• Matthias (6/5): Coole Lage, enttäuschender Service - Die Lage war strategisch günstig und Rheineck ist ein kleines aber feines Städtchen. Die Organisation war im Voraus kompliziert: 1. Pässe mussten gescannt per E-Mail eingereicht werden. (Sonst reicht meist Pass/ID Nr und es kann über eine einmal E-Mail von Booking abgewickelt werden.) 2. Der Parkplatz gab es erst nach weiterem Kontakt mit Vermieter und dieser musste Auto Nr an Hotel Hecht weiterleiten. Der Vorhang im Fenster war abgerissen, der Lampe an der Decke fehlte eine Schraube so dass sie fast herunterfiel, und es gab Defekte Schubladen. Als Antwort kam zurück: "Entschuldigung Sie, dass wir vergessen haben Sie zu informieren." Diverse Küchengeräte waren schmutzig zurückgelassen worden. Der Hinweis es doch im Geschirrspüler zu waschen brachte uns wegen mangelndem Salz in der Maschine nur mässig weiter. Ohne schriftliche Zustimmung veranlasste die Verwaltung ein Hausbesuch in unserer Abwesenheit. Danach war Salz im Geschirrspüler, aber dafür fehlten die Reinigungslappen in der Küche.
