• Rizqi Novita Sari (10/5): Great Place - I like that the room has washing machine and the dryer options in the bathroom. It help a lot with the laundry because we're in Japan for 2 weeks and the host even provide the laundry detergent. I also like how they separate the bathroom, toilet, and the main bedroom. It's a nice place to stay. The property is few minutes walk to bus station and train station. It's not facing the main road, so it's not noisy and pretty quite at night. We had a great stay in this property. 😊

• kristen (7/5): Value for money, great location and neighbourhood - Great location, decent value for money. It was pretty basic, no special touches and everything was a bit tired.
• Yusuf (5/5): Would not stay unless if desperate - Location Tiny bath towels, property had not been vacummed before we arrived, there was dust everywhere compared to the other spotless places we stayed in during our 2 week trip in Japan, No washing up liquid or laundry detergent provided.
• 발뮤다 (5/5): The location is good, but the cleanliness of the accommodation is poor. - The location was a big advantage, as it was within about a 5-minute walk from Hatagaya Station. The building seemed relatively new, so the exterior and facilities were not outdated. I reserved a unit on the 4th floor and stayed in a duplex spanning the 4th and 5th floors. The bed and bathroom were located on the upper level. While not extremely close, there was a convenience store on the way to the station, which I occasionally used on the way back. It was quiet at night. As mentioned in other reviews, there was a significant amount of dust on the floor when we first checked in. All of my family members who stayed together shared the same first impression that the place felt unclean. The first thing we did upon arrival was vacuum the floor using the cleaner provided in the accommodation. Since there are no indoor slippers provided, I recommend bringing your own if you are not planning to clean yourself. One of the biggest drawbacks was the bathroom situation. We reserved a unit on the 4th floor, and the bathroom was located on the upper level (5th floor) of the duplex. The water pressure was extremely weak, so the toilet would not flush properly. We had to fill a plastic bottle with water and pour additional water into the toilet while flushing to make it work. This meant repeatedly carrying water from the 4th floor up to the 5th floor. When we first arrived and checked the bed, we were quite shocked by the poor level of cleanliness. We only felt somewhat at ease after putting on the extra bed sheets that were provided. Even the blanket had visible dust and hair on it, but there wasn’t much we could do about it, so we just accepted it and stayed. After several days, fortunately, there didn’t seem to be any mites or insects. There were also plastic bottles left behind in the recycling bin by previous guests, which we ended up sorting and disposing of ourselves before checking out. Overall, although this accommodation appears to be operated by a company, the cleaning and general maintenance after guest check-out seem to be very inadequate. I would recommend staying here only if you are prepared to overlook these issues.
• Hidenori (7/5): - Location. Close to a station, a cozy shopping\dining street, quiet hood. Spacious unit. Among many similar Airbnb places I have stayed (self-check in, no attendants) this unit has by far the most complicated, convoluted check-in process. I don't think the manger \ owner has tried it themselves. Maybe hire a communication designer and renew the process. Advice for others: The apartment number you have to find on the keybox hanging on the fence outside of the building is located on the backside of the box. There are multiple boxes. You don't know which one is yours until you find the right keybox with your apartment number. The keyboxes are placed in such a way you can't flip them. You have to crouch and look up or use your cellphone camera to see the small label showing your apartment number. It was extremely difficult and frustrating for me to do this after dark in the rain. After you successfully retrieve your physical key, you go to the entrance of the building. There, you see a keypad lock, but you don't touch it. You use your key to the keyhole located next to the keypads. It's really counterintuitive. It's explained in the check-in manual, but it's quite a challenge to follow and decode what they mean. Lastly, they charge an extra cleaning fee of 8000 yen for every stay. For that much fee, I was expecting a meticulously clean apartment and it was not unfortunately. Couch bed was with a lot of hair. Some small garbage on the floor around the kitchen. Bathroom was very clean.

• Evelyn (6/5): The futons and sofa bed aren’t very comfortable. Not the cleanest apartment we stayed in. Probably over priced for what - Close to metro. Lots of food options around. Quieter neighbourhood that was good for families. Very dusty everywhere. Duvets didn’t have covers over them and weren’t clean. no instruction on how to use washer or water heater, so we had to figure it ourselves.
• Ka (9/5): Superb - Loved the location. Great neighbourhood and surrounding neighbourhoods with lots of little streets to discover. Range of restaurants nearby, excellent ramen place on the corner, convenience store and subway a few minutes walk. Not enough towels for 4 people, towels were tiny.
• Predaphol (7/5): Good - Location is good. Near supermarkets and train station. Quiet neighborhood.... really really quiet at night. Room was dusty, I have to clean the air vent in the shower because it was making loud noise. It was so dusty that the dusts I cleaned out clogged the bathroom floor drain net (I cleaned it out for them too). Eating utensils could be better with the price charges (cheap plastic plates and bowls) No kitchen towels, just a sponge and a bottle of dish soap provided. Stayed for 8 days, asked for some garbage bags, no luck. They only provide whatever is there, no refill. Towels are seriously small and doesn't really absorbs much. A couple chairs are broken. Shower head is not adjustable. The water came out really strong... too strong.
