unique crockery and even a first aid bag. It was light and airy and had a wonderful view of the whole beach. The high ceilings and ample kitchen were delightful. My only criticism of this lovely property is the lack of block out blinds in the main lounge room. I elected to sleep on the sofa because the bed provided was only a double, but there is a street light right outside the window which lit the whole room for the whole night making it impossible to sleep.

• Paul (7/5): Overall great - but our daughter was disturbed by poor quality of sleep (above issue). - Great location and quality of equipment in the apartment. Nicely decorated Lock box location was not explained on the email. It was dark when we arrived and was difficult to identify where the lock box was located. My daughter used the lounge with the sofa bed. This was fine apart from the fact that a) their is a streetlamp right outside the window and b) the curtains where very light so let all the light into the room - hence difficult to sleep
• Dean (8/5): Nice apartment, definately needs basic providions basket, Ann needs to be a bit more attentive and welcoming - Location was excellent with sea view and convenient for town centre amenities. Well heated and clean, nice carpeted and warm communal area. No basic provisions like fresh tea bags and milk on arrival. Settee in lounge not comfortable, bedroom mattress not great. Ann was a bit aloof, one sentence answers, lacked warmth and no mention of “hope you had a good trip and enjoy your stay” etc… just felt like another booking and get on with it.

Short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was very well equipped, modern and very comfortable. The wardrobe space to hang clothes was rather tricky to access but for a short stay not a problem.
• Wendy (8/5): Very good - Great location excellent facilities very helpful people who delivered a heater to us when we needed it.. Lovely view. Able to park on the street. No lift so going up and down stairs with suitcases a littke difficult.
