• Aleksander (1/5): - Lokacija v mestu je glede na bližino Baščaršije odlična. Glede, da sem se vozil 8 ur in prispel na lokacijo ter kontaktiral preko telefona osebo kot je bilo dogovorjeno. Kar je razvidno na Bookingu. Doživim šok, zaposleni mi v telefonskem pogovoru pove,da nimajo ključa od apartmaja in če lahko počakam cca 40 min. Med pogovorom mi omeni, da so me pisno obvestili, da ni ključa. Povem mu tudi, da sem vozil 8 ur. Kar ne drži. Čez nekaj časa je prišel mlad fant iz objekta v katerem so apartmaji in mi še enkrat pove, da ni ključa . Ok. Nakar ga vprašam kje lahko parkiram avto saj oglašujejo, da imajo urejeno parkiranje. Nov šok! Avto sem parkiral na prostor, ki mi ga je pokazal. Avto je stal ob drugi hiši tako, da je bil pločnik cel zaseden ( pešcu je bila pot zaprta) drugi del avtomobila pa je bil na cesti. NI BILO DRUGEGA prostora. Že pred tem sem fanta opozoril, da to ni urejeno parkirišče kot oglašujejo na Bookingu in, da to ni parkirišče. S tem sem oviral promet in vozila ,ki so pripeljala in so mi trobili. Avto sem odpeljal na urejeno parkirišče in plačal 20€. Nato sem se vrnil nazaj pred ZAMBAK, kjer mi žena pove, da nimajo ključa in da je fant odšel. Pokličem po telefonu in mi potrdijo, da pač nimajo ključa . In to je to. Ter naj si poiščem drugo nastanitev v Sarajevu!!!! Na Bookingu preberem kako je z zasedenestjo danes in vidim, da imajo eden apartma prost. Spoštovani, kaj takšnega nisem še nikoli doživel nikjer pa sem bil marsikje........ Skrajne ne resno in neodgovorno odnos do gosta!!
• Rahima (3/5): Used them this time and never again. - kind of location, near Bascarsija Space needs to be cleaner. Bathroom had like "jacuzzi tub" but facets was broken. Faucet on sink didn't work. Fridge had left over food from previous guest. not enough towel, two of us had one big and one small towel. The Bed was some kind of the loft with small mattress, and you have to claim on really narrow and small stairs. And living/sitting space was under. not good for tall person.

• Kenan (2/5): - I came 2 hours later for check in and the host said they haven't cleaned my room yet and I had to wait for 30 more minutes just for my room to be ready, and it was still dusty and patchy when I got there. Honestly I have never before experienced so many things not working properly in one apartment, TV wasn't working, hot tub (the main attraction) wasn't working properly neither, half of the options weren't even available, sink fell of when I tried to turn it the other way around. Lights were flickering! All in all, really poor for the money's worth unfortunately.
• Abraham (3/5): Not good apart from the location - Location 1. Terrible communication from staff 2. Not clean 3. Everything was broken in the delux room, the kettle, hair dryer, hot tub didn’t even have hot water.
• Eulàlia (1/5): Impossible completar l’estada per manca de resposta del propietari. - Cap aspecte positiu, atès que no vam poder accedir a l’allotjament malgrat tenir la reserva confirmada. La nostra experiència amb aquest allotjament va ser molt negativa. Tot i tenir la reserva confirmada amb antelació, la comunicació amb el propietari va ser molt deficient. Vam informar prèviament de la nostra hora aproximada d’arribada, però en arribar a Sarajevo no vam poder fer el check-in perquè el propietari ens va dir que estava treballant i que no ens podia atendre fins al cap de 3 hores. Després d’esperar aquest temps, vam tornar a l’apartament a l’hora acordada, però el propietari no responia als missatges ni a les trucades. Després d’esperar més d’una hora addicional sense cap resposta, ens vam veure obligats a buscar un altre allotjament d’urgència a la nit. Considerem que la gestió ha estat poc professional i gens fiable. No recomanem aquest allotjament.

