• Vanessa (8/5): Comfortable but a little bit far from transport - My whole family loved the shower!! It had plenty of pressure and hot water and it was quite spacious. The decor of the apartment was lovely - pleasant and calming. The location was a bit "out of the way". The walk back to the apartment from Shin- Okuba was a bit tiring after a day out exploring.

• Farhan (8/5): Overall it was a good stay - We loved the location. Near to mart and to train station. Nice neighborhood you can experience the japanese culture around you from locals. Free change of towels and toothbrushes. Washing machine in room. Hot water. Front room was too noisy. The bed covers and pillow sheets could have been more cleaner.

• Hibo (1/5): I regret staying here and would not return. - Close enough proximity to station This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The apartment was dusty, with dust and mould visible throughout, dirty floors, and surfaces that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. From the moment we arrived, the place felt unhygienic and neglected. The bathroom was smelly unpleasant and poorly maintained. Nothing felt fresh or welcoming. The overall environment was uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not worth the money and not a place I would recommend. I regret staying here and would not return.
• Diego (6/5): Estancia de paso para gastar poco en Shinjuku - Habiendo estado en otros alojamientos en Japón, esta estancia es bastante amplia en relación calidad/precio. Además, el acceso usando el código de la puerta principal y la puerta del apartamento, es sencillo incluso si no eres muy ducho con la tecnología. En la habitación que me tocó, se escuchaba la televisión y las cañerías de los vecinos por la noche.

Goede douche. 2 slaapkamers met daartussen een soort kleine woonkamer wat meer dan genoeg was. Per slaapkamer een eenpersoons bed en een tweepersoons bed. Netjes opgemaakt en schoon.

• SAORI (7/5): 若い年代に戻った50代　笑 - 2連泊させていただきました 家族が多いので料金がリーズナブルな点、駅までの距離がさほど遠くなかった点など とても良かったです。宿泊中に雨が降り、傘を無料で貸してくれたり バスタオルなど手に取りやすい場所に置いてくださったのがうれしかったです ベッドはとても寝心地がよかったです。 初日、消毒の臭いがきつくてつらかったです 連泊して翌日には気にならなくなっていましたが、細かい箇所の埃などが気になりました。 外国の方が宿泊されるとなれば絨毯では難しいのかな？床がむき出しなのでひんやり感がありました。冬は寒いかも。

For 6 persons pretty cramped but doable. The subway stations are all walkable which is great but still every station is at least 600m walking away.

• Anthony (1/5): Disaster and misleading - The bed and pillow. Nothing was good about this apartment (room) It is not as advertised and the facilities are bad really bad. It’s dirty and I am allergic for to much dust. The shower doesn’t work most of the time. If you are located in room 101 you will get no sleep because you are located in a mechanical room. Sort the review on lowest score and you will read the same complaints. When I complained, the hotel owner responded with standard messages on all messages I send. It was frustrating. You can’t sit and relax because the lack of space and a good table. Don’t book here because you will regret it. If you are a solo traveler you can consider it but still it is no value for money. I was here with my son and it ruined the most of our days in beautiful Japan Tokyo. This hotel is misleading you and will scam especially foreigners overseas.

• Mike (8/5): Very good - Clean and modern A bit difficult to find - but it shows up very clearly on Google Maps. Have your map out and leave Higashinakano station through the east exit and you will find it.
• Praneel (6/5): Average apartment. Good size for families of even 6people. - It's a nice apartment with all the amenities required. The stairs going up is quite narrow and there is no elevator. Also there is no rubbish removal service. There is no one at the property. So if there are any questions, it's either whatsapp or email.

• Anissa (8/5): Absolutely pleasant - It was exactly how it looked in the photos, the only thing is it was 2 bedrooms not 4 as described, but that was fine as we didn't need 4 rooms anyway. The washing machine didn't dry our clothes very well and took a really long time but that was probably user error. It was a little hard to find, I feel like there should be a sign on the door because it's hard to see the one above the door at night time.

The place is 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro / subway station. It's a bit hard to find the main entrance. There's no lift. I believe you can request for the G/F if you don't want to carry your luggages to the stairs. The wifi does not work very well. The TV does not work at all.
