• Khalid (8/5): Awesome apartment to be honest. Asim was cooperative with me. Two things must consider before renting this place. The to - It has a balcony. The location is perfect. No hose for the toilet, no elevator.

• Steffi (8/5): Cozy home stay - The location was amazing perfect place for family, couples and group of travel. Apartment design was very cozy and homey. Too many cabinets, utensils, washing machine to washing powder, kettle,toaster, fridge and more. Worth for money and easy access. First thing stairs 😓, mattress was too bad not yet all comfortable and the heater was not working.

I’d recommend you WhatsApp them and check with them before you reach and confirm your booking. Asim was super helpful and helped us settle in very easily. Apartments great too

• Harsh (7/5): Well located place but kindly confirm the availability of the property with the owner. - Well located, very close to the city center and main tourist areas. I rebooked the same property for a separate date and the owner didn’t honor the booking, nor provided an alternate stay too. Instead he stopped responding to my messages.
• Lorraine (1/5): INCOMPETENT SERVICE - NOTHING THE PROPERTY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. MY UAE ROAMING WAS OFF SO THEY COULD NOT CALL ME. AND THEY ALSO DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON WHATSAPP OR THRU BOOKING.COM. I TRIED CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I REACHED BAKU (BOUGHT A LOCAL DATA SIM) AND NO ONE ANSWERED. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO OFFER AT LEAST A DIFFERENT ROOM. INSTEAD, THEY WANTED ME TO GO TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

• Faisal (8/5): Good apartment & location. Cleaning charge is applicable for first cleaning i.e. before check-in - The apartment is good and the location is excellent. The approach to the apartment i.e.the staircase was not clean. It smells of cat potty and was not cleaned during the entire stay. We requested the person in charge to clean it but he said that he is only responsible for the apartment and not for the staircase. They even charge $20 for the first cleaning of the room i.e. before check-in. The mattress of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I asked the staff to change but they did not.

Everything near you, the place is super clean , it's equipped with everything that you can imagine, super comfortable. the staff are very cooperative, friendly and very professional. This is the best place to stay in baku without any doubt.