• IOANNIS (8/5): Ικανοποιητική διαμονή για εξερεύνηση στο Σαράγεβο - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και η τιμή του σχετικά καλή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο. Κατά την άφιξη μας διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν είχαμε πετσέτες για το μπάνιο, ενώ βρήκαμε και βρώμικα σεντόνια στη ντουλάπα και μια βρώμικη πετσέτα στο μπάνιο.
• Francesco (6/5): Centralissimo ma pulizia da ufficio sanitario. - Praticamente nel centro storico, centralissimo. 4 min dalla piazza principale. Ho apprezzato la possibilità del check out tardivo alle 14. Pulizia inesistente, hanno rifatto l'appartamento a mezz'ora dal mio arrivo, la doccia aveva il sapone sui vetri e manca di uno sportello per cui l'acqua invade il bagno. Ho dovuto comprarmi lenzuola e federa, quelle che erano sul letto oltre di colore grigio scuro (per cui la presenza di macchie era impossibile da notare) avevano peli e capelli ed erano vecchie, cosi come gli asciugamani.

• Jan (7/5): hard to get in but great stay afterwards - We liked the interior design and the big jacuzzi (bath tub). And the fact the bed was upstairs was cool. The room was big and it had a lot of light. The location was also good and the internet was fast. It was pretty hard to collect the keys because our flight was a little late. We couldn't contact the owner easily and finally a guest opened the door for us (another couple later had the same problem and we helped them). There were no utensils in the kitchen and the kettle didn't work. There was also somebody's luggage hidden in the living room.

• György (6/5): - Nagyon közel van a szálláshoz az óváros. Jó a hangszigetelés. Annak ellenére, hogy forgalmas az utca, nem nagyon hallatszik be a forgalom zaja, pedig földszinti szobát kaptunk. A szekrényeket nem használtuk, mert kellemetlen szaguk volt belül. Úgy általában a szoba lehetne tisztább.

• Jessica (1/5): Mai più - La posizione è assolutamente centrale, in due minuti al massimo si è nel cuore della città. L’aria condizionata nella camera funzionava perfettamente. Tutto il resto. Noi raccontiamo la nostra esperienza: su booking era indicato che il check-in fosse dalle 14 (con reception 24/24) ma al nostro arrivo c’era un foglio sulla porta con il suo numero per poterlo chiamare (immaginiamo non sia una cosa estemporanea o casuale in quanto per tre giorni è stato presente questo foglio e non è mai stato presente nessuno in “reception”). Nella prenotazione segnava che il parcheggio fosse incluso ma quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo chiamato l’host e ci ha detto che era pieno e non disponibile (la struttura presenta tipo 4 camere, come è possibile che ce ne sia tipo solo uno?). Alla nostra richiesta di un consiglio su dove poter parcheggiare, ci ha risposto in maniera un po’ dura di guardare in giro attorno alla struttura, peccato che i parcheggi che ci sono sono tutti riservati oppure tutti abusivi, con il rischio concreto di prendere delle multe (che abbiamo visto su più auto li parcheggiate). Sempre al telefono ci ha detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta in un’ora ma al nostro arrivo un’ora e mezza dopo non solo la camera non era pronta, ma lui non c’era. Richiamandolo, ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivato in 5 minuti, ne sono passati circa 20 prima che si presentasse. Ci ha fatto attendere nell’entrata (chiamiamola hall) ed ha deciso di entrare prima lui nella nostra camera. Ci ha riferito che purtroppo le donne delle pulizie non erano venute (secondo noi probabilmente nemmeno esistono, visto che in 3 giorni non ne abbiamo incrociata nemmeno una per sbaglio e -leggendo altre recensioni- la cosa è successa svariate volte) e ci ha preparato lui la camera. In massimo 5 minuti. Una volta entrati, notiamo lenzuola sporche, asciugamani sporchi, all’interno dell’armadio son presenti due coperte sporche, il wi-fi non funziona, la tv non funziona, cuscini sporchi e terribilmente scomodi..

