- Luvuyo (1/5): Worst service ever - There's nothing I liked about this accommodation. I even canceled it on arrival. This Aphiwe person is a fraudster. Aphiwe is not even the name. Aphiwe is just a front. I canceled on arrival. I've been requesting my money. He ran with it. They are advertising falsely on this app. I'd suggest people not even consider the place. As for Booking.com your service was pathetic to say the least. I'm very disappointed. I still want my money!

- Mzoxolo (2/5): Very poor - The staff was welcoming and friendly. The roof was leaking in my room. The remote tv was not working. The water in the shower was cold. The towels, the bedding and the bed was old and not clean.
- Zethembe (1/5): I want my money back. They refused me to stay or refund, bunch of thugs - Nothing the place should be closed for business. They are degrading the Booking.com image 🤞🏾 They refused to let me in yet they took my money. Reservations means nothing to them. The untidy Ness in that area a horrible smell
