The check-in process was smooth and accurate, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The place was tidy, clean, and well presented. Would definitely stay again. Nothing — everything exceeded expectations and we had no concerns at all.

• Trish (8/5): - The location was very good, directly opposite Myer in Cairns Central. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It's about a 10 minute walk to The Esplanade. The apartment is nicely furnished, comfy beds. Very nice people to deal with. We arrived around 7:30pm and we had to collect the keys from the post box however the numbers on the box were very difficult to read at night.

• Marguerite (7/5): Accomodation very good but no pool was disappointing - In a great location and very clean The pool was having repairs done and I wasn’t advised of this. It was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay here

• Lei (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at here was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The house's location was convenient and there is a shopping center across the street. I felt safe and relaxed during my entire stay. Highly recommend!

• Lynda (9/5): Superb - The apartment was a great size for the three women. The kitchen was excellent for our chef with everything she needed. Loved the fact it was close to the central mall and just a walk away from all restaurants .
• Penny (8/5): Clarendon on Spence - The apartment was huge and very lovely... a little hiccup in the 1st few days which was rectified fairly quickly by our host... Anna @ reception downstairs was absolutely amazing. Catered to our every need even though she was not our host. Thank you In the first 4 days we were only assigned 1 key, 1 fob and 1 garage door buzzer. I emailed the host for the 2nd set which was included in the check in info, and was informed there was only 1 set available and we would have to utilise the letter box system... Which was : 1 of us leaves we needed to put the set of keys in the letterbox for the other.. We had a few very frustrating days where we each in turn were locked out or were left to wait a decent period of time for the other to come back... After the 4th day I emailed the host and declared that I know there is another set of keys and I am not happy that we are made to do this.. Especially at the cost of the apartment... Which was just under 5000 k The host did indeed come to the party and with our promise we would return all sets of keys upon departure and the offer of a deposit for the extra set, (which was not taken) we were allowed to have a set each...

• Louise (8/5): Very good - Location right in Cairns. The apartment was spacious & very comfortable although noisy from traffic. Needed to vlose doors etc at night. The check-in procedure by Cozzie home's was appalling. I could not complete their registration form as it had a glitch in it. Told them 4 times over a 2 week period. They fid nothing to rectify this . We arrived & had no access to the keys, and the apartment is in a block, which is not called Afternoon Delight. Therefore, it is difficult to find if it wasn't for the apartment manager who helped us out & gave me booking.com phone number who eventually sorted it out. This took place over 1.5 hours standing outside. Eventually, they emailed me the instructions after booking.com told them to. I spoke to a Martin at Cozzie homes who was not helpful & condescending.
• Kaysie (8/5): We had a couple of issues with the onsite manager of the building however dealing with Cozie Homes was an absolute pleas - location is great, apartment is lovely and welcoming Apartment sleeps 6 people however not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit and watch tv at the same time, definitely needs an extra chair