• Robin (1/5): Ants! - The location is great, a 2 minute walk from the Baščaršija. The apartment has potential - the bathroom looks nice with the jacuzzi and all. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try it. Upon arrival, we found ants everywhere - on the jacuzzi, on the bathroom floor, in the kitchen, even flying ants in the curtains. On top of that, the kitchen sink was disgusting, filled with food rests of the previous guests, and obviously not cleaned. There was no toilet paper and no staff, so I had to go get some myself. Communication was poor, it took hours before I heard back something after my complaint about the ants. We didn't want to sleep here so we booked another apartment and left. Parking is technically available, but there is basically 1 parking spot on the street and 4 apartments, so it's first come first serve if there are multiple guests with cars; this was also confirmed by a lady who arrived minutes after we parked and had been staying here for the past week.

• Alexander Abdulkader (2/5): Not worth it if you are looking for comfortable stay. The room and bed were not clean - Location The apartment was not clean. Especially the bed sheet was tainted and had hair of previous guests, as probably it was not replaced. The room has signs of wear and tear and clearly needs an upgrade. Plus water in bathroom was not draining properly.
• zehra (1/5): Be careful !!! - We have booked 3 different rooms for my family , we arrived property at 6 pm however rooms were not ready. All rooms were dirty and used , i struggled to reach property owner. We have entered our rooms after 8.30 pm however towels were missing. Rooms are not so clean. Toilet paper and soap were also missing. During ous stay noone care with needs. Also they did not accept credit card payment. Our experience was really disappointed.

• Evrim (1/5): Not recommended!!! - We had made two reservations one day apart. We were able to stay on the first day, but when we messaged them about our check-in time for the second day, they told us there was a problem with the room and that we should find another place. Had we not contacted them, we wouldn’t have been informed at all, even though the check-in time had already passed. Moreover, instead of canceling it themselves, they directed the cancellation process to us as if we had changed our minds. As a result, we were left in a very difficult situation. Definitely not recommended!

• Ahmed (10/5): Bez ijedne mane - Lokacije fenomenalna!!!! Tražio sam nešto na mirnoj lokaciji ali da je na samo par metara od strogo dijela starog grada Sarajeva - bascarsije. Dobio sam apartman koji je ispunjenje svega, lokacija ne moze bolja. Blizina dzamije mi je godila a pogotovo blizina svih istaknutih restorana ali i najboljeg tradicionalnog kafica divana u srcu Sarajeva. Momak koji me je primio u apartman bio je vrlo ljubazan i dostupan 24/7 sto je za svaku pohvalu. Sve preporuke za ovaj apartman, doci cu opet prvom prilikom

There was some water damage on the walls. The towels were not super fresh and we only had hand towels. A bit pricey for what we got.

Smještaj se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji, na samo nekoliko minuta od Baščaršije, što nam je omogućilo da lagano šetamo i istražujemo srce Sarajeva bez potrebe za prevozom. Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, uredan i moderno opremljen – sve što vam treba je tu. Posebno želimo istaći domaćina, koji nas je dočekao s osmijehom i dao korisne preporuke za restorane, kafiće i znamenitosti. Uvijek je bio dostupan ako nam je nešto zatrebalo, ali istovremeno nenametljiv. Komšiluk je tih, siguran i pun ljubaznih ljudi, što je dodatno uljepšalo naš boravak. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće i sigurno ćemo se vratiti prvom prilikom! Toplo preporučujemo ovaj smještaj svima koji žele pravi sarajevski doživljaj. Hvala još jednom na svemu! 😊

• İncegül (4/5): Bir daha gelmek için düşünebilirim - Konumu Merhaba odayı bir hafta boyunca kullandık eksikleri çoktu fakat çarşı olarak yakında kalmayı düşünüyorsanız düşünebilirsiniz konum olarak güzel bir konumda sokak nezih sakin fakat pazar günü gelmiştik odaya iki su bırakılabilirdi market ve büfeler her yer kapalı olduğu için çeşmeden içmek zorunda kaldık bu büyük bir eksiydi bizim için iki su iki kahve yorgunluğumuzun üzerinde odada olsa fena olmazdı ki görsellerde var gözüküyordu koltuklar temiz değildi üzerine kendiniz çarşaf getirebilirsiniz biz o şekilde kullandık klozetin Çeşmesi çalışmıyordu iki gün boyunca interneti yoktu Tesisin fakat yetkili kişi bize hat getirerek sıkıntınızı gidermeye çalıştı ilgiliydi bu konuda evde yemek yemeyi düşünüyorsanız çatal kaşık yoktu söyledikten sonra temin edildi ama sürekli asgari ihtiyaç olan eksikleri temin etmek canimizi sıktı lavaboda sabun bitmişti mutfakta bulaşık deterjanı bitikti fırın ocak buzdolabı çalışıyor evde kalıp kahvaltınızı hazırlayabilirsiniz.
• Vesna (3/5): - Zelo dobra lokacija in lepe sobe, če bi bilo urejeno in čisto. Kljub potrditvi, ki smo jo prejeli na msil, nas soba zvečer ni čakala in lastnika ni bilo v nastanitvi, kot je bilo navedeno. Čistoča zelo vprašljiva.

