The fixed furnishings were old, but that was fine, the room was well appointed and very clean. More milk for coffee. I'm sure it would have been provided if I'd asked though.

We were in room 7 close to street. Also overly perfumed room spray. Had to leave door open for smell to dissipate .

- Carlos (8/5): Overall it’s good for a 2 days stay. - Location, BBQ and swimming pool., 15 min walked to main attractions. Clean Nothing much to watch in the telivision. No free to air TV programmes . There is a note that because of bushfire recently.

The room was large and the shower nice and hot with fantastic water pressure. The cleaning staff are very friendly and are happy to oblige with requests. There was a lovely area outside our room where we could relax and also a communal BBQ area Easy walk to local shops, restaurants and the Port of Echuca. Nice property and good value for money. Although the rooms are very comfortable, they are very dark and the soft furnishings could really do with an update. The noise off the street is loud and although the pool area is nice, it does not get cleaned daily which makes ir unpleasant to swim in. There are a lot of parking spaces but not specific to each room so it is first in best dressed.
