• Yagazie (9/5): Clean, secure and comfortable. - This is my second time staying at this property although they are run by a different company now. But still, overall great service especially with the length of time I had my parents stay there. The space is very well planned and with good amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, there were some appliances that weren’t working but those were quickly replaced. I would definitely have my folks stay here again. Everything was good.

• Onyekachi (10/5): Perfect place to chill with friends for a fair price will be visiting again 💗 - There was no general breakfast but its so vlose to circle mall and blenco so feeding was not an issue Bathrooms are a little small but the water was very clean and u don’t find that very often on the island

Endeavour to check or ask. - Easily Accessible location, near constant power supply with back-up generator, quiet environs, proximity to banks and shopping malls, spacious rooms, good and regular cleaning services. Really poor customer service staff except for the on-site caretaker Solomon who was helpful. The apartment was not checked for proper functioning of all amenities prior to our check in. Room Wifi didn't work, the AC in one of the rooms didn't work, the water pressure was unusable and barely trickled out of the shower. We had to switch apartments after three days since the issues weren't being addressed, even after several complaints to the local customer service staff who were slightly rude and weren't responsive at some point. The water pressure was still unusable at the second apartment. I couldn't even have a bath. It eventually got resolved after I texted my complaints to an international phone number I found on my booking confirmation who might've been the owner or higher ranking customer service person. Eventually, a failed pressure pump had to be replaced by a plumber. So our first week was a terrible experience. The second week was much better after the water issue was resolved. Having said all this, if all the amenities had worked right from the start, it's still a nice place to stay. Physical inspection for functioning amenities prior to check-in is strongly recommended.

• Sophia (10/5): Beautiful - It was comfortable the light was constant it was neat it was well equipped The staff were undeck and very helpful even when the lights in my apartment went off they changed my flat with no hassle and no payment required Very lovely experience I would like for them to repaint the outside because it doesn’t show the real beauty of that property The inside is a dream I would like for the outside to represent that

Tiv wasn’t working, nepa took light and they was nobody to put on generator, other guests even went out 2am looking for who to put on, but no body, I called the receptionist Basirat who attended to my booking several times without answers and never returned my call. It was so bad. Never booking again.

• Adeleye (5/5): The apartment is clean and lovely but work on your AC, Customer Service, View from outside and try to get rid of mosquit - The Cleanest of the interior of the property 1. Poor Customer Service, 2. The Air Conditioners are not functioning well, work on it 3. The property should be repainted especially the outside view, 4. There is a reason number of mosquitoes leaving in the apartment 😂, work on that

• Menano (3/5): It’s a place not to return - The design of the furniture, sadly dirty. The shower faucets, water wasn’t running all the time. No toiletries and only one towel per bathroom.

They re full of excuses without results. Too many stories without results and there was a lot of inconveniences on their part towards.