• Ahmed (10/5): This property is amazing and I highly recommend booking here, amazing property. - Highly highly recommended The stay was amazing, everything you could possibly need was available in the room, body lotion, shower gel, shaving gel, toothpaste, milk, coffee, tea, cups, towels and not to mention all the things were of top brands such as Nivea, Colgate etc... Amazing stay all round and the host was a very pleasant gentleman who waited late to welcome me to the property due to my flight being delayed, when I every travel to Sarajevo again I will definitely be staying here. There was nothing about this property that could have been better, perfect location near the old town, welcoming and friendly host and also great amenities available at the property. Perfect stay from start to finish
• Scott (7/5): - Great location and decent size room, good value for money. No towels on arrival and weren’t given any until 11am the next day. Not super clean and limited kitchen items. No dish clothes or drying rack. Room was different to the one booked and then they wanted to change us the next day. We were only staying one night.

• Sayed Ali Omid (4/5): Not pleasant - We had to wait after arriving there for them to clean the room. The hairdryer in Bathroom was not working. We were given no bed sheets and after asking we received one which was used and dirty. It was hair and blood stains-all over the pillow and mattress. Honestly for 40 Euro a night. too expensive. I would be happy at least if the bed sheets and pillows were clean.

• Berk (1/5): - It was very dirty, they didn't clean it, I don't think the sheets were changed. There was sperm on the floor of the room. The room was warm enough, the location was good, but it was very dirty.

Havluyu isteyebilecegimiz bir personel de yoktu ortalikta. Ilk gun anahtari teslim edip ortaliktan kayboldu. Yatak ortusu kıl doluydu odanin icindeki hersey pisti temizlik yapilmayip ustun körü silinmis gibiydi. Televizyon calismiyordu ve kucucuk odaya com fazla ışık takmislardi. Yolun yanina giris katta bir oda oldugu icin con fazla gurultu geliyordu. Hava soguk oldugu icin klima acik uyumak zorunda kaldik baska isinma sekli yoktu ancak cok ses cikariyordu. Son olarak oda lokasyonu yokus yukarisinda 5 6 dakika yokus yurumeniz gerekiyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum paraniza yazik...

• Csabo 27 (4/5): Csak végszükség esetén ajánlom. - Korszerűen felújított szállás, pár perc sétára az óváros központjától. 45 percet csengettünk, kopogtunk, mire ajtót nyitottak. A kiírt telefonszám nem kapcsolható, ráadásul ez a szám van a szállás homlokzatán is kitéve. A 26 Eurós árnál élből 30-ig adott vissza, ami nem nagy gon önmagában, mert amúgy i s adtam volna jattot, de a lefoglalt 39 m2-es apartman helyett egy alig 20 m2-es szobát adott, amiből akkor kapkodta ki a saját ruháit. A padló és a lepedő koszos volt, a fürdőszobáról nem is beszélve, vélhetően nem takarítottak. A koszos lepedő a fürdőszoba mosdója alá volt begyűrve, a többi koszos ágynemű pedig a szekrénybe. A szoba földszinti, a zajszigetelés nem volt megfelelő, így egész éjjel az ablak előtti forgalmat hallgattuk. A kiírt privát parkolóba maximum a Smart kisautó fért volna el, így egy másik szállás előtt kellett parkolni, ez legalább ingyenes volt.
