Mrs (7/5): Convenient for short stay if you’re not looking for luxury. - Property was clean and convenient location for Split Old Town and other places of interest. Walking distance to Radisson Mistral Free beach (10 minutes). The owner was very helpful when we arrived late in the evening. Property is dated and could do with some refurbishing as washing machine outlet drains into the bathtub. Shower screen needs replacing as water leaked out from the bathtub. Only the living room has AC. A microwave and toaster would be good to have for convenience especially if you would like to heat up food or cook something quickly. Overall, if you’re not fussed, it’s a good place to stay.
